We chose this hotel because of many great reviews about friendly staff, clean and neat rooms and tasty food on breakfasts and dinners. The staff is wonderful. Especially Ainur!!! The location is great. We recommend this wonderful hotel for everyone to stay both for leisure and for work

La ubicación es buena. Está muy cerca de las principales atracciones y hay muchos restaurantes alrededor de los cuales también nos gusta su desayuno. Tiene una buena selección. La habitación es estándar y no mucho para destacar. La pared es un poco tan grande. Alguien en nuestro piso ha despertado la alarma durante una hora y nos despertamos por ella en la mañana temprana

I recently redeemed my complimentary night with breakfast at the Ritz Carlton Astana and the experience was delightful. Club Connoisseur members benefit from several perks, one of which is a free night in a deluxe room, which oozed luxury and comfort. That night I also took advantage of my 20% off a cocktail master class that was interesting, fun, and relaxing. I would like to acknowledge several staff members who made a great impression on me for their professionalism, kindness, and competence. At check-in, Aslan the bellman, braved semi-apocalyptic weather (gale force winds and sheets of rain) to open the very heavy hotel doors for me and retrieve my bag from the taxi. Altynay, the receptionist, checked me in and gave me a beautiful room on a high floor so I could enjoy a view of the city. Sayan, who is in charge of Club Connoisseur, was there to welcome me in person and wish me a nice stay. Later, after I came back from the spa, I had to go back to reception as, embarrassingly, I couldn’t remember my room number (I’d lost the key card sleeve Altynay had given me with the room number on it). Ulkbek, at reception, quickly found me in the system and kindly offered to give me a new sleeve so I wouldn’t forget my room number again. I accepted the offer! That night I went to the cocktail master class at Mokki and, after Aizhan the hostess (who recognized me!) showed me to my seat, Alexander, the mixologist, made it fun, lighthearted, and educational. I now know how to make 4 different kinds of summer spritz cocktails! I met a French-Canadian couple at the class, and we spoke French a lot. At some point, Aidana, who was waiting on the master class participants, made a great impression on all of us when she asked us in flawless French, which one of the snacks we would prefer! She also was kind enough to give me snacks on soft bread as I have braces and cannot bite into hard foods. The next morning, I had breakfast at Mokki. The eggs were perfect and Symbat made me the perfect weak americano coffee I prefer to drink in the morning. Alfonso greeted me in Italian – always nice to see him! Even Altynay, who is in charge of marketing at the hotel, came to greet me and ask how my stay was going. At checkout, Mukhtar came to get my bag from my room and carry it down to the lobby. At reception, Nargiza checked me out quickly and efficiently and that was the end of a very special 24 hours. At least, this time, Aslan didn’t have to brave the elements when he helped me with my bag to the cab! Apologies for the very long-winded review, but the level of attention I received from everyone I have named (and perhaps some I forgot) required special mention. I felt very special and pampered by everyone and I will certainly be back. The training the Ritz Carlton Astana employees receive is working and congratulations to all!

Если хотите испортить себе отдых, то обязательно остановитесь в данном отеле. Я бывала в разных местах. В юности и в не очень дорогих, но такого еще не встречала. На ресепшн относятся так, будто я бесплатно пожить очень слезно попросилась. Никто не улыбается, никто не рад видеть. Заселение в 3, мы приехали в 4. Нам дали от номера карточки, я спросила красивый ли вид. На что сотрудник ответила: нормальный. А мне нормальный не нужен. Мы приехали на день рождения мужа. Я заранее звонила и просила определенный вид, говорила, что праздник. Меня уверили, что будет красивый вид и сладкий комплимент. Естественно не было никаких комплиментов, даже устно с днем рождения никто не поздравил. Номер с видом нам пришлось ждать еще час. У нас был оплачен представительский номер. Мы сказали, что пойдем подождать этот час в представительский лаундж. Ключ нам пока не дали, но сотрудник сказала, что позвонит и предупредит, чтобы нам открыли. Мы подняли, стояли под дверью 10 минут, никто не открыл. Я звонила на ресепшн, мне пообещали еще раз передать. Нам все равно никто не открыл, пришлось спускаться. С нами поднялся сотрудник. Оказалось, что его карта не работает. В итоге 30 минут нас гоняли туда сюда и только после этого открыли. Представительский лаундж смех. Никаких закусок там нет. Лежат несколько фруктов, стоит гора воды и поменьше сока. Только после того, как мы просидели минут 10 вынеси 2 бутылки вина уже начатые и пиво в холодильник. Вопрос зачем их вообще прячут? В чем тогда смысл этого лаунджа. В 5 часов нас заселили. В номере не было ни одного халата, полотенца на одного и отсутствие зубных щеток. Я позвонила на ресепшн, мне пообещали принести. Прошло 30 минут, я снова позвонила. Мне снова пообещали. В итоге 40 минут мы ждали. Потом мы пошли гулять и я решила погладить чуть помятую в чемодане рубашку. Вот не знала я, что такой утюг может быть в номере пятизвездочного отеля, а не на помойке. Начала гладить с воротника и сразу испортила. Смотрю, а утюг то в жутком состоянии. В номере много что уже уставшее и требует ремонта. В общем испортили нам праздник в этом отеле своим ужасным обслуживанием.

El COMANDING ... Astana ... El hotel es generalmente bueno, pero no se arrastra hasta 4* Todo comenzó con el hecho de que nosotros y mi colega llegaron a las 6:00 y se sentaron a las 7:00 al hotel. La habitación era muy buena, pero no tenía ventanas. Mi colega no cerró la ventana, desde la primera vez que no podían cerrar y ya querían ofrecer otra habitación, pero la ventana estaba miraculosomente cerrada))))) En general, la habitación era espaciosa, ¡No hay colchón, pero sólo vidrio en la mitad, no conveniente, mucha lana cae en el suelo, también no hay secador, es un accidente sencillo! El desayuno es muy escaso, se funde poco en la placa, trae poco comida.

В целом, достаточно хорошо. Локация в центре города, близко почти ко всему, что мне требовалось. Цена очень хорошая. Комната, которую взял была на 5-ом этаже и была рассчитана на двух человек, потому один там чувствовал себя очень просторно. Комната и постельное бельё были чистыми, без нареканий, ночью было достаточно тихо, ничего не мешало сну, днём периодично были слышны звуки ремонта (сверлили дрелью). В номере был электрочайник, сахар, чай, кофе, вода 0.5 л. (две бутылки, т.к. номер был рассчитан на двух людей), стаканы и чашки, холодильник, телевизор, телефон, чтобы позвонить в ресторан или на ресепшн, вентилятор. В душе были наборы для чистки зубов (зубная щётка, паста), гель для душа и шампунь. Напор воды более чем устроил. Если заканчивалась питьевая вода можно позвонить на ресепшн и в номер принесут еще воды, но есть ограничение по кол-ву бутылок день, в моём случае в номере на двоих это было 2 бутылочки 0.5 л. В мою опцию были включены завтраки, мне понравилось: завтраки из себя представляли шведский стол, можно было набрать всего по желанию - ограничений не было, но сами завтраки день ото дня почти не отличались. На 2-ой день были серьёзные проблемы с Wifi, проблемы были не только у меня, звонил на ресепшн, за весь день проблему не решили, увы. Подпортило впечатление. На 17-ом этаже есть ресторан, посетил его, было вкусно, уютно и по цене довольно неплохо. Меню обширное, рамэн очень понравился! === Overall, good enough. The shower had tooth brushing kits (toothbrush, toothpaste), shower gel and shampoo. The water pressure was more than satisfactory. If you ran out of drinking water you can call the reception and the room will bring more water, but there is a limit on the number of bottles a day, in my case in the room for two people it was 2 bottles 0.5 liters. In my option were included breakfasts, I liked it: breakfasts were buffet, you could get everything at will - there were no restrictions, but the breakfasts from day to day almost did not differ from day to day. On the 2nd day there were serious problems with Wifi, the problems were not only with me, I called the reception, for the whole day the problem was not solved, alas. It spoiled the impression. There is a restaurant on the 17th floor, visited it, it was tasty, cozy and the price is pretty good. The menu is extensive, I really liked the ramen!

This is a very new, clean hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good buffet breakfast. Rooms are small, but attractive. However there is very limited shelves or storage space if you travel with more than basic luggage. We were there in April and could not control the room temperature that was uncomfortably warm even with the window open.

El Hilton Astana está situado justo a lo largo de la calle de Feb del centro financiero, un espacio de exposición que es increíble. El museo de la energía del futuro, Nur Alem es una vista increíble. La habitación estaba justo delante de ella, y era atractiva. Intenté los tres restaurantes, todos fantásticos. Mi favorito era el bar de techo. Grandes comidas y bebidas y un servicio FABELO. La hospedadora era tan agradable y los caballeros del bar estaban sorprendentes. El hotel ha hecho las instalaciones para el transporte desde y hacia el aeropuerto y dentro de la ciudad, lo que ha hecho mi estancia tan fácil. A la izquierda del hotel se puede encontrar un gran centro comercial. Las habitaciones son grandes, cómodas y limpias. El hotel estaba preparado para un gran evento, por lo que había más ruido que esperado.

Excelente desayuno internacional. Muy útil personal fluido en inglés. Buena ubicación para la Gran Mosque y Expo Centre, un corto taxi del centro de la ciudad. Muy limpio y cómodo habitaciones con todos los mod cons.
