Alvin Extended Stay

AC didn't work it knocked hard and wouldn't stop. I asked to be moved and he refused . I asked for refund . He refused .. owners are trash .. and rude and uncaring for ur own good . Only the maid is worth anything here. Other than that it's trash . Don't waste ur money

Should have known what I was in for when the sign at the night check-in window said, "no refunds after ten minutes". I dreaded opening the door to the room on sight. Inside it was visibly infested with crawling roaches. The attendant was gracious enough, probably having gotten used to the refund requests. ******* handled it wonderfully, but let's be truthful...this hotel shouldn't be listed on this site to begin with.

It was 38 degrees that night. Bed Sheets are for the summer not for the cold winter of Alvin. Those pictures you see with thick brown blanket are deceiving. I took picture of what I had that cold night. Heater was not working, I called from my mobile since the room didn't have a phone, and informed them about the heater, the guy at the front told me he would send the maintenance guy, nobody showed up. It was a horrible night, never again go there. Forget about the shower or sink, they don't have soaps.

This is the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in.There was no hot water. There were cockroaches everywhere and spiders. There was no heat in the room and the sheets were very thin. there was boot prints inside the tub and ashes in the sink. TV did not work and there was no Internet.. The guy at the front desk refused to give us our money back claiming that he took a shower in our room when we were gone and that the water was fine. we could never get a manager to talk to us and they made us stay there all night claiming that the manager would be there in the morning but that was a lie.They switched us rooms three times with never any hot water with no hot water the best we got was a heater and we still had roaches and spiders .This place was traumatizing for anyone who stay there.they gave us five minutes to get out once we get a partial refund after we complained about the no hot water no fire alarms and roaches spiders and no heat in the room. I had to go get a comforter to put on the bed it was so cold at night he got down to 39 that night. they threaten to call the law on us if we’re not out in five minutes. only to find out they had another facility across the parking lot that was brand new that they never bothered to put us in or accommodate us.This place is a Travesty and injustice to all hotels ever and I think they are prejudiced and they social profile people who they put this 300 building with no water and no heat. They had the audacity to tell us when we were trying to check out the room was a wreck and it wasn’t a wreck it was a wreck when we got there.Do not ever go to this hotel and I think there’s a class action lawsuit that should be filed against these ****** running this hotel. I feel sad that they do this to anyone they stick in this 300 hall hotel that they have no hot water and no heater and there’s roaches everywhere and no fire alarms what an injustice to people that have to stay in this 300 building of hell.

I've always stayed only time I ask get my money back only got 30 of it and when ever I ask manger like I post to never got it back so I should have one free night room I had didn't have toilet seat or anything tv didn't work

Worst place ever..I payed for a week with a family member and he threatened to call the police and have us trespassed stole all 350$ of my money and I don't even care, didn't refund anything and gave us nothing but attitude they harbor known fugitives with warrants and condone active drug usage this place should be shut down! I left on day 2 I'd rather sleep on a bed of nails than do business with that pos ever again good riddance threw my room card out the window as we drove away...

Dirty no towels smelled and took forever to check in lady on duty was sleepin and did not wake up

The driveway is nothing but huge craters , barely able to get to room . Beds were uncomfortable. Ice machine was across a parking lot and was unplugged. No breakfast as advertised

Lots of potholes in driveway bathroom not clean do not recommend anybody stay in there. Only advantage is that it’s cheap
