Big shout out to all the wonderful staff who couldn't have been nicer and made our week break in the lovely October sunshine one to remember for years to come. We will definitely return to this hotel for years to come. Estabamos en el hotel dos veces este mes, la primera vez que estaba con mi marido y sólo estabamos en las alas de adultos y la segunda vez ahora tres días con nuestros bebés. El hotel está situado en una zona muy buena, nuestra habitación era superior y era nueva limpia y espaciosa. La única desventaja para mí es que no podíamos encontrar el estacionamiento por horas, especialmente si estuviéramos tarde, pero lo recomiendo sin reservas y lo visitaremos de nuevo!

This hotel has a reputation for perfection and I have to say it met that expectation. We arrived via taxi (arranged by hotel) from Larnaca airport and after a very efficient checkin we quickly made our way to the bar by the pool for a quick snack and a couple of cocktails. One of the things that impressed me was that the hotel has sunbeds in the garden area leading down to the beach, and as part of checkin we were encouraged to select a pair of sunbeds in the garden. That was out pair for the week! Great system, and as it turned out, zero hassle to get onto a sunbed all week. We ate in the hotel on one of the buffet evenings (fantastic selection of food on the Cypriot evening), and the breakfast had a wide selection of juice, smoothies, breads, pastries and cooked items. But mostly we walked the 15 minutes or so down into Ayia Napa and only the main street. The quality of the food and service in every restaurant we tried was superb. The Farmers Inn won our attendance on the last night as the best place, but to be honest they were all superb. The gardens at the hotel led down to the white sand beach and sea, which was warm (September) and shallow. The beach ran all the way along to the harbour at Ayia Napa, which was where the various ”party boats” were based - the pirate ship was a regular visitor past the hotel at 2:30pm every day. We also tried the spa - the deep tissue massage was really good and effective. I booked for the indian oil massage too, but the spa therapist encouraged me to have a second deep tissue massage to hep my ailing shoulder, telling me that the hot oil treatment would not be as beneficial. I appreciated the advice - the second massage was even better than the first. The reception staff were the most efficient I have ever come across. They all knew how to run the desk, and had all the information needed to answer any question we put to them. The cleaners were also very good, and kept the room spotless. All in all, this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, and I have been to a few on personal holidays and on business over the years. We both had a very relaxing time and will not hesitate to visit again.

The Hotel is immaculate pool area is great we ate there and the food was lovely. Our room unfortunately was very small for 3 people extra bed took all space by balcony windows no where to put cases or clothes for 3 people constantly tripping over ourselves not very superior as advertised. We had breakfast included in holiday but only used it twice first and last day although a good selection it was always cold . Couldn't get a late check out even though hotel wasn't full and it is advertised on front desk that you can pay for late check out plus you Couldn't find out until the morning of your last day if you could get a late chec out. Never had any trouble at easter anywhere in Ayia Napa before Nice hotel but if there's 3 of you book a bigger room than the superior if you want space.

El hotel es nuevo, moderno y limpio sin puntos. Lo que falta es el servicio al cliente durante la estancia. Parece que hay la regla: la gestión del hotel es rey, no el cliente. El mar que vi sólo cuando estaba en el balcón mirando a la izquierda alrededor del rincón de la privacidad. Discutido en 15 minutos, recibió una habitación de vistas al mar. 2: Nosotros (3 colegas con 3 habitaciones) invitamos a 2 colegas que se quedaron en otro hotel en nuestra zona de piscina. Estaban sentados en nuestras camas solares. Quizás durante 15 minutos usamos una cuarta cama solar. El personal del bar de piscinas vino inmediatamente y dijo con cortesía: “No se permite visitar, tienes que irse ahora”! Discusión con el manejo de relaciones de huéspedes de un tipo de fruto.

Gran hotel, ubicación muy limpia, personal super amable, Jurgita en la recepción es muy educada, ya sea viajando, alquilando un auto o el restaurante donde ha estado con nosotros, todos son útiles para nosotros. Volveremos una y otra vez por su Jurgita, muchas gracias 10 puntos

We recently stayed at this beautiful property! WOW! The rooms are perfect and the staff are all so friendly and kind, the food is delicious and we had a wonderful peaceful holiday in a stunning location! The view from our rooms was stunning - directly overlooking the crystal clear blue sea, like a scene from a movie! It was just so beautiful! Absolute heaven! The rooms are lovely, think marble side tables and dressing tables, beautiful walk in shower room of the best quality and crisp clean white linen, highest quality beds that were huge - seriously huge, Mahoosive! Complete with electric blinds to black out the room if required, great air con, a mini bar and high quality soaps and shower gels, room service - everything you could need and more - even the turn down service was perfectly performed every evening with little chocolates left for that late night sneaky treat! The service staff and cleaners were lovely, they really do care and absolutely every member of this little bit of paradise wants you to have the best possible holiday that you can! our rooms were spotlessly cleaned every single day! The hotel is based directly by the beach with shops bars and restaurants around not that you will need them - the onsite restaurants are full of the very best quality food prepared by high quality chefs, nothing is too much trouble! Breakfast is an absolute feast, you can pretty much have what you want fresh fruit, yoghurts, cold meats, cooked full English, breads, pastries cereals an egg chef, literally whatever you can think of - they have it! There are buffet nights, a stunning fish restaurant by the beach, an a la carte option , a grill for lovely Souvlaki and kebabs, Salads or burgers etc - so much choice, The restaurants in this hotel will not disappoint they are lovely and the food quality is excellent, the staff are just so incredibly friendly and kind! The Fishermans hut is superb, i'm not keen on fish but the rest of the family are - no problem they just got me what I preferred - nothing was too much trouble! There are Greek nights and Cypriot nights with wonderful singers and entertainment. We were on full board but the prices were extremely reasonable - I would recommend very highly at least going on half board or you will miss out! The food is Lush! The onsite shop is extremely reasonably priced, lots of trinkets and gifts/clothing to browse and indulge in! We did not try the spa but others told us it was excellent! The location is directly, and I do mean directly, on the beach! You step off of your Sunbed onto a powder sand beach and walk a few short steps to the calmest, warmest sea ever - this hotel is based in one of the most beautiful locations on earth! We have been to Cyprus many times before but this really is something else - the Grecian bay is on another level all together!
