No puedo recomendar el hotel Casaly lo suficiente! El personal era increíble y realmente útil. Están haciendo un trabajo increíble al conectar y conocer a sus huéspedes. Nos sentimos tan cuidadosos. La habitación era increíble y se limpió varias veces al día. La piscina era grande para tener en la ciudad. Los productos que nos ofrecieron eran de gran calidad. ¡Vale la pena!

An excellent apartment in a good location, clean and the manager Nikos is friendly and helpful. Laundry is more expensive than I am used to, but overall a good place.

Hotel is positioned on a beautiful part of the island. The grounds are lush and pool is great. We loved everything here as far as the environment, views, amenities and our room, but the service was quite poor specially with the front desk. Our room was directly by the pool, and two nights in a row live music was playing at the pool restaurant until 11pm, which is great if you are there enjoying it, but not when you have a small child and trying to put them to bed. The next day when I told the front desk member that the music was very loud in our room and we were unable to sleep he just said yes we can play music until 11. When I pushed further and asked if we could be moved the answer was no. And that was that. I was stunned at this terrible customer service. I appreciate the hotel was fully booked but a simple gesture, an apology or sympathy would have gone a long way.

Koxyli está en una parte muy agradable y tranquila de la isla. Hay tiendas y restaurantes a una distancia de paseo. El apartamento era limpio y tenía todas las instalaciones necesarias. Stavros es quizás el mejor hostal que he tenido. El hotel es muy agradable, atento, útil y está dispuesto a hacer su estancia cómoda, aunque pueda.

Qué joya de un hotel. Linda spa atacado y Lydia es demasiado maravilloso. Dormió mientras hizo mi cara. El personal es tan útil y no puede hacer lo suficiente para organizar todo lo que necesita. Las habitaciones son hermosas y grandes. Buen valor para el dinero.

The hotel is about 5 minutes taxi ride from the airport making it really convenient. The rooms are clean with everything you need. The pool is great and the sun loungers very comfortable. You can watch incoming planes landing from the pool. People tend to put their towels down before the pool opens, which can be frustrating and means waiting for a lounger if you don’t do that - Tip: if going in July (it was 33 degrees) go to the beach first and then the pool around 4/5pm and you’ll get a lounger and quieter pool. Hotel is within walking distance of both Ammes and Ai Helis beaches which are immaculate. The water is clean and clear. We would definitely return.
