Sólo quiero decir que este hotel nos atendió como reyes. Todo lo que vimos en el Internet es cierto y es aún mejor. El equipo de personal es excelente, la comida muy buena, la atención a todas nuestras preguntas siempre fue impecable, y a pesar de que éramos un grupo de 42 personas de la misma familia ninguno de nosotros tuvo ningún inconveniente. Eso pocas veces sucede, lo recomendamos ciento por ciento

Great place Brilliant and friendly especially Elana and Vesia?? Brilliant service off these two, and helped me with my Greek!!! Then was upgraded to the 5star next door !!!! Fantastic Can't complain at all about the Cretan village, we were very happy here, but the upgrade to "see the difference" Was Special !!!!

Had a fantastic week in Crete at the Mitsis Cretan Village. The reception staff were always helpful & Dimitris was a very happy man who took our cases to our room & recognised us on several occasions while he was on duty other days. Room was comfortable & clean. Plenty of choice for food in the main restaurant & a big shout out to the wonderful staff there. We had a lovely meal in la Pergola & the staff were all happy & helpful. We also ate at the beach restaurant Thalassa a few times & the food & staff were great. We spent time at the pool B & there were plenty of comfy sunbeds. The pool bar was well attended by staff but the pool was a little cold but ok once you were in. The girls that attended the Panorama bar in the evenings were brilliant, always rushed off their feet but never too busy to have a quick friendly chat. The entertainment was good & we watched the team in their first dance performance at the Amphitheater. We booked a jeep safari trip through Nikita the Concierge, she spent time making sure we got the trip we wanted & booked our meal at La Pergola. Make sure you do this at the beginning of your trip as it can get booked up. Would definitely recommend this hotel & would go back as we really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay, start to finish. Service was polite and exceptional-nothing too much trouble. Great location right by private beach, activities near. Everything you need is accessible, an amazing holiday for families, couples, solo trips. I would recommend to anyone!

We have found our holiday home! We are very happy to be guests at your wonderful hotel resort. The warmth and friendliness of the hotel crew lets us go through the day with a smile on our faces. The many wonderful options that Mitsis Cretan Village offers leave nothing to be desired. The delicious food, culinary highlights and tasty drinks make every day a special experience. The varied entertainment program lets you end the day in a relaxed manner. Thank you very much for everything. We will be coming back every year now

The hotel complex was very clean and well tended. The room was bright, clean and furnished well. Cleaned every day with fresh towels and bedding. The staff the excellent in all areas of service, they were attentive, very welcoming and the nothing was too much. Nicely dressed in uniforms so you knew who they were. Reception and concierge very helpful. Food was plentiful and good quality, with two further al a carte restaurants which were included in the all inclusive price. Pools and the area around them very clean with enough sunbeds. Pool and beach towels provided. Would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.

firstly the good points. The room was clean and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The site was very clean and all the staff were very friendly. there are good shampoo etc in the bathroom with toothbrushes. towels changed regularly. towels provided for the pools and beach which you could exchange at a point. one or two downsides. the shower only aims at the shower door so you need to hold it as a hand shower to use which makes it difficult to use the shower creme and shamoo as they are fixed to the wall away from the shower. The fridge that was supposed to be filled every two days wasnt ever filled. we only used two non alcaholic drinks on the first day and they were not replaced. My husband is coeliac which we informed the hotel before we went. In the buffet restaurant the chef came to see him and informed what he could eat on a couple of times. In both al a cartes he was disappointed never offered a alternative in the first he couldnt have the soup and wasnt offered a sweet. waitress said they maybe could do a fruit salad but it never came. second one I asked why he couldnt have the soup without the crouton and was told it was made with cornflour which I explained he can have that not wheat barley or rye. He was missing some grilled cheese on his green salad and I googled the type to see why but it was just cheese no additives. A little bit more education needed I think. I know it is a difficult allergy for people to understand but as I had asked before we went expect to enjoy our holiday without problems. It was the first week of opening so maybe a few hiccups.

Our time here was an amazing experience, the hotel was clean, the food was high quality and there were a variety of options as well. The staff is so kind and welcoming.The pools were all clean, the drinks from the bars were tasty. I would recommend this hotel to everyone

everyone was very polite and helpful. the food was amazing with a lot of options to choose from. everything was neat and clean so you don't have to worry about that. it was a fun experience and I will definitely visit it again. I highly recommend
