Hablé con el hotel, dijeron que había cambiado de cama una vez por semana. Esta vez viví dos días. No te ayudaron a dormir, en relación con eso, otros hoteles, no cambiar de cama también ayudaron a dormir. No hay limpieza de la cafetería y la leche, y lo peor es que no hay café y leche. Ayer me quedé para trabajar, También espero que vuelva a la noche para descansar, tomar una taza de café, deberían mejorar la cama, o me gustaría presentar a mis amigos.

Nos quedamos en este hotel durante una semana durante julio y tuvimos una buena experiencia. El hotel está muy bien situado para nuestras necesidades, en particular un alquiler de coches por la carretera, la clínica de viajeros (para pruebas de PCR) 2 minutos a pie de la carretera y muchos restaurantes a una distancia de paseo del hotel. La habitación que se nos habían quedado en el 20o piso, que ofrece una gran vista de las colinas de la ciudad, era pequeña, pero limpia, moderna y bien equipada con todas las características que se esperan en un hotel de este rango de precios. Nos ofrecimos un cambio si pagamos un AUD adicional de 20 por noche que rechazamos y así sucesivamente. Nos dio un ”upgrade” gratuito (como se nos explicó) a una habitación en un piso inferior que se demostró tener una puerta adyacente a la habitación de la puerta de la otra. Well reviewed hotel, which we found disappointing. Firstly, on arrival (we arrived around 11am), at check-in we were told that our room wasn't ready so the receptionist after reminding us that check-in was at 3pm, stored away our luggage and promised to text us when the room was ready, we went for a walk, after having lunch, about 2.5 hours later, we went back and the room still wasn't ready, after an hours waiting in the reception area and watching guests checking in without any problem my wife (again) asked when our room was ready, her reply was that the room had been ready for some time and she thought that we were relaxing, so she didn't want to disturb us ( no text either) - really! Our stay was bed with breakfast, breakfast menu we thought was prescriptive, we had a choice of tea/coffee or orange juice couldn't have both as it was extra, throughout the breakfasts, chef found it impossible to fry an egg without charring it. The pool which is shown in the picture is small, get your fitness bunny in and that's it, then again we found it filthy, looking on the side wall there was a 2” (50mm) black, thick tide mark all around the inside of the pool and 'bits' on the floor so it seems cleanliness isn't top of the list, which comes to our room, nice sized and comfortable, but why the cleaner couldn't clean our room when he was either next door or the room facing was puzzling even though we put our tag on our door. A thing we found with regard to the reviews of this hotel I found that quite a few of these were people from Adelaide who not only gave this hotel 5 stars, but only ever did one review - hmm? The hotel is situated about a 10/15 minute walk from the centre of town and appeared to be a popular place to stay amongst the business fraternity

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Adelaide. Very convenient location and great view

Bueno, puede haber un signo en la mesa delantera que dice ”deje un comentario 5-star para un café gratis”. . Perdone la venta pero el café es café 😅 Está bien, este hotel es cómodo y limpio sin ningún verdadero negativo. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no es muy agradable. No hay comidas o bebidas en la habitación, pero hay una máquina de venta abajo.

Decided to try he Arkaba Hotel bistro twice during my stay in Adelaide. I'm glad I did. Whilst this is a huge complex that has the bistro, pokies, sports bar and accomodation, it is a family friendly place that is well patronised. When I was there on a Friday and Sunday night, the dining room was bustling, with diners having a meal before theatre/comedy shows and birthday celebrations, in addition to the usual casual dining. On Friday night, I tried the sourdough garlic bread with cheese, which had some nice density to it, grilled to perfection with stretchy cheese. Then I had the beef schnitzel with mushroom sauce. The schnitzel was crunchy and I really liked the mushroom sauce - lots of mushrooms in a possible cream of mushroom soup base. Lots of crispy chips were on the plate too. When I went back on the Sunday, I had the Yoder smoked scotch fillet, once again with mushroom sauce. I didn't need the sauce, as the steak had a lovely Smokey flavour that stood on its own. I ordered mine medium, and it was cooked perfectly. The Caesar salad was fresh and tasty, and the dressing was not too heavy. The chips were crispy once again, but the only downside were the two onion rings, which could have done with a bit longer in the fryer. Meals are ordered and paid for at the register, with drinks purchased separately at the bar. Multiple televisions screens showing sport and select commercial stations are also present in the bistro. All in all, next time I visit Adelaide, I will be heading back to Arkaba Hotel for a meal.

The room and hotel were lovely. Reception staff were great and coffees from the bistro were well made and tasty. I only had a very quick overnight visit to Adelaide, and really only used the hotel as a place to sleep. Bed was comfortable and room was large. I believe that public transport is nearby, but did not use it or have any chance to explore the immediate area. As far as I know the bistro/coffee shop is the only added feature the property offers.
