Hotel receptionist were really professionals to help me any cases
Hotel was classic and beautiful
Ceiling was very high and rooms were clean and classical also like old Hollywood movie in good mood

出機場直接打車到天山大酒店，要了我7000。辦好入住，進屋一看就樂了。感覺除了接待上有些語言障礙，哪兒都挺好。尤其喜歡浴缸，泡泡真舒服。

酒店位於潘菲洛夫28勇士公園南側，距離昇天大教堂、潘菲洛夫28勇士紀念碑、國家博物館、綠色大巴扎都很近，周邊地鐵、公交車也都不遠很方便，門頭不大，內部設施中規中矩，標準配置。早餐基本該有的都有，食材質量較好。酒店出門右轉50M有一家中餐館，裏面有中國服務員，標準中文普通話，菜品地道。酒店前台及客房服務都很到位，手機充電器壞了，用的前台美女自己的充電器幫忙充的電。前台提供英文服務，進行基本溝通沒有問題。總體而言，性價比較高，還是值得推薦的。酒店很多中國客人入住。美中不足的是不知道是酒店自己還是旁邊在裝修，日間持續的電鑽聲。

真的很棒的酒店，乾淨，服務到位。位置非常棒，到大部分地方都是走路距離。酒店裡有spa，泳池，還有三樓的酒吧。早餐是歐陸早餐也不錯。

The hotel is located in a good location with shops, restaurants and supermarket nearby.; the surrounding area is safe and quiet at night. The room is small since the hotel is an old building; however, it is very clean and all amenities are in very good condition. The hotel staff is helpful and speaks English well.
