Location was perfect for my visit of friends in Gerlingen. Parking is easy. Front desk was not giving a welcoming feeling, but different staff at departure was great.
The main issue was housekeeping knocking everyone’s door and entering the room at 8:20am on a Sunday morning!! Strongly suggest to use the DO NOT DISTURB sign to sleep in.

Hacia unos años que no me hospedaba en este hotel y me ha impactado muchísimo el empeoramiento que ha sufrido en casi todos los aspectos. A la llegada, unos recepcionistas jovencísimos e inexpertos (¿en prácticas?) que se lían en todas sus gestiones, dando como resultado un check-in largo y tedioso. Las habitaciones espartanas, con un calor insoportable (no disponen de aire acondicionado) que obliga a dormir como te trajeron al mundo. Ruido insoportable de maquinaria (¿del ascensor?), durante toda la noche, dificultando el descanso. Más ruido desde la terraza ubicada justamente debajo de la ventana de la habitación, desaconsejando su apertura para intentar bajar las altas temperaturas. Por si fuera poco, más ruido aún procedente del tren ligero que circula a escasos metros del hotel. Camarera del bar (una chica con mechas verdes) altanera y maleducada, con una salidas de tono totalmente inaceptables. Increíble política de limpieza de habitaciones: ¡sólo una vez cada tres días! No volveré a alojarme en este hotel y sugiero a todos que valoren otros hoteles de la zona antes de reservar aquí.

Staff really great. Very helpful and courteous. Good was great - great Pizza. Rooms very small and with no aircon the hotel is very hot. Lift noise in rooms nearby was excessive. Few issues but staff dealt with them very very well.

We’ll equipped room, fresh and good breakfast, nice Italian inspired restaurant. Best of all is the very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel for business or leisure if visiting the area.

I booked the hotel for myself and a few friends and we were all completely satisfied with our stay. Very rarely have I slept this well in a hotel - the beds deserve a 5 star rating! Also talked to the GM, Mr. Bojar, and several front office / service employees and everybody was super friendly, helpful and professional. If your ever in the area or have business in and around Stuttgart, I can highly reccomend staying here! Thanks to the team @Mercure Gerlingen for a perfect stay!

we booked this hotel for our family's visit including grandparents in their 80s. upon request, the rooms were perfectly ready for their convenience (e.g. bathroom with support facilities) and they were quite satisfied with the quality of services so we are happy too :)
