在那種冰天雪地的地方能有這個條件的酒店真的很滿意了

We went there for the pool which was randomly out of service for our entire stay. The rooms were small and we had only luke warm water in the shower!

After we checked in and went to our room, we noticed there were no towels in the room, very little TP and the counters were not cleaned. We had to ask the front desk twice before receiving anything. Another guest mentioned they had similar problems for the two days they were there. There was straw in the hallway when we showed up and it was still there when we checked out. The prices went up and the service went down. Look elsewhere

After prepaying online I was charged again at the location for the same reservation that took days to fix. The day of the stay the room was HOT and called multiple times to have the air fixed but no help and they couldn’t even provide a fan! I’ve stayed here multiple times and this was by far my worst experience so far. Fluffy people don’t sleep when it’s 75+ in the room and you can’t fix the temperature when y’all LOCK the thermostat !!! That’s Ridiculous for the price you charge

Got the one bedroom suite, but they might as well call it an apartment. Very nice and roomy.

Overall had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Midtown-Anchorage. We stayed during a very cold spell of winter (in the negative degrees Fahrenheit our entire stay). They offered a free shuttle to & from the airport that was well organized & SUPER simple - you’ll just need to call them from the airport when you have your bags & then ensure to stop by the front desk to schedule for the ride back to the airport after your stay. Staff was great. We seemed to encounter Annette the most, & she was very helpful, understanding & kind. We requested to switch rooms for a better view of the mountains - and although we had an Office Depot sign in our view, she switched our room so we could see the gorgeous mountains on a clear day. The complimentary breakfast was impressive- tasty & more than we expected! All amenities were clean & well kept (gym, pool, business center, bar, etc). As for location, there’s quite a few restaurants, Starbucks, and a grocery store close by. It was below freezing while we were there (and we did not have transportation unless we wanted to splurge on an Uber)…so we walked to local spots. Needless to say, we did not get a chance to explore too much of downtown. The hotel backs up to Cuddy Park which looked like a quiet winter wonderland of powder & trees. Lovely. Overall, the Hyatt Place turned out to be a great stay for us. Recommended!
