Quickly Bypass the Taxi Hawking parking lot into the path in the trees leading into the only building the Hotel, Walk through the beautiful Rosa Damascena, pass your hands on the fragrant Rosemary planted next to it The Hotel interior is beautiful and clean, the Staff give a good impression of how friendly Azerbaijani folks can be, from the Receptionist girl that checks you in, to the Door staff. The rooms will have more drinking water as I was dehydrated after the flight and the water was gone in seconds. Talked to the staff they said they will immediately start adding more bottles of drinking water to all hotel rooms, they did so as they showed me they have a whole storage room full of drinking water bottles. Breakfast was very nice, Breakfast Waiters were extremely helpful. Night Bar/Restaurant also nice, a very patient waiter went through all their Menu on phone then he went through the whole menu again in person, until he saw I was satisfied with my choices. Highly Recommended

We arrived on the 22 and was welcomed by ismail and checked in by shams from reception both were super nice and instantly gave us one of the best first impression any one can ask for. Our first day we had shawarma from black city and it was the best shawarma we ever had and made us go back again for the taste of it several times. Definitely recommend every one to try. We had the best service by our special favorite orkhan who was super friendly and the team made sure we get the best service. We had to just look once and literally the staff comes running to help. 10/10 for the attentiveness and details of the black city staff. We tried green house but the food is same as white city. Would have been amazing if they had a different cuisine than white city. We had the best shisha made by Hussain who was very kind but didn’t get the same smile and sweetness from the other staff in green house. Service was not bad but as we had an amazing experience from black city where all the staff are super attentive was a little down fall. We had dinner in white city and couldn’t order anything else after we tried the honey baby chicken which was absolutely delicious. We also had lunch twice in white city but the service was super slow due to lack of staff but David while we noticed it was definitely a time of rush he had done amazing while doing the service with a very energetic smile and a very positive vibe. The hotel has a beautiful steam room, sauna and a pool. I met gulshan from spa while I went for sauna who always was super attentive kind with a gorgeous smile. It is beautiful to go for a walk out side the hotel as it’s near a park with ocean views. We had met amazing locals as well as everyone we met were super kind. The hotel has beautiful garden and greenery around the property. We usually take pictures in every country we go but we fell in love with the gardens and the colours around we took pictures just out side the hotel. Lots of mini butterflies and just super pretty and beautiful colorfulness around the hotel. The rooms are spacious and if you love mirrors this would be a perfect place as the hallway to room are filled with huge mirrors. The only problem we faced was that the hotel didn’t have a eu plug and we had to take a walk to get them on the first day but other than that didn’t have any issues. Lastly was checked out by Orkhan from reception who was funny and sweet asked us about our stay and had a good last impression as well. All together a great team at marriot and definitely would recommend to stay as the hotel is beautiful with amazing facilities and to top of has amazing staff with delicious food. Personally this was the best vacation 💕

I had a great stay at ibis Baku on my trip to Baku, this was my 2nd trip and 2nd stay at the same hotel, rooms are still refreshing and looks quite new and updated, every other facilities are available which is mandatory , the staff is courteous and helpful in all the aspects. My special thanks to Mr. Bashir ( Duty Manager) for helping me and assisting through out the stay. He really goes out of his way to make sure the guests are happy and satisfied. Thanks to the other team members namely - Rufat and Naila as they kept meeting me all the time when I was at hotel during my stay, Overall a decent stay to remember and would definitely be coming again and again once I am in Baku again. Thanks so much to the ibis Baku Team.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Baku was very comfortable.The Staff was warm and helpful. The Location is excellent. The Breakfast was sumptuous and the timings relaxed. One member of the Staff at breakfast took it on himself to remind us to come early, everyday. On a lighter note ! No complaints, we were always served well. The Rooms are large and well appointed, it was important for us as it was an 8 days stay. I would strongly recommend this Hotel for Stay in Baku.

During my visit to Azerbaijan I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. First of all I got a warm welcome in my arrival. It made me feel like at home. Staff was always friendly and helpful, they delivered the best possible servise. The restaurant was offering delicious dishes, which we enjoyed a lot. I am looking forward to visit the hotel again. Ha sido una experiencia magnífia, en un viaje de negocios en el que la comodidad y la atención han permitido que pueda centrarme bien en mi trabajo, descansando y teniendo todo tipo de facilidades. Adicionalmente y como un extra, la ubicación del hotel es insuperable, con unas vistas maravillosas de toda la ciudad y la proximidad al paseo marítimo que permite hacer pequeñas escapadas durante mi estancia de trabajo.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Puedes llegar al centro en unos 15 minutos caminando. En la misma calle hay un supermercado y varios restaurantes. El gym del hotel es estupendo, muy bien equipado, limpio, amplio, con todo tipo de equipamiento. El desayuno está muy variado y de buen sabor. Pedí pan sin gluten y me lo consiguieron, gracias! El personal de recepción, restaurante y limpieza de habitaciones son todos muy amables. Tuve un inconveniente y me lo resolvieron. Gracias al manager on duty Ruso por su ayuda.

Me gustaba este hotel. Personal dusty y amigable, buenas habitaciones confortables. Bien lo suficiente comida-compramos un alojamiento con desayunos. Colas, queso, huevos, salsa, huevos, verduras. Dá frutas: manzanas, peras y mandarinas. El hotel dispone de un centro de spa, me gusta el Ham y la sauna finlandesa con piscina gratis. El hotel no está en el corazón de la ciudad, pero hay la estación de metro de Nizami a la puerta, o puedes ir a un taxi, es barato en la ciudad. Usamos el Uber. Acerca de un supermercado Grandmart, una red de tiendas Bravo. Y si te desplazas un poco por la carretera, puedes ir al café Zaura, el único lugar que creo que puedes comer caliente y sopa a un precio barato. ¡Recomiendo muy bien este hotel, aquí se crea todo para un descanso cómodo!

We visited Baku to see the F1 Grand Prix and although the company who organised our trip chose the hotel, we couldn't be happier with the Hyatt Regency. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant was being refurbished while we stayed there but the hotel still served meals and the food was delicious. It did open on the our day of departure but it's closure didn't spoil our stay. The hotel is about 10 -15 minutes from the Old City in a taxi which cost about GBP £2 in a Bolt taxi, an Uber equivalent.
