the reception was pretty good at getting the large amount of us that got of the bus into rooms ,no easy task as we got there very late at night . there are porters at hand to help , just as well its a big confusing hotel , thank you Hussain . this is now a tui blue hotel and tui are throwing money at it to make it a good place to visit . there are reps a plenty and not the useless try to sell you a trip types tho trips are available , these guys will help sort issue . i have to thank Kyle especially , but Dave and Alice did their bit thankyou. the room very comfortable , nice bed , its got a kettle and the fridge is full when you get there and free , if you want more you pay for it , nice touch . sunbed towels , dressing gown and slippers all in the room . it was cleaned every day . only complaint is the bathroom , nicely decorated , but the bath/shower not really 4 star . the food was great loads of choice and all nicely cooked , there is a microwave by the ice cream fridge if you like it a bit hotter .and the staff were very attentive. There are two other restaurants that you book to use , you get one visit in each for free , book by the reception , more visits are possible if you want to pay. the bars are all very good and there are so many of them which cuts down queuing. the entertainment team were very good and they have up to date equipment and good local acts . charlie emile jade victoria katie celia , had so much energy and try to make your stay fun. overall this was a lovely hotel especially for families with kids . the rooms are 3 star the rest is 4 star .

I visited this hotel from 7-15th April with my friend. I don’t have a bad thing to say about the hotel!  It has such a good variety of drinks available on the all-inclusive, the food no matter the time of day was always accommodating, and there was always something you could eat. Out of the several all-inclusive hotels I have visited this has to be one of the best. The hotel has water stations dotted around so I would suggest bringing a bottle, or you can purchase a reusable one from the bars.  There’s so much to do! There are activities throughout the day you can take part in, run by the reps. The hotel is only a short walk from Nissi beach which is great if you want to escape the hotel. The hotel also has bikes you can rent for €10 for the day, which is good fun and something different to do! Ayia Napa is only a short bus journey away with the bus stop practically outside the hotel, which again was convenient and great! You can always walk there, with lots of shops along the way to look in. The hotel itself is clean and the pool was always clean. The hotel also provided pool towels in the rooms which is great! There were loads of sunbeds by the pool so never any trouble finding one! The pool itself was cold, but definitely okay once your in! The hotel wifi was also good. The hotel also offers one visit to each of the two restaurants included in the all inclusive. The service and food at both these were incredible and made a nice change to the buffet food. The staff, they’re brilliant. From arrival, we felt welcome. The porter we had a conversation with the evening we arrived even remembered us and on our last day and spoke to us and asked how our stay had been. The bar people are lovely! They remember you and even remember your drink order (that may be a sign we had a few too many?!). They always welcomed you with a smile and had a conversation. To me, that was nice cause it felt like you created more of a bond rather than them just serving you drinks. I sadly didn’t get the name of the bar lady I’m about to mention, but she worked most evenings on the bar by the entertainment stage and she especially was lovely! She always had a chat no matter the time of day and remembered our drink! Mario was also really nice. He created an incredible cocktail that wasn’t on the original list displayed, and again, remembered me and my friend which made things that little more welcoming and enjoyable.  However, the main thing that stuck out for me was the evening entertainment…it was entertaining! The reps are SO talented with incredible voices! Every night the entertainment was a little bit different but always good! The entertainment reps were fantastic. They were SO nice and made leaving one of the hardest parts! Lovisa, Emil and Charlie… you guys are brilliant! They always made the effort to say hello and have a chat when they saw us and even made the effort to say goodbye before our transfer. You guys really do deserve a special mention and credi

Good location , Most of the staff where amazing Did get odd grumpy one Food ok but never very hot Checkout at 11am was a pain Bed was hard and two singles pushed together easy to fall into crack of two . Don’t think 5 stars tbh Good job there was some amazing staff Great pool ,

What a stunning hotel! When you arrive, the pool looks so inviting & the hotel looks gorgeous! Until you realise you’re in the ‘main building’ which is a let down compared to the little bungalows. If you have an odd number room, your view is really poor too. However, the rooms are modern & spacious, clean & good for families with privacy doors. Nissi beach is sensational- just a shame the hotel don’t have beds over there to enjoy. Aiya Napa a 50 min walk or €12 taxi ride. We went once and found it to be quite cosmopolitan, not like it used to be. The inclusive cocktails are fantastic, iced coffee & Cypriot beer all included. The food is excellent (lunch especially) but drinks are waiter service & they never never got our order right which was frustrating. The hostess is wonderful, smiley & attentive & the option to dine in or out was fab. The restaurant had a kiddie corner & gluten free options but never served Cypriot or Greek options except on Cyprus/greece night!! I was hanging for some Baklava all week & only got it once! On AI, you get the opportunity to dine in the al la carte- these are wonderful, especially the grill! Tui reps are plentiful but none actually spoke to us or our daughters. None encouraged them to get up & dance at the disco or tell them about kids clubs- no one came round talking about events or games. They occasionally spoke from the bridge but would go on, speak & go off- very little engagement but did a hard graft on an evening at the disco. Would most definitely visit Nissi beach again but not this hotel- it wasn’t 5* (gosh, I sound like a snob!) but it was very pricey & fell short compared with other hotels we’ve stayed at. The snack bar & the cute lady who tends it was brill!

Just returned from this beautiful place 3 days ago and it was brilliant. As a very fussy person due to previously experiencing some terrible holidays, I am very nervous and sceptical when it comes to trying new places. This was not a disappointment!!!! Below is my very honest good and bad points that I hope will help people make their decisions. Good Points: - The food in the buffet area through breakfast, lunch and dinner is lovely. There is a lot of choice for adults and kids. As a family with a son who has a severe nut allergy, it was so good to see that there was allergy notices on every single meal. Everything was cooked fresh and my boy was addicted to he pizzas. - drinks were great, they had 2-3 different beers on the all inclusive and a whole load of cocktails (that made my wife happy). If you like a Pina Colada then she said you won’t be disappointed. - Staff all over we’re friendly and professional. A big shout out to a couple of people that stood out for me 1) KiKi the on-site shop manager, what a top guy. 2) Andreas the kitchen manager, very professional and nice man and 3) Hannah the Liaison Manager, what a lovely lady and also very professional - Tui reps were brilliant, all of the kids loved them. Lots of games throughout the day and kids entertainment was spot on. - cleanliness of the entire resort was spot on. I had read reviews about ants and cockroaches in rooms but I never see 1 thing in our room. The maids were brilliant and our room was cleaned to a good standard every day. Obviously your in a hot country and you should expect to see bugs and insects. - loads if sun-beds and umbrellas available and never a time when we could not find one. Obviously this may change during busier periods - We stayed in the main hotel which was perfect but the swim up rooms looked amazing. Next time we stay we will defo be looking to have one of them. Points For Improvement: - A lot of new young staff members which is great but it was obvious that a few of them had not had enough training before being allowed to work on their own. - The arcade machines in the play area could do with updating, most of the time half of them were off or not working and they were very dated. - Music around the pool during the day was very quiet, this could do with being a little louder. - A couple of nights the main entertainment was a little boring. I think the original acts had cancelled last minute and the reps very bravely stood in to help out which is great. But, the adults need entertaining as much as the kids and it can make the nights very long and boring if the entertainment is not great. - Nissi Beach is a 2 minute was across the road and is the most stunning beach I have ever seen. The sand is white and the sea is crystal clear blue. What a stunning place. - The hotel has a little splash park for the little ones and this was great. My son enjoyed a good couple of hours in here. - Life guards all over the place which is great. Final

We travelled here in April 2024 and it was our first visit. We are a family of 3 and travelled with our 5 year old. Over the years we have done a number of all inclusive holidays so we often compare to our previous experiences. This is a lovely hotel complex. The grounds are huge and it is a bit like a maze trying to navigate. Unfortunately you’re not given a map of the complex when checking in. We had to ask for one on day 2 after getting lost trying to find kids club. It would be really helpful if these were given out when you check in. The hotel was busy, but given it was low season we had no issues in getting a sunbed, but there were still lots of towels out early and the prime spots taken. High season I can see this not being much fun. We had a family partition room in the main building. Our room was fine for the 3 of us and it was nice to have proper beds rather than sofa beds in the partitioned area. Our room was clean and no issues. If coming again, I would ask to avoid being in a room near to the water machines. Not an issue for us in 333 as we were far enough away, but people do use it as a meeting point so can be noisy for those in the rooms opposite. Food. For the size of the complex, we personally thought the buffet restaurant was tiny. Again in high season I can imagine this would be a stressful headache with the number of people and size of the area. Breakfast and lunches were fine and we could always find something to eat. Dinner, however, was probably the worst all inclusive we’ve stayed at. If you like stew and pork no issues, but for us we really struggled to find anything appetising. Sadly this meant pizza and pasta. In the end we had a larger lunch to compensate for the dinner options. We tried to book at Green and Grill. We tried over 20x over the course of 3 days and each time kept getting an error message / red screen. By the time it worked for us on day 4, it was fully booked which was disappointing given the poor dinner choices. Our daughter went to kids club, which she loved. The staff were all super. They did start checking the children in 10 minutes before which was a better system. On one day the queue was really long. One woman decided to queue jump after arriving late. Given some of us had been queuing for 10 minutes, I pointed the queue out to her which was met with a rude retort. Unfortunately they were a few uncouth Bruts staying there who just wanted to sit and drink all day long. On another day a British family had given their son a sick bag. He sat on a sunbed throwing up with lots of other children around. We moved to a different area, but this is more guest related than hotel. Would we return? Sadly no. The food for us was a big drawback and the attitude of some of the guests just didn’t sit well with us.

We had the most amazing holiday! Rooms were cleaned every single day, fresh towels and beds. The staff were incredible and couldn't do enough for us. Ana the lady working the restaurant was our fave! She is the most hard working, genuine and lovely person. I honestly wish her all the best. The food was incredible and I'm a very fussy eater. But to be honest this review was mainly to praise Ana I hope the management give her the recognition she deserves. Brilliant holiday all round!

My friend and I stayed at this hotel, visiting Cyprus for the first time. We have had a very positive experience with lots of fun. This truly is a superb resort for all ages. There’s lots of activities like water volleyball, right near a stunning sandy beach, there is lots to do for kids also. The TUI staff are always friendly & getting you involved in the fun. A huge special shoutout to Nikilas the bartender. You cannot get a better bartender than Nikilas, excellent drinks, extremely kind & friendly and makes great conversation. As for the food, the dinners have been delicious. The only downfall is that the breakfast’s were very disappointing. So we have skipped this & just ate from the snack bar during the day. The hotel is clean, easy to navigate round & very beautiful.
