Atlantica Sancta Napa Hotel

I visited with my wife and children this amazing establishment last season and honestly we can’t wait to go back. We are in Cyprus right now staying in an apartment waiting for the Hotel to open on May 1. We have already made a reservation for 10 blissful days. We visited the Hotel yesterday and had a look. Cleaning and setting up is in process! I saw some of the staff and what I really laughed about was the fact that they were almost all of them with beards (unrecognizable). It was so funny 😊 Still many familiar friendly faces said Hello and were genuinely happy to see us. I love my food and I so look forward to the delicious buffets especially to taste the “ Cypriot flaounes” during Greek Easter celebrations. 1st of May is not that far away . . . . and we are so excited. See you very soon everyone!

We booked this hotel super late as a last minute family holiday and it was one of the best we’ve been on! The staff were super friendly and played such a huge part in our great experience, in particular George and Dino at the bar whose service and friendliness was impeccable. The variety of food was amazing, such great quality and always fresh. Special mention to Sebastian, one of the waiters as he was so friendly and nothing was ever too much! Please make sure he gets some recognition, we tried got tip him but it all goes into a shared jar. Hotel was in perfect location, close to the beach and bars but no need to actually leave as the resort had everything you would want. Cleanliness was always at a great standard, the only fault we would say is the room sizes are little on the small side for 3 people. We will definitely be back!

Warm welcomes, diverse cuisines at the restaurant, a range of facilities, prompt service and clean! Definitely looking forward to returning with my family as we had an amazing time here! Everyone was very friendly and the dinner entertainment never failed to put a smile on our faces!

Upon arriving at this hotel my first impression of the lobby area was as I'd imagine a prison wing would be the doors looking onto the lounge just reminded me of a prison and it did nt get any better NO inside bar the one bar served pool outdoor entertainment area the lifeguard stood on patrol every morning not allowing you to put towels on beds till 8am NOT that you could as the pool area wash cleaned daily from 7.30am so all beds were soaking wet the hotel offers no smoking armaments fir bad weather so you have to walk on slippery tiles to get to the one area where smoking is allowed

What an absolutely fantastic stay! The staff were excellent, welcoming and warm. The facilities were fantastic and we had an absolute blast at the pool side parties! Great location too - super easy to access Agia Napa and all its great experiences!

We are definitely returning! When we arrived at the Atlantica Sancta Napa Hotel, the reception staff greeted us as if we were family. The hospitality offered was second to none and exceeded all our expectations. The rooms were immaculately clean, food was fantastic (along with the service), and the location was perfect for exploring Ayia Napa. We are already making plans to revisit first week in August.

Myself and my husband have just come back from a 14 night stay at this wonderful hotel. From the moment we checked in - and it was late at night, due to our flight being delayed, the staff from front reception desk to bar staff, cleaners, entertainers all very welcoming. I suffered with sun poisoning the first week of our holiday, and after speaking with the manageress, Ele politely told us to go and see someone in the pharmacy next door, which doing so, providing me with medication to clear it up. Male gentleman- lovely man(sorry I didn’t get his name) always knew what room number we were when going in for our evening meal. Effim, (hope I spelt his name right) always a pleasure to talk too, again asking me how I & my husband were. The lovely Margarita too, very pleasant and again always asked how we were every day. We had a lovely sea view room on the 4th floor. The rooms cleaned every day and also on our last day (we booked a late check out room- well worth it, to chill and freshen up before our coach came to collect us. We did encounter 2 fire alarms, which thru no fault of hotel - guests smoking inside/on balcony of their room, which I may add this hotel is non smoking. The entertainments staff worked wonders with everyone, getting them to participate, if you didn’t want too, then it was fine. The bar staff work so hard, as does Ozzy Ele your staff are such a credit to you. We came here for the 1st time and we are definitely returning next year. The food is amazing and I even told the lady chef this. We only have 1 recommendation, some padded seats outside would be lovely, other than this no faults whatsoever. The beach is less than a 2 minute walk which is gorgeous if you want to escape the busy pool scene. Once again thank you Atlantica Santa Napa for a most enjoyable stay.

We were in August 2023 during our honeymoon. We were greeted very well by the reception, we were able to enjoy the full all-inclusive option while waiting for our room and there was a changing room available. Due of our honeymoon we received a better room, which was spacious, clean and well-maintained. We had also special cake and prossecco for our honeymoon celebration. The hotel is located near the beach and close to the city center. The food was VERY delicious, for the two weeks of our stay, lunches and dinners were not repeated. Everyone found something for themselves, and the restaurant staff was very polite and helpful, after a short time they remembered us and what drinks we want to drink with meals. The bar is another place that deserves praise, because the drink list and their quality were great. The bartenders remembered our names and favorite drinks and were very open and communicative. We had a great time at the pool and during the animation. The food at the kiosk was also delicious and the service deserves praise. The gentlemen were very nice and polite. I recommend this hotel to everyone, because it was the best vacation of our lives!!! :)

Exceeded our expectations. Ideal location, close to a great beach and within walking distance to several great beaches. Lots to see and do close to the center without being noisy. Great room on the 5th floor with a very nice sea view. Very satisfied with the cleaning both in the room and the hotel area. The food and drink selection and quality is the best we have had on all inclusive, even though we have been to many 5 star hotels around the world. Impressive organization of the meals by employees. You were shown to a table and your drink order was taken immediately. No chaos and long queues at the buffet. The staff were cheerful and very welcoming, and seemed genuinely interested in us having a nice holiday. The general manager, at the Hotel was present and visible and walked around greeting and talking to guests. Came and said goodbye when we left on the bus, nice. Definitely a hotel I would like to go back to, and would recommend to my family and friends.
