The indoor and outdoor pools and the lazy river really made this a perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. Highly recommend!

pro: I like this property, I came here for so many years (before covid) and it is still my go-to hotel when I'm in Dessau to visit my family. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet is ok.; the location, special all the parks are amazing; very safe
con:you had to ask for cleaning solutions before entering the breakfast room, no social distance at all; restaurant is always booked, you have to make reservations days in advance?!
Conclusion: I still recommend HeideSpa Hotel&Resort

A little amazed by the 4-stars. Restaurants on the spa side as own only half board restaurant. On the spa side, a few, some of them full or just snacks on the other. Otherwise a clean hotel. Good lights in the room and toilet. The bed and bedding are not comfortable, in addition to the second bed sheet splashed.

Achtung: unzulängliche Informationen zur Therme: dem Internet-Auftritt vertrauend bin ich die 50 km nach Bad Düben gefahren und musste erst dort an der Kasse über ein "Schildchen" feststellen, dass die Saunalandschaft nur eingeschränkt geöffnet hat. Trotzdem wurde der volle Preis abverlangt. Die Kassiererin äußerte auch in Unverständnis, könne aber nichts machen. Keine Entschuldigung.

Zimmer waren sauber,
Leider ohne vorherige Info ein rollstuhlgerechtes Zimmer mit sehr (für uns) unschöner Gestaltung des Bades bekommen. Ein Tausch war nicht möglich.

ich möchte ausschließlich das „ Restaurant „ Lebensart bewerten. Wir waren von Freunden welche ihren Geburtstag dort feierten eingeladen. Meine Bewertung bezieht sich ausschließlich auf die von mir bestellten Speisen und Getränke. Das Kalbsgeschnetzeltes war eine unglaubliche Frechheit. Abgetrennt Enden, welche wohl vom Kalbsschnitzel übrig waren wurden klein geschnitten mit einer Fertigsauce überzogen und auf völlig zerkochten Nudeln serviert. Die Fleischstücke waren zum großen Teil mit Sehnen durchzogen und entwickelten sich im Mund zu einer großen Masse. Die Sauce wurde scheinbar im Schnellverfahren angerührt und zur größeren Menge auf dem Teller mit dem „ Fleisch über die Nudeln gekippt. Nun schwamm alles in der Suppe….. Das Bier schmeckte, soviel dazu, beim Verdauung Schnaps welchen wir mit 4 cl bestellten wurde erst das Eis in das Glas gegeben und dann bis zum Eichstrich aufgefüllt. Falls es dann noch nicht reichte, die Zitrone erledigte die restlichen fehlenden cl. Abschließend werden wir dieses Lokal nicht mehr aufsuchen auch wenn die Servierkräfte freundlich zuvorkommend waren. Die Küche allerdings war unterirdisch !

Waren zum wiederholten Male im Haus zu Gast. Nachdem es endlich gelungen war übers Wochenende zu buchen, auf den Weg gemacht. Erster Eindruck: voll ausgebucht, lange Schlange beim Check-in. Dann Zimmer aufgesucht und dann ab in die angeschlossene Badelandschaft (Eintritt, Handtuch und Bademantel im Service inbegriffen). Wassertemperatur: im Innen- und Außenbereich angenehm warm. Attraktionen/Sprudel noch voll in Betrieb. Das Essen (Halbpension) ist noch immer sehr gut, Extralob an die Küche! Lobenswert: genug kostenlose Parkplätze, Ruhe. Einzige Kritik: erstaunlich das kleine Kinder, mit Schwimmhilfen, im Außenbereich dort agieren dürfen, kenne Bäder wo Nichtschwimmer dort nicht sein dürfen. Fazit: Hoffen das die Einrichtung wegen Energiekrise oder Corona trotzdem ihr Niveau halten kann.

Wir hatten in unserer letzten Bewertung ein ganz wenig Verbesserungspotential bezüglich der Speisenkarte im Restaurant LebensArt angezeigt. Nun waren wir erneut im Heide SPA und erleben eine geänderte und mit neuen leckeren Schmankerln versehene Speisekarte. Wir waren hoch erfreut und natürlich ein dickes Kompliment an die Hotelleitung. Super reagiert! Das nennt man Kundenorientierung! Ansonsten waren die 3 Tage erneut tadellos!
