Es un hotel puramente de estilo indio con muchos años de historia. Shinzo Abe también se ha hospedado aquí. Los empleados son muy amables y les encanta compartir. Si te gusta aprender sobre la historia y costumbres de la India, será como visitar un tribu aborigen En términos generales, ¡sería una excelente opción aloj**** en este hotel cuando visite Ahmedaba!

House of MG is an oasis in the midst of a bustling lively city scape.
The unique design aspects, and cultural adaptations integrated into the smallest of details was truly impressive. We had a memorable visit and would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a boutique heritage experience.
Working for 30 years in top luxury hotel properties in N.A., and Asia, I recognize this property as a special destination.
The team was friendly, engaging and helpful.

Precioso hotel, en un edificio histórico decorado con mucho gusto. Nuestras habitaciones eran amplísimas y el personal muy amable y educado. El restaurante también nos encantó. Está situado en el centro, lo que lo hace muy ruidoso de noche. Está junto a la mezquita y te despiertan de madrugada cuando lla*** a la oración. Eso es lo único malo que pude observar en este hotel. Por otra parta, la señal de wifi es muy buena.

I don't think I've ever stayed in a room so big. This was clearly some kind of suite. Not sure if they offer anything smaller, there wasn't ***y options on Agoda. That king sized bed, could probably sleep four. The mattress was very firm, very comfortable. There was even 2 A/C units, both working and very efficient at keeping my room nice and cool. And a fan! The room, including bathroom was spotlessly clean. The desk was appreciated, there lots of power points although the decision to have them all black in colour is odd and finding light switches in the dark wasn't easy. I stayed on the third floor, I'm not sure what they offer on the ground floor, but it might be worth enquiring if you have mobility issues. I didn't use their famous restaurant Agashiye, but I did have breakfast in the Green House area, it was fine, staff were friendly. Staff were helpful, especially reception. I needed attractions on a day tour swapping around a bit to make the most of time and someone did that for me. They also organised an airport transfer for me. I think House of MG was my favourite stay for this years trip to India.

The house of MG We asked ***y people in Ahmedabad about who serves the best authentic Gujarati food. Everyone said, “Agashiye” at the house of MG. We were awestruck to see such a beautiful haveli having so ***y restaurants. Everything at this place oozes history & generations of stories. Everything is so sustainable & delightful for eyes. We sat for our meals and couldn’t stop observing every dish coming with perfection. A splendid afternoon which filled our hearts more than it filled our tummies. Wish to stay at this place next time!

The original “Haveli” has been tastefully modified to house a boutique hotel, an eatery at the ground floor and a dining place at the roof top. The environment at the roof top in the late evening is mesmerising with live music. The food is essentially’Thali’ comprising multiple food items from the region and is essentially vegetarian. One needs to pay in advance for the food. Worth a visit definitely.

I had a fantastic stay in a house with large, comfortable rooms. The staff was very helpful. There is a fantastic gift shop located on the first floor. There is a beautiful indoor pool. The buffet breakfast was ok, but not great. The coffee was decent.
