Bien hotel, el desayuno está bien organizado y la cena también es buena.
La habitación está limpia, pero el baño está fechado, puede ser una vuelta de refresco, no hay ducha.
Al check-in y check-out no todo el personal es tan amable o profesional, algo se equivocó con mi reserva para el desayuno a través de trip.com, finalmente se contactó con el servicio al cliente y luego se resuelve. Pero el hotel hizo algo muy extraño... no es nuestro problema...

We stayed in a comfort room that had decent beds, a Nespresso coffee machine and Rituals in the shower. The rain shower is amazing, so is the toilet but not in a positive way. The toilet is completely open, no privacy at all. Which might be fine for some people, but that was the only downside. And the lady at the desk assured us that not all rooms have the same setup. Other than that very friendly helpful staff, a decent breakfast, lots parking and I will definitely go back,

We have stayed there twice and both times the service and food was the best you could ask for. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always kept clean and we always feel saft staying there and the price is great. Lovely, tranquil hotel in bucolic area. The rooms are in split bungalows off towards the outside of the property. Modern rooms are on the tight side- had a suite with fireplace, and a bathtub in the room. The beds were comfortable but pillows over stuffed and hard so had to use my travel pillow. The bathrooms were single sink with a large shower and modern toilet with built in fan. Everything in the suite is at an odd angle but a good set up. The fireplace is a vapor and light model. Cute. The two tvs (one on each side of foreplace) were odd as the one not watching would turn on at random times. Due to rain, we were unable to use the outside seating area but it was nice, surrounded by low lying hedges. Walk ways boarder the rooms so not absolutely private but the hotel is quiet. There is ample parking and possible to park smaller camper if needed. The estate is lovely. There is a trail around the main house for viewing there lovely plantings and specimen trees. There area is full of biking paths and the nearby town of Putten is adorable and has an excellent bakery (be sure to look for the good one which is on a corner at end of shopping street- the other bakery is commercial stuff). El hotel está en una ubicación ideal, cerca de la estación central y en pleno centro. Habitaciones muy bien cuidadas y con detalles. El personal muy atento en todo momento, desde el check in hasta que nos fuimos, dándonos indicaciones de que hacer en la ciudad. Cenamos en el Bistró y la cena estuvo deliciosa. Muy recomendable

Bueno, esta fue la peor experiencia jamás. Desde que llegamos, la suite ha tenido problemas con la fuga al piso bajo nuestra habitación. El servicio de habitaciones ha permanecido llegando a nuestra habitación casi cada 30 minutos a una hora. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede descansar porque la gente se mantuvo a la puerta. Como si hubiéramos hecho algo malo pero no pudiéramos, acabamos de llegar al hotel Suite... Entonces nos piden que dejemos la habitación por lo menos una hora para que puedan «Intentar» corregir el problema. Nos negamos. A la hora de la recepción, el hotel se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el hotel de la ciudad. We arrived at the reception , the lady was so rude I don’t know why but she was talking to everyone unprofessionally. we received our card but the room wasn’t the one we requested for so sadly I had to go back ask her again . She said my son can sleep with one of our friend who was actually staying in the same hotel. That is where the fight started anyway we argued and she changed a room for us which still wasn’t really what we asked but better than the previous one .The breakfast ; the place is very crowded and very few options/ variety . The Receptionist I met when we check out was actually so nice but it was all after the horrible experience.

The hotel is set in a nice location in the country and a 20 minute walk from the train station which was ok for me, even if it was uphill which is weird in NL ! Check-in was weird, for some reason the two people were talking about us in Dutch and laughing at us, nice welcome. There were three of us arriving at 14:30 but our room wouldn’t be ready until 15:00 so the individually stored our bags, which was weird. My colleagues wanted to use the gym, but despite the fact we were there for almost a week there were no slots…..weird, later found out the hotel had leased the gym to a fitness trainer - why not be honest about it! Rooms have almost no sound deadening, TV didn’t work, no hand soap in the room and piece of foam for a bed wasn’t the best, I guess from that perspective you get what you pay for. Most of the bar staff and waiter staff were brilliant, great personalities and wanted to do their best for you which was nice. The food was a bit patchy and got the impression they were struggling in the kitchen, no different to many hotels and mostly ok, my group had to reject a couple of steaks, but was dealt with reasonable professionally. The meeting room was tight and a bit dangerous from the perspective the laptop power points were on the wall and created quite some trip hazard and the overhead projector build had seen better days and made the colours wishy washy. And now for the downright ugly, now I do get that hotels are struggling to recruit in current climate, but why would you put your worst employee on reception! We had an American VIP join out meeting, he only drinks Coke, as there was no one in the bar area I asked if reception could help. He said he could, promptly brought two bottles of Coke but then told me that I wasn’t “authorised” to put this on my room and I needed to pay cash. I tried to reason with this person that I didn’t have cash on me and as we were spending in the region of 15,000€ with the hotel perhaps he could either add it to the meeting room cost, or food and beverage cost. He told me that he was not prepared to do so! He summoned a colleague from back office and she agreed the only option as I had no cash on me was to leave with the Coke. I was rather upset by this treatment and to my discredit I raised my voice, and despite a colleague was on the phone to potentially another guest and there was a queue behind me, they simply didn’t care and it was more important to them that they didn’t release the Coke with payment ! I left shocked, then entered the kitchen to find the bar staff cleaning dishes as they we short staffed, which I understand, and her comment was “ I don’t know how to charge you for the Coke, but you take it and I’ll figure it out”. Give this lady a promotion and send the clowns on reception to wash the dishes.
