Hotel boss and staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a restaurant which the food are great and large serving and many customers. The boss also upgraded my room without charge. Hotel location is convenient to 不冻河 and 天池服务区 bus station. All within walking distance. Hotel facilities are great too. It should be one of the best hotel and restaurant at 天池服务区. Recommended to stay there.

I am a young Englishman on a 20 day solo self-drive road trip across northern Heilongjian and Inner Mongolia. After my stay in Hulun Buir, I decided to drive down to Arxan for 2 nights exploring. I booked this stay based off of the other foreign guests' positive experience. I arrived in the town late in the evening. The boss was waiting for me and was attentive and welcoming from the start. The room is very spacious and comfortable, and the temperature was just right. Everything is provided and replaced when needed. After hiking in the national park, I came back to the boss and his extended family making CNY preparations. Then I was invited to drink Chinese tea (Dian Hong) at their tea table. I was then welcomed to eat with the family, drink beer and eat until I was full. I was welcomed not just as a guest of theirs, but as a family friend. In mid-winter, Aershan/Arxan is a quiet and cold place. I came as part of a long journey taking my rented 4x4 Tank 300 through the snow and ice on routes apart of the Hulun Buir Snow and Ice Festival. My journey was peaceful, solemn and isolated. The hospitality and warm welcome was exactly what I needed after my long drive alone and it is a memory I will take home to the UK with me. I highly recommend this guesthouse, especially if you are travelling solo across this wilderness. Thank you brother. I look forward to returning in the near future with my partner, and when my mandarin is better.

Los cuartos reservados para los padres son los mayores que son principalmente convenientes y tienen comida y bebida. Este lugar es más frío, las familias dicen que las condiciones están bien, las instalaciones están completas y no se han refrigerado. Puede encontrar la comida, ¡de acuerdo!

La ubicación del hotel es buena. Hay un río por un minuto a pie. La noche camina alrededor del río para ver la hermosa vista nocturna de la ciudad pequeña. Ir a la estación de tren sólo cuatro minutos, ir a la Plaza de San Liu y conducir 2 minutos, no está lejos de comer. Aunque hay muchos hoteles alrededor, su vehículo es el más grande, su habitación es limpia, el dueño es bueno y el servicio es muy bueno, se ha actualizado el tipo de habitación gratis, y se ha tomado la iniciativa de ayudar a recoger el equipaje cuando vino, También se puede ayudar cuando se va, y es difícil que un buen servicio se lleve.

Esta experiencia de esta estancia es realmente más allá de lo esperado! El personal del hotel es muy entusiasta y tiene respuestas a las necesidades a tiempo. Las condiciones alrededor son cómodas, la calle es muy cerca de la comida y la calle es muy cercana, el efecto de aislamiento del sonido de la habitación es bueno, no hay ruido blando, la relación de precio en línea, la primera opción de alojamiento de viaje, se recomienda a los amigos!

露台視野開闊，清晨看風景、傍晚吹晚風特別愜意。屋內備品齊全，細節佈置特別用心，衞生做得無可挑剔，周邊環境安靜，睡眠質量很好。房東還貼心分享本地小眾遊玩路線，避開人羣，整個行程幸福感拉滿。

民宿位置超級無敵好！緊靠着山，風景很棒！ 必須誇獎一下房間佈局和燈光，老闆美商超級在線，燈光每一處都很細節和高級，尤其是房間衞生間和淋浴室分開的情況下還有兩扇窗户，淋浴室很大，洗澡很舒服！ 床品也十分親膚，預訂後會有人加微信詳細告知一切訊息和推薦餐廳，超級貼心，工作人員也很親切和藹，交流十分順利，大廳的水果也讓我們隨便吃。 內蒙行住過很多星級和民宿，這家榮升最喜歡的民宿之一，太太太太太太棒了！！！！

房間太超出我們的預期了，一開始訂房沒捨得訂這個觀景房，結果辦理入住的時候看板娘給我們免費升了房型，本來看攻略順景區裏住宿條件不好還潮，但是這個房間完全不潮也不冷而且都是智能家電，陽台直接能看到不凍河，一打開門我們就哇哇哇一頓拍攝，風景無敵。服務也特別好，一直讓我們有事就叫他們別怕麻煩，還幫我們安排出行路線。反正就是滿足了我門既要體驗自然野趣又要智能住宿的要求，預算充足一定要訂這個觀景房，給十顆星！

房間不大但設施還算齊全，在旅遊旺季的阿爾山性價比算是相當不錯了。位置不錯，離五里泉很近，周邊吃飯、閑逛都很方便。老闆很熱情，幫忙指揮停車、拿大件行李，有什麼問題都會想辦法處理。還有住他家吃飯很方便，樓下的餐廳味道還可以。
