Es war nichts besonderes,
Altes Gebäude. Nicht Modernisierte Zimmer.
Keine Kaffeemaschine oder Wasserkocher im Zimmer.
Auch keine Flasche Mineralwasser, als Begrüßung.
Die Geste dürfen nicht verwöhnt werden.

酒店很乾凈，住房期間服務態度很好。很安靜適合出差和旅行，早餐也很好。環境很好，交通便利。內有餐廳可以點餐，餐飲價格很親民，很美味。

第二次入住，房間大，樓比較舊但是很乾凈。沒有燒水壺。其他沒有問題所以每次出差都在這裏住。

I think the price for the hotel didnt really match the quality of the hotel. The hotel is an older one and is in need of good amount of repairs. I was charged for breakfast buffet even though it should have been included. Beds was nice comfy and the bathtub made my day 🙏

Rooms are kind of vintage but functional and comfortable. The road in front of the hotel is quite busy and the windows are thin. You can still ask earlier a room from parking side. Swimming pool and sauna were open during my stay. Restaurant is really good but be careful of the Alex Burger the meat is usually well cook and sometimes super well cook. Parking is free of charge, breakfast is ok. Waitress are kind. For running, access to the forest is 5 minutes away. Felsenlabyrinth and Freilichtbühne Luisenburg are 30 minutes close by foot.

Das Hotel stammt aus den 1970er Jahren, was man von außen sieht und auch nicht ändern kann. Wir hatten eine Juniorsuite mit Romantikarrangement gebucht. Die Suite lag in der 4.Etage. Zimmer und Bad waren neu renoviert und sehr sauber. Warum man allerdings den alten Schreibtisch und den Kofferbock nicht getauscht hat, bleibt das Geheimnis des Hoteliers. Die Anwendungen in der Beautyfarm waren eine Wohltat. Sowohl die Rückenmassage als auch die Gesichtsbehandlung. Besonders hervorzuheben sind allerdings Küche und Service. Egal wo und egal wann, immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und präsent. Die beiden Abendessen (1 x Candle-Light-Dinner, 1 x A-la-carte) waren sehr lecker und es waren reichliche Portionen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Auch beim Frühstück war alles top. Auswahl am Buffet, Mitarbeiter in Küche und Service.... Kleiner Wermutstropfen: Als wir am Samstag Abend gegen 22.45 Uhr nach dem Besuch der Vorstellung auf der Luisenburg ins Hotel kamen, war bereits die komplette Gastronomie geschlossen. Es saßen auch diverse Gruppen, insg. ca. 20 Gäste, in der Halle. Wir bekamen über den Nachtportier noch etwas zu trinken, hätten zum Absacker aber auch gerne die Hotelbar genutzt. Das die Bar bereits um kurz vor elf geschlossen war, konnten wir für einen Samstag Abend nicht nachvollziehen. Schade....

Prima prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding. Uitstekend ontbijt en goed diner. Ruime kamers met goede bedden.
De bar was gesloten. Sanitair en faciliteiten kunnen een renovatie gebruiken.

Wenn man wie wir nach den Bildern auf der Homepage bucht, ist man über den Zustand der Zimmer entsetzt. Original 60er Jahre, abgewrackte Möbel, Fensterrahmen, die zufallen, ein Teppich, der vor 10 Jahren hätte erneuert werden müssen. Nasszelle verkalkt, nur das Bett schien ersetzt worden zu sein. Die Krönung: offenbar wurde der Minibar Kühlschrank ausgebaut, der innen verschimmelte Schrank steht noch…. Einen deutlich besseren Eindruck macht das Restaurant, das gepflegt und professionell daherkam. Insgesamt für 120 € per DZ eine Enttäuschung.

Einen Punkt Abzug wegen des unmöglichen jungen Mannes an der Rezeption, der es nicht für nötig hielt und (zwei Paare) zu begrüßen bzw mit einem Lächeln etwas A**osphäre zu schaffen... Ansonsten ein sehr organisiertes und freundliche Hotel, in denen auch Hunde willkommen sind. Die Zimmer (Suiten) sind sehr familiär und schön ausgestattet. Das Frühstück- und Abendbuffet ist schmackhaft. Ab 20 Uhr kann man dann in die hauseigene Bar umziehen um dort Cocktail zu schlürfen.
