Pietro was a wonderful host, gave great recommendations for nearby restaurants and places to visit. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were great, aircon was amazing when it was hot outside!

These are excellent apartments in a wonderful neighborhood. The room was clean and offered a beautiful view. It featured a large shower, an attractive ceiling, and comfortable furniture. The stone floor doesn’t exactly make for a cozy atmosphere, but it’s a classic feature in buildings like this. It might get quite cold here in November or during the winter months. The contactless check-in process is very convenient, though you have to follow a link each time you want to open the doors—which could be an issue if you run into problems with your internet connection.

El desayuno es comer, es más rico, comer en el gran salón del palacio, es muy sensacional. Es muy conveniente que se distan de la Catedral de Juana a 2300 metros. El último día de apertura, vimos las pinturas de suelo de la Catedral de Juana, y fue sorprendente. Los huéspedes de la casa dejaron un mensaje de alabanza. La única lamentable es que el calzoncillo no está envuelto en un ataúd, sino en una cama con una cuchara, que parece haber sido lavada durante mucho tiempo y cubierta un poco incómoda.

El hotel está en la antigua ciudad de Guyana. Si entra conducir, entrará en la zona prohibida de ZTL. Si se paraliza en el estacionamiento del hotel, puede estar preocupado por la multa de ZTL. Public transportation options, particularly buses, are limited in the evening, so plan accordingly if you intend to explore the city late. A taxi or rideshare might be necessary for evening outings. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, but the connection is slow and unreliable at times, which could be frustrating if you need to work or stream content. For casual browsing, it’s manageable, but don’t expect high-speed performance. The service was satisfactory—staff were polite and responsive, though not overly warm or proactive. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and basic requests were handled efficiently. Overall, this hotel is a good pick for those prioritizing affordability and clean, spacious rooms. However, if you value proximity to the city, robust Wi-Fi, or a stellar breakfast, you might want to consider other options.

Conveniently located hotel that is 15 minute walking distance from old Siena. There is paid private parking. The free breakfast is great, with a decent assortment. Rooms are very simple, but this is a small town and should be expected. Our room had a beautiful view overlooking the old town.

The room is clean and the rooms all are located at different points I guess. The address mentioned on the app is the reception office.
