Overall good value for money, but the bedsheet are old and dirty and there is no sound proof at all

It was just after Cyclone Gabriella so the place were short staffed. Good customer service overall, although I had to wait for hours to get into the room. For $180/night, I do think it is not as good as to be expected. No shampoo or soap bar, no milk et, small room, etc. Overall, I think the place is very average.

地理位置很好，交通方便，距離queen street和碼頭都很近。晚上睡覺的時候很安靜。從International airport 過來可以搭乘NORTH線+NX1公交車，一個小時左右，有AThop card大約5🔪。 就是房間有一點小。 酒店有公共廚房，可以烤披薩吃，很多人一起做飯（圖2、3） 酒店門口的環境（圖1）

房間乾淨整潔，店員有會中文的，溝通方便，最主要的是可以做飯，廚具煤氣全包，自己在外面吃不習慣，買點食材回來就能做，整體體驗很棒，很滿意！

Unfortunately, it is the worst hotel I stayed in on this trip. Cleanliness and customer service should be improved. On the night of December 30, 2023, another guest opened the door to my room, apparently they did not know that it was already occupied and they gave him a key (there is no extra lock on the door). I was very scared because I am a solo traveler and something like this had never happened to me. I went down to reception to see what was happening, but they only asked me questions and made me wait there, it was a very awkward moment. They finally found my check-in form and noticed that there was a mistake by one of their receptionists when I checked in. They apologized and let me go back to the room. I slept poorly the following nights because I didn't feel safe. When I checked out, the receptionist did not understand why I had left a deposit, it seemed very strange to me because it is a requirement of this hotel. She finally understood that my deposit was in cash and found the envelope where they had kept it. I think some of their receptionists lack training. You can find a hotel with better customer service for the same price. The highlight of the hotel is its location.

From the reception,, the room, amenities availability, and privacy , I would give it a 5 star, the only problem for me was the loud drunken disturbance from the main street.
