家族旅行でお世話になりました。
受付時に感じられるご主人の人柄の良さ
厚かましい接客では無く、心地よい心遣いが
非常に印象の残りました。
夕食はオススメのお店に伺いましたが
こちらも大当たり。
こんなに気持ちの良い旅行は久しぶりでした。
またお伺いしたいお宿です。

來這一趟真的太超值了，房間特別大特別乾淨，設施什麼的都很好，讓人心情寧靜，都不捨得回去了。在房間呆了好久才check out。屋頂還可以看到花火大會，沒有任何遮擋物，真的特別驚喜！離車站也很近，吃飯坐車都特別方便！温泉也特別滿足，早餐的烤魚也特別好吃，這趟旅行住這家酒店真的是完美，找不到缺點，跟家人還約定好了下次來熱海還來這家！真的謝謝店主，因為我懷孕了還特別調節了温泉的温度，特別貼心！

オーナーの方がとてもきさくで、親切にして下さいました❗
お部屋はとても清潔感があり、隅々までお掃除が行き届いていて快適に過ごすことができました。
朝食も、大変美味しく部屋ごとに空間が保たれていてコロナ渦でも、安心してゆっくり食事を摂ることができました☀️
他にも、観光場所まで車で送って下さったりとこちらの要望に快く対応してくださり感謝しています✨
また熱海に訪れる際には、ぜひ利用させて頂きたいと思います！！有り難う御座いました。

他のレビューにもあるように店主さんがとっても気さくな方でとても親切でした。部屋がとても綺麗で広いので友人とゆったり過ごすことができました。コロナ対策として風呂の貸し切りや時間差朝食などがあり安心して過ごせました。

Room are big and spacious, they even use a projector as TV entertainment. My family enjoy the stay very much. The hotel is own by the husband and wife, both are very friendly and even give us proposal where to visit and where to eat, appreciate it.

Very nice and warm welcome by boss. Boss actively explained every details of Atami, where to sightseeing and dining info. Room is big and clean, location is close to train station.
Definitely an excellent experience.

The owners were extremely friendly and caring, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure you have a special stay. They also speak Mandarin. Rooms were clean and really spacious.

很舒服的和室，房間驚人之大，設備也很齊全，浴湯的水是偏熱的那種，完全緩解了旅途的疲憊，非常優秀！是一對中日夫妻開的店，兩位都非常熱情，也提出了非常實際的建議，姐姐甚至拉了羣，很多事情多虧姐姐幫忙與下一家酒店溝通🙏大感謝！
