Hoteles en El Hotel: Este hotel es elegante. Situado un poco desde el centro. Bomba de personal. Cualquier capriz. Todo tipo. Las habitaciones son grandes y limpias. Restaurante chica en la entrada y el metro del hombre es bueno. Gracias! Recomendar el hotel! Spa es grande

I don’t normally take the time to review places but considering that they market themselves as a 5 star hotel I want to make sure other people considering this hotel know what to expect at least. For context We stayed in this hotel for a week as a family (2 kids) in a connecting family room. First off when we arrived and checked in, the guy at reception said they would check our documents and to please wait in their restaurant. We ordered some drinks and waited. Meanwhile suddenly they start blasting Indian music so loud in the restaurant (it was only us and another family there) that we had to go ask them if they could please turn it back down again. I don’t know for who or why they put the music on so loud. This also happened when we ate breakfast one morning. After maybe 20 minutes we went to ask reception how check in was going and were only told that “they were checking”. We decided to go and get some late lunch since we didn’t know how long we needed to wait for them to “check” whatever they were checking. If the room wasn’t ready, it wouldn’t have been a problem if they simply said so and gave us a time frame for when it would be ready. But this was a taste of the service to come unfortunately. We had a connecting family room that had one bathroom to share. The master bedroom had only a window which was a small and by the ceiling facing out into the hallway (so no external window) which meant it was like sleeping with lights on all night as the hallway light were always on. In this case perhaps a curtain for that window would be good or installing sensor lights in the hallway so the light isn’t on unless someone is there. The rooms were SO warm and when we went to check about the air conditioning they told us it wasn’t working or they didn’t have it. (Not sure which was the correct answer) They couldn’t give us a straight answer. They told us the heating had been on the night before but that they had now switched it off and allowed for “air” instead. So whatever control you have in your room is basically useless. When we asked if they could allow for the air conditioning to be turned on they just told us they would sort it out but nothing got done. We had to sleep with the only external window open during the night so at least our kids could be more comfortable. Other important things to note - we got 2 towels for 4 people. We asked them to bring 2 more which wasn’t done. Only when we saw a cleaner outside in the hallway one evening (3 nights into our stay) did we get 2 more. - there was no cleaning the whole week. We asked for more water, asked if someone would come to at least remove the garbage and they told us they would send someone but never did. - as shown in the photos, one of the single beds was broken underneath. - several sheets/duvet covers were broken, one example shown in the photos. - there was cigarette burns on the double bed headboard despite it being a non-smoking room. El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Puedes llegar al centro en unos 15 minutos caminando. En la misma calle hay un supermercado y varios restaurantes. El gym del hotel es estupendo, muy bien equipado, limpio, amplio, con todo tipo de equipamiento. El desayuno está muy variado y de buen sabor. Pedí pan sin gluten y me lo consiguieron, gracias! El personal de recepción, restaurante y limpieza de habitaciones son todos muy amables. Tuve un inconveniente y me lo resolvieron. Gracias al manager on duty Ruso por su ayuda.

The location of the hotel is excellent, clean and close to Nizami Street. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. All thanks and respect to the distinguished management and I wish them success.Special thanks to the hotel manager Niger for her cooperation and interest. This will not be the last visit to Baku and we look forward to a future visit in the coming years, God willing.

Yaklaşık 45 gün boyunca kaldığım otelde herşey mükemmeldi. Adeta kendinizi evinizde hissediyorsunuz. Otel şehrin merkezinde. Yakınlarında metro , avm ,otobüs durakları gibi imkanları var. Gitmek istediğiniz yaya olarak gidebilirsiniz. Oda genişliği , temizlik , kahvaltı , çalışan arkadaşların ilgi ve alakası samimiyeti çok güzel. Herşey çok güzeldi . Samira, Mayıs, Perviz, İrfan, Kenan, Elnur, Fegan, Kemal, Emin ve adını hatırlayamadığım tüm arkadaşlar hepinize samimiyetinizden dolayı çok teşekkür ederim. Hepinizi seviyorum. Bir sonraki Bakü seyahatimde tekrar görüşmek üzere.

El servicio al cliente fue muy malo, hay muy lazy y el último día muy solicitada para el desayuno temprano y dijeron que estaba bien, y la mañana estamos esperando pero no vinimos después de eso dejando con el desayuno porque tenemos el vuelo temprano Realmente decepcionado

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Baku was very comfortable.The Staff was warm and helpful. The Location is excellent. The Breakfast was sumptuous and the timings relaxed. One member of the Staff at breakfast took it on himself to remind us to come early, everyday. On a lighter note ! No complaints, we were always served well. The Rooms are large and well appointed, it was important for us as it was an 8 days stay. I would strongly recommend this Hotel for Stay in Baku.

Estaba en una suite de la esquina con una increíble vista a la ciudad y al mar. El hotel cuenta con varios restaurantes, bares y un spa. Uno de los aspectos que falta en este hotel es el nivel de servicio. No estoy completamente seguro de si sus locales actúan o forman, pero la mayoría de los empleados necesitan trabajos serios para ajustar el estado del hotel. En general, el Front Desk es el equipo más bien entrenado, pero una vez fui al restaurante principal y fue horrible desde el receptor hasta el equipo de trabajo. La hostesa y la barmana no tenían ninguna pista sobre lo que era el cocktail de conductor de la ropa y no se molestó en Google! El hotel es un hotel icónico, pero no tiene vibraciones ni clases.

En general todo es bueno: desayuno normal (sí, la diversidad es pequeña si se queda por mucho tiempo, pero en una semana no tuve tiempo para sentir), habitación adecuada, Wi-Fi, excelente personal y precio. La habitación estaba un poco cansada (un par de puntos en el tapete, un tornillo), pero en el baño todo nuevo + actualizado regularmente los gastos y los muebles principales en excelente estado. El principal menos - ubicación: paradas de autobús que van desde/a el centro cerca y caminan a menudo OT, pero antes de que las paradas se apropien es necesario pasar por el auto estacionado en los servicios, los distribuidores de automóviles y las instalaciones de autobús. Como resultado, se fue al OT por la mañana y volvió a un taxi.

We stayed two nights at this hotel, on the the first day and the last day of our stay at Baku. We got very different experience in the stay. The first stay was superb. We were picked up from the airport. The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful. They upgraded our room, which was very nice. We had a very good view from the window. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The second stay was equally bad. First, at the reception we had the worst experience of lifetime. We were supposed to pay 225 Azerbaijan Manat. I was in a great hurry to go to the toilet and gave my husband 245 Manat cash and went off. My husband was not aware about the tariff and thought we were supposed to pay 245 Manat and paid the whole amount to the gentleman at the reception who took the full amount and counted in front of my husband and kept it. My husband rechecked if he has to pay 245 and the receptionist said ”yes”. When I came to know about it, I went to the reception and asked him why he took 245, when the tariff was 225 Manat. He told me that he has taken only 225. He told the same to my husband. He refused to accept the fact that he has taken extra money. It was very strange for us, as we never expected it from a hotel. The money is small, but the feeling of being cheated made us feel miserable. Even the room given to us was quite bad. The hotel location is good, they offer pickup and drop to the airport. Breakfast is ok. But be careful, you may be cheated.
