I went to Alwar with hubby for some work and booked the property for one night. Apart from initial hiccup with reservation, which was immediately handled well by their head office, the stay was just perfect. I didn't expect such a big and beautiful room . The room was huge, beautifully decorated, and extremely neat and clean. I really like their policy of providing DivyaPayJal (water). And in the scorching heat, they provide as ***y as you need. I was also happy to get my Darjeeling cuppa tea bag, which is available mainly in 5 stars. 5he dinner and buffett spread was very simple with a limited number of items. But much better than those who keep multiple items without taste.The taste was very good, homely , and lesser oil. The hot fulkas with ghee reminded me of mom's fulka. The housekeeping staff's, restaurant staffs and front office was excellent and provided us with all the help and necessary information. Would surely be visiting for my next trip also. Highly recommended.

Excellent place to stay. Really thankful to Mr Sunil who helped me with booking and made sure the stay was super comfortable. The room service and food was praise worthy. Extremely clean room with a beautiful city view was a perfect combination.

The service was exceptional, from the day I arrived to the day I left. I was here in winter so bring sweaters. The meals were all great, as the custom here is to be very spicy, I asked for little or no pepper and it was served. The restaurant staff Danveer, Shikha, Kamal and others will serve you in the best possible way. Rooms organized daily, with two free bottles of water per day. Heated water and air conditioning for heat. Negative point, there is no shower stall in the bathroom, so after a shower everything will be wet and also the Wi-Fi is very weak, if you want better quality you will have to pay 1700 Rupees for this service. But also nothing that detracts from the hotel itself. In short, pleasant and hassle-free stays, and for those of you coming from abroad, the international card works well. overall, pleasant stay.

Restaurant was nice with good quality food served , ambiance was good , staff was polite and humble . A staff member Shankar even clicked ***y photos of me on my request. overall good experience here.While staying here you can also visit nearby historical places as well.

The view of the city from the hotel is mind-blowing.. rooms are ventilated enough. besides that, Awesome service provided by hotel staff.... Especially by Mr. kundan and Abhishek from housekeeping did a fabulous job.... Would love to visit again... Bye bye Alwar...

Nice hospitality extended by staff especially Mr. Shankar, Mr. Pradip from Restaurant and Mr. Sanjay Meena, Kalu Ram Meena and Mr. Kundan from housekeeping. We stay 3 days and we found nice hospitality. We would to visit again. We also thank Mr. Puneet Arora and Mr. Rajan from Front office to make our stay comfortable.
