Port Talbot

Staff were great, called me to say the cleaner had found my daughters head phones and they would be at reception for us to pick up when we were ready.

A lovely room in the annex. Quiet, clean, comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. There was always someone on hand at reception if I needed anything. They were all very helpful and attentive.

The staff were amazing very helpful room was clean and tidy if needed anything receptionist was there all-day tea and coffee at reception when run out food at beefeater was nice had meal deal was reasonably priced had really gd stay my son loved it

Rooms are tired and need some maintenance. It is stated that there isn’t AirCon but it has opening windows however if your room faces out towards the M4 /A48 then they can be very noisy

Had a lovey stay at this Premier Inn. Room was clean and spacious and the bed is super comfortable. There is also a Beefeater restaurant attached where we had a lovely evening meal and breakfast at. All the staff were friendly, helpful and approachable. I will definitely recommend this place. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

This was a quick layover for a business trip in Port Talbot. Hotel staff were friendly and the room, albeit quite compact, was clean and comfortable. The adjoining Beefeater pub was busy due to the stay coinciding with a Bank Holiday weekend. But their staff were also welcoming and very accommodating. I'll certainly consider the Premier Inn Port Talbot next time I'm in town.

Downside food at the Beefeater (breakfast was cold over cooked) We put some glasses on the tables outside the Beefeater on Saturday morning and they was still there on Monday when we checked out

The location is good and check in was quick and friendly. Bathroom had a window open, yet there was a strong smell of wee. The bathroom itself was clean, I even tried wiping the floor, but still the smell remained for the duration of the stay. Room itself needs a deep clean or a repaint. Walls are scratched and stained, same in bathroom, random stains on the walls. Although worried about noise from the pub opposite, it was quiet. However, as the bedroom was right next to door to the stairs, accessed by card, until midnight and then from 6am, it was constant clicking and door slamming, every couple of minutes! Very loud and impossible to sleep.
