It is always disappointing to hear that one of our guests had a poor experience during their stay. We place all views from our room types on our website for transparency before making a reservation and all rooms are subject to availability. For Spa rooms on the ground floor, we have planted hedges for privacy when utilising the spa. If these were not planted, anybody can see inside and you would have no privacy.
