Recepción: Un día después de reservar, el hotel me llamó y me agregó al WeChat del mayordomo, quien me preguntó la hora de llegada con antelación para ayudarme con el equipaje. The team here was incredible — super friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Our room was one-of-a-kind, with a private hot tub that made our stay feel extra special and relaxing. Everything was tidy, well set up, and easy from beginning to end. They also have a really cool Mercedes van that can take you straight to the famous museum nearby, which was such a nice bonus. It’s a great spot for families too — kids will definitely love it here. A fantastic place all around!

這次入住整體體驗超出預期，進門前台工作人員態度温和，辦理入住手續速度很快，沒有長時間等待。客房打掃得十分細緻，地面、衞浴、床品都乾淨無異味，床軟硬適中，隔音效果很好，夜裡休息完全不受打擾。衞生間水壓穩定，熱水供應充足，洗漱用品齊全。房間採光不錯，空調、電視等設施運行順暢，細節佈置很貼心。酒店地理位置便利，出門吃飯、出行都很方便，公共區域整潔安靜。全程服務響應及時，有需求都能妥善解決，性價比很高，下次出行還會選擇這裏。

兩間床的床單都是破的，用線縫補起來的，睡起來磕磕巴巴。 早餐8點半去吃，雞蛋冷的，饅頭蛋糕麪包統統沒有了，衹有一兩根蒸紅薯。唯一還可以選擇就是米粉，但是味道實在差勁！好多客人都是吃了幾口就剩碗裏沒吃了。牛奶用奶粉沖的，就捨不得放夠奶粉，基本沒奶味，孩子都喝不下去，説像喝完牛奶洗碗的水！

The location was in a small village outside of Mianzhu or Deyang. It was a beautiful place surrounded by farmland to the front and bamboo-covered mountains to the back. The staff were very helpful with our requests. We mainly communicated through translation app, as they did not speak English. The hot springs were available to us every day. You could easily walk or also ask for a buggy ride up to it. Some of the large hot spring pools were closed, we believe due to it being winter time. But there were still more than 12 hot springs open. If you are a westerner travelling here, don’t expect a cozy residents bar. There is a bar area but not that equipped. We did not try the hotel restaurants. We walked 1km or 2km into the village and had many cheap restaurant options and the locals were very friendly and accommodating with our lack of Chinese. The room had a torch also available, which made it easy to walk along the road when it was dark.

Clean room. Table surfaces need to be cleaned properly. They are either sticky or dirty. Breakfast is a small spread but very delicious. Big and wide space to hang laundry. Huge plus. Two washers to use. They also act as the dryer. But you can hang up your clothes to dry. They dry pretty fast. Finally a hotel room that I don’t smell smoke inside the room. Super clean bedsheet and comforter covers. Nice and spacious room. Surrounding seems to be under construction. So the air quality isn’t great. 15 minutes walk from bus station? Not the most convenient location. But a quiet one.

The size of the apartment is nice and it is perfectly located within walking distance of the Sanxingdui museum. But it is an apartment in a closed area where there are almost no other people living and no possibility of finding a place to buy food or eat. So if you want a place without atmosphere then it is fine but we don't think it was such a good experience
