Отдыхали 10 дней в этом отеле. Отличное месторасположение, до моря 7 минут пешком. Заселили быстро, хотя по правилам с 14:30. Персонал дружелюбный и всегда готов помочь. Завтраки хорошие для Индии, всегда омлет, варенье яйца, 2 вида фруктов, крупы, чай, тосты, вобщем голодным не останетесь.Номер отличный, все работает, с горячей водой никаких проблем нет, убирают каждый день, но надо нажать на кнопку клининг. На 5-м этаже есть бассейн, там почти нет никогда народу. В целом отель понравился, если приеду в Кандолим, даже не задумываясь выберу его опять.

I stayed at Santana Beach Resort with my boys’ gang for a leisure trip, and we booked a suite category room. The stay was amazing — the rooms were spacious, homely, and very clean. The pool area was always lively and fun, adding to the overall vibe of the resort. One of the best parts is the Calamari Shack, which is the hotel’s own shack located right on the beach. The Goan food there was delicious, and the whole place gives you the perfect Goan vibes. Overall, Santana Beach Resort is a fantastic choice if you’re looking for a fun, relaxed, beachside stay in Goa. Highly recommended!

Была в этом отделе 4 ночи. Отель староват, по мебели заметно, но работает все исправно. Обслуживание гостей на высшем, высочайшем я бы доже сказала, уровне. Завтраки вкусные, шведский стол при этом есть официанты, которые принесут вам все что хотите. Уборка номера каждый день. Воду бутилированную каждое утро в номер приносят. В один из дней у нас была экскурсия к 6:00 утра. И так как мы не попадали на завтрак, то нам к 6:00 приготовили на ресепшене ланч-боксы. Это тоже нас очень порадовало. В целом отель, еще раз повторюсь, очень понравился. Спасибо большое!

Находится в тихом месте района Кондолим в близи форта Агуада . Номер соответствует фото и описанию . Тярритория не большая, бассейн и лужайка с парой столиков . Завтраки : омлет /яичница, овсянка, мюсли , йогурт 1 вид , творожок, 2 вида колбасы , 1 вид сыра , 1 вил куриных сосисок , запеченный картофель , национальные блюда . Из фруктов ананасы , папайя, арбуз . Выпечка не очень вкусная, съедобная. Сок 1-2 вида. До пляжа 5 минут через дорогу по дорожке . Пляж хороший , народу не много .

1. I booked hotel with citi view but balcony was provided on back side and that was not giving view of swimming pool also. There was no room in hotel with citi view balcony. 2. Room cleaning was week compared to other hotels of same standard. 3. As i have to go early for dudhsagar fall, they arranged snacks early in the morning on my request. But they charged for coffee ordered in room. As i told them that it should be covered under my breakfast, it should not be charged. But they informed that as yhey have generated bill, they cannot reverse. But gave 20% discount. This bill can be fully waived. Hotel is not up to the standard of money spent.

It was a pleasant stay. The swimming pool was good. Food and other amenities were satisfactory. Mr. Sambhu was extremely welcoming and diligent in getting things done when it came to food and other services. Finally tbe location was quite good. Medical stores, restaurants, grocery stores and most importantly the beach was at touching distance. Overall the experience as already mentioned in the beginning was quite pleasant.

The hotel is in a great location. Very friendly welcome. We were shown to our room and things explained. The balcony was small but ample. The room should have contained robe and slippers but these were missing, although didn't affect our stay so not a real issue. The pool is small but was very quiet and provided a nice cool off. Towels are available at the counter. The hotel is located directly on the beach with beech shacks and restaurants on the beach very nearby. The hotel does not provide beach loungers BUT if you head to a beach shack and buy a drink or two, they will allow the use of a bed for free. Directly out of the hotel gate on the beach there was a lady with beds trying to charge 500 rupees for a bed for the day. This is not necessary when you can get a drink for less with a free bed. We nearly learned the hard way. The bed was far too hard for me, resulting in reduced sleep, but some people may prefer a firmer bed. My partner slept better than me so this was a personal experience. The bedding was nice quality though. The whole place was clean and tidy. Rooms made up every day in the afternoon so not disturbed early morning which is nice. The rooms are not soundproof so a lot of noise can be heard from outside when people start moving around in the morning. Staff were friendly - everyone had a smile, and nothing too much trouble. We only experienced breakfast once, and I would say it is ok as long as you don't expect a full English fry up (which in my opinion you shouldn't as you're in India). The food was hot, tasty, and fresh. There was plenty to choose from for a breakfast selection. If I was to fault the breakfast, to provide a suggestion, providing tea and coffee black so that customers can add their own milk would make it more accessible to all. I can't drink too much dairy so had to give this a miss. Then the only real downside to this hotel we found is when checking out, you are made to wait until the room has been checked, in case you steal anything. I completely understand this, but this should be made clear when checking in. We had booked a taxi to arrive at check out time, which could have resulted in additional costs for waiting time. Just to be mindful if staying here and arranging onward travel. Or maybe the hotel could make this policy clearer upon checking in. All in all a very nice stay in Candolim and this hotel was a good choice.

La ubicación de la propiedad está cerca de la playa candolím. La comida es buena pero limitada opciones en desayuno complementario. El limpieza de la habitación y el mantenimiento es bueno. La única desventaja es que la habitación es bastante anticuada, vio algunas retroalimentaciones anteriores sobre la propiedad para mejoras, pero es la misma incluso ahora como la puerta de baño no está cerrando, etc.
