My recent stay at Hotel H was wonderful! The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was convenient, and the amenities provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend Hotel H to anyone looking for a great hotel experience

Room is good and only room is good. Very adamant and highly unprofessional staff. Poor maintenance, even TV a basic requirement in hotel, does have basic news channels and no response on complaints. Very casual behaviour. If you placed any food order after even one minute you wish to change order, they refuse to do.

Rate 0 Terrible service from Reception price is inflated and there is no loyalty for returning customers. Breakfast was very limited too, I had checked in and at around 6pm decided to rest and just watch TV but it would not work, had to call reception 4 times and every time someone comes messes up with remote nothing happens, on the 6th check out day someone came again and messes up with remote etc bathing append can’t sort it out, so check out time I highlighted the problem all I was told complain has been logged, was is the point of logging in complaints while you have upset customers. I have used this hotel since 2015, it seems like they do not have customer service all you say lands on deaf ears. Worst experience this time may be I wil not come back.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel! Arriving early hours of the morning after King check in process they gave me a room that was used. After informing them they wanted to argue it wasn't but luckily the porter had opened the room with me. Then they gave me another room which h was fine except it was on 8th floor and they have a banquet hall on 9th floor. They start dragging tables and ba going furniture from 6:45 hence you can't sleep and complaining to the reception is pointless. Then after 2 days of complaining they transferred me to another mediocre room on 4th floor. Only in transferring my iPhone went missing and despite several follow ups I was told that nothing can be done as it is not in lost and found and staff are old hence can not be their fault. Needless to say that one needs to be careful of their items in the room as they cam go missing and nothing one can do. The phone apart from value had a lot of memories and some important stuff. Really terrible experience and wanted to inform any prospective guests to be extremely careful with their stuff and not to take 8th floor!!

Jain food not proper in terms of taste even shef not attentive in Jain food and serve potato also and staff can't handle food serve situation in even 50 person meeting, so JAIN community can't enjoy hotel H property in terms of food because this happens with me in 2nd time.

My Business partner and I stayed for 3 nights We had lunch dinner and breakfast The service friendliness of staff was absolutely brilliant it’s very central with cinema and shop’s restaurants near by I will use this hotel again and recommend to anyone

When i visit their hotel My earbuds was lost i cal next to hotel the told me that they found my earbuds . After 1 month when i go to hotel for claim it they refuse it and say they not found the earbuds , and they rudely behaved with me .

Lots of points to summarise from a weeks stay: - Hotel is centrally located in Anand. - Rooms are a decent size and of a good standard. Did notice a few cracks in the corner of the walls, but nothing major. - Was originally put on floor 8. What the hotel won't tell you is floor 9 is the conference floor, so come 7:30/8am in the morning you can hear lots of talking and moving of furniture. On my 2nd day, I asked the reception if there would be noise the next morning and was told no. Next morning the inevitable occured and the noise began at 8am. Didn't appreciate being lied to by the staff. Eventually requested to be moved to another floor, which the hotel accommodated. - Breakfast is OK with a small variety of food. - Room service was terrible. Often had to call 3/4 times with the same request. Overall a decent hotel, located centrally, but with flaws. Undecided whether I would stay here in the future.

This is a hotel of Rats.. They Say H means Hygeine... but all cockroches and rats in the Hotel... The staff is horrible... It is just like a 1 star hotel... If u say them anything they say we dont have more staff.. very bad experience... please dont go here
