I stayed at Holiday Hotel from 22 to 29 December. The staff were phenomenal. Many amenities to include airport shuttle, free breakfast, room service, laundry service, and a wonderful restaurant and bar. The room was clean and had modern amenities. Bed was very comfortable. I was treated so well for my short time there. If someone wants to support small business while getting all of the perks of a chain hotel, I recommend Holiday Hotel.

Addis is not the easiest city to navigate so your hotel needs to be an oasis. This is not a luxury hotel but a perfectly serviceable hotel you will come to appreciate. The rooms are decent size and beds comfortable. Television shows a coupld of English channels. The breakfast includes a vareity of fresh fruits and vegetables and hot dishes mostly Indian and Middle Eastern. We found a couple of the staff to be particularly helpful. Note that the hotel lists itself as being on Mickey Leland St. but it is set off from there. The Leland name appears to be newish so cab drivers sometimes have trouble finding it--there's a local app for cabs that is helpful. There are many restaurants surrounding this hotel and several ice cream/gelato spots. We happened to stay in three different rooms--higher is better--but the design of the bathroom plumbing connects the shower through an under-fllor pipe with a cleanout valve. In some rooms there is a smell from that arrangement. There also does not appear to be heating and cooling in the rooms-surprisingly that wasn't a problem. Overall, a reasonably priced good choice.

I stayed in Hotel Lobelia for a total of 5 nights during 3 separate times in July. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10min drive from Bole international airport, & a free hotel airport shuttle is provided. This was perfect for me as I had to fly in & out of Addis Ababa a couple of times as I traveled around Ethiopia. Besides being close to the airport, the hotel is also very close to many other establishments, such as restaurants, cafes, shops, mall, etc. There is also an ATM just outside the hotel lobby so this was extra convenient. The 3 different rooms I stayed in during my 3 separate stays were all spacious, satisfactory, & clean. The bed was quite comfortable, & the wifi worked well in the room. There was also a separate seating area. A menu for the restaurant, as well as all the services offered by the hotel are also conveniently provided on the desk in the room. The bathrooms are quite small, however, and can use some upgrades, but overall it was fine, and the hot water shower was great. On one of my stays, I did end up getting upgraded to one of the suites, which was a very big room with a very big bathroom. They serve a buffet breakfast which typically included traditional Ethiopian dishes, and sometimes eggs & pancakes, in addition to toast, fruits, juices, coffee, & tea. Besides breakfast, food is available all day at their restaurant, as well as room service. The food at the restaurant is quite good so I did eat here a couple of times. Laundry service was also good – I dropped it off just before 8:30am & got it back just after lunch. They also have luggage storage, which I used to store my big backpack, while I traveled to other parts of Ethiopia with just a small backpack. The overall service is really good here; plus, all the staff, from the reception to the restaurant to the shuttle service, are really nice, friendly, & accommodating. There was always someone to answer any questions and provide any assistance needed, which I really appreciated. This hotel is definitely good value for a short stay in Addis Ababa with easy access to the airport.

Por primera vez en Eze, tuvo suerte de elegir este hotel chino. El jefe estaba muy entusiasta. Trajó un grupo antes de llegar a Eze. El aeropuerto podía encontrar ayuda de traducción local para el problema. Al transportador de Eze, cambiar el dinero y llegar al lugar, el hotel podía hacer una tarjeta de teléfono muy conveniente al otro lado. También recibió la flor de la hermana traducida 💐 La comida china autoayuda del hotel también es muy práctica, y cambiará los diferentes estilos de comida diaria.

El hotel es un hotel de cuatro estrellas bajo el Jinjiang Inn nacional. El ambiente es realmente bueno. El personal de servicio es muy bueno. El inglés también es bueno. Hay un servicio gratuito de recogida en la terminal t2 del aeropuerto. Es muy recomendable.

Estoy en tránsito con Ethiopian airlines y ”me tocó”este hotel. Es fantástico! La ubicación (frente al aeropuerto), recepción, habitación, comida, atención... Un detalle que me encantó es que todos lost pasillos tienen una alfombra mullida que absorbe todos los ruidos de personas y valijas. Super recomendado!

Very nice place. Very homely people and the staff is really good and very cooperative for foreigners, especially I would like to recommend the service by David David bar supervisor- the bar supervisor and Teddy, okay. Miki is very good person in serving the best cocktails in the world. I enjoyed, and I had a great time as they made me feel at home.

El hotel es muy nuevo y la habitación es muy buena. La recepción también es agradable. Pero el taxi que me ordenaron me cobraron 5 veces más que el taxi normal ..... los alimentos como pan o pasteles en su piso son muy caros todo el restaurante en esa calle es bastante caro

El mejor y más seguro hotel de la zona. No hay nadie. El desayuno es bueno y el ambiente también es muy bueno. Las instalaciones del resort son muy buenas.

The best hotel in Addis Ababa, bar none! The service and staff are excellent! The rooms, pool/gym and restaurants are all fantastic and meet high standards. The hotel's location is centrally located to many of the city's attractions and having parking on site made things easier for me. I've really come to enjoy this property and I'm sure many visitors to Addis will enjoy it as well. JG.
