La peor experiencia de mi vida , por mucho que te digan “ Vas a Africa , que mas quieres” no hagas caso , hay hoteles y albergues aquí que son mil veces mejor que esto, está en un suburbio que da miedo salir a la calle , ademas que muy ruidoso se escucha todo el ruido de la calle y los claxon muy exagerado, las calidades pésimas , no hay wifi no hay agua caliente ,limpieza 0, el baño sucio , el papel higiénico usado y mojado , la mosquitera de la cama rota, torcida y sucia , la movías y salía nubes de polvo , por la tarde noche se fue la luz por un buen rato , luego volvió por que enchufaron un generador que hacía un ruido terrible , así toda la noche , desayuno muy escaso ,no te alojes aquí si lo que pretendes es descansar antes del safari.

Perfect base in the centre of Arusha. Clean, comfortable beds and big rooms. Nice breakfast. Very reasonably priced. They will also store your luggage on check out. It is a nice secure hotel and a good base from which to arrange tours of the surrounding parks and game reserves.

I m youtuber and been to 64 countries and found this hotel is clean and friendly staff and food is osam. Best location to stay everyone . The WiFi is very fast and bedsheets are cleaned. Cheers guys

I had a lovely time at Arusha tourist inn Hotel. The room was perfect in every way. Clean, plenty of toilettes, good wifi, big comfy bed and had air con. The staff where very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Only negatives are small, that the pretty pool fountain wasn't turned on and the lobby was a little noisy at night when I was sleeping which im sure the hotel couldn't control. 10/10 would recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Arusha tourist Inn Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing the perfect place to relax after a long day of traveling.

The staff was very friendly and service oriented. They constantly checked on our well being and ask how we were doing. The location is close to downtown Arusha. The Hotel it self had a high standard of cleanliness and we did not experience any issues with our rooms or facilities. I was traveling with my mother and when we were leaving the receptionist ran to our taxi to give my mother a hug before we left. This is the level of attention the staff at Arusha tourist inn hotel has for their guests! Asante Sana for the great stay and when I return to Arusha, Arusha tourist inn hotel will be the first place I will check for availability.

Staff are good and very nice. They let me extend my time of check-out for our late afternoon flight, so we still feel convenient waiting at our room until the time of our pick-up. Judy at the reception were awesome, and the driver Justinio (not sure if I got the name right) was always on time on pick-up/drop-off at the airport. 2 thumbs up for them.

Great staff - very friendly and helpful. Regan was especially helpful in connecting me with the Travel Africa person, who had been elusive. Food was good, especially the Indian fare. Laundry was superfast and economical. Centrally located in Arusha. Mr regan the manager was super helpful and very attentive to us as guests.

The breakfast staff were efficient, kind, thoughtful and seemed to care about their work and took pride in providing delicious traditional and western food items. Best place in Arusha, please if you budget and you want a nice place here is the best choice
