Wonderful first time trip to Yunnan. The inn is clean and have all the amenities I need. The staff are very friendly and helpful, speedy assistance when I request for something. The breakfast mixian is yummy. The lady boss provides excellent service. She helped to book all my major transportation to n fro airport, visits to the snow mountain and musical play and even the purchase of tickets. She'll share info of where are the places worth going in Lijiang ancient city. The various shops I went, to take cultural costumes photo and purchase of silver accessories and to eat are recommended by her as well. She even helped me to book the mini tour for my shangri-la trip in between. You can basically ask her anything you need advise for travel in Yunnan. Very glad that I've chosen this place and I'll stay here again if I do come back to Lijiang.

10 mins walk from the home stay to Lijang ancient town. The owner is friendly and informative, we also get a free ride from the home stay to Lijiang railway station for staying for 2 nights. Thank you for the souvenir, it is lovely!

Hotel very clean and neat. Location inside Lijiang Ancient Town excellent to move around old town. Hotel Lady owner very friendly. She came out to fetch me when I arrived and even made sure I arrived Shangri-la safely. Highly recommend the hotel 👍

I would say the location given on Trip.com is inaccurate. Caused us so much inconvenience to search for the location on the rocky pathway… not a very pleasant experience. Nonetheless, we are very impressed by the host as he gave us some tips and guidance, and helped us to book our bus to Shangrila with a stop over to Tiger Leaping Gorge. I would rate his service a 10/10 definitely.

Hotel staff is very kind and friendly. Assisted with most of the bookings and queries. Hotel is clean and accessible. Definitely recommended.

Friendly staff and good location

I really liked this hotel. Room was lovely and beautiful and a nice cute walk into the old city. We had so many bags and they came with a little cart to carry them for us. Also because we stayed many nights they took us for free to the airport. We would totally stay here again. Now that said I had 1 problem. We were here in summer and it got quite hot in the room. We were on the top floor and the sun hit the roof and really heated things up. I couldn’t get it cold enough to be comfortable even with the air conditioner. In the future I would choose a room not on the top floor or only visit this hotel in non-summer months. Otherwise it was perfect!

What a wonderful stay we had here!! Our family was welcomed warmly and we soon felt like old friends as we shared many cups of tea. The manager was very enthusiastic and she helped us plan our day trips around Lijiang. Although we don’t speak Chinese she persevered and we had very enjoyable experiences based on her recommendations. The place is clean and in a idyllic location in the old town. The breakfast provided was Chinese and nice. We can’t wait to come back and stay at Floral Inn again soon. Thank you!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

All good, great place in Lijiang!

Floral Inn is located just outside the Old Town which for me was perfect! It was maybe 5-10 minute walk to the gate to enter the Old Town. This hotel accepting foreigners was already a big plus, but what made this place even better was the hospitality of the owner. After booking the room, the owner messaged us via wechat and offered us a free pickup service form the airport! Every time we would see him at the reception, he was always smiling and offering local snacks. Even if you don’t speak chinese, he will gladly communicate with you via wechat. He also booked our day trip to Jade Snow Mountain and Blue Moon Valley for a very decent price. We booked the sunshine room and the view from the room was great. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Inside the hotel is also quite cozy and on the third floor you can just sit outside and enjoy the view. Breakfast is a standard Chinese breakfast with noodle soup, boiled eggs, sweet potatoes, veggie and milk. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. I have nothing negative to say! And big thanks to the owner of the hotel for his amazing hospitality! For the location, the price,

Great hotel. I would highly recommend it. The only issue we had was breakfast wasn’t very good and didn’t have vegan options and it was a bit loud and difficult to sleep.
