This is second time I have stayed in this hotel - both times it was for a 3 week period - both experiences have been good. The hotel itself looks nice from the outside and inside the rooms are modern and clean. The hotel is not right in the centre of town but that it why we preferred it ... because of its location it is nice and quiet (probably that's why Aeroflot flight crews were there every day as well). Although not in the heart of the town, can walk to central shops in 20mins and there is a park only 10mins walking time from hotel. Breakfast was fine and was included in our room rate. We had some lunches and evening meals in the hotel but we preferred to eat in town since when we we went to eat in the hotel we were told that unless ordering simple dishes it would be long waiting time (we were told it would be a 2 hour wait for a steak, when we then asked instead for a noodle dish with chicken or pork we were told it would be a 1 hour wait), so when eating in the hotel we only ordered soup, spaghetti, schnitzel type dishes since it could be served quickly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice and it was cleaned daily. Laundry service was good ... same day/next day on the days we used it. We never tried the pool or sauna, so cannot comment on this. Hotel completed our registration for us and provided us our registration slips.

Отличная гостиница,расположение шикарное ,все рядом .питание вкусное и есть выбор .номер уютный хороший ,уборка постоянно заботится убирается .ресепшен дружелюбный. Рядом есть парк ,рынок,торговый центр.много кафе ,салонов ,кафе.

номера приличные, кормят очень вкусно и много, приезжали командой на соревнования, а вот большая часть персонала полное ***** , уборщицы могут зайти и начать кричать, заходят без стука, у охраны постоянно какие то притензии , на нас буквально орали, и за это мы еще должны платить деньги, оправдывает цену только еда.

Очень приятное впечатление от персонала гостиницы. Нас радушно встретили, оперативно было осуществлено оформление номеров, включая наши пожелания. Помогли разместиться. Возникающие вопросы решались, решались быстро) Еда в кафе вкусная, как дома) Также порадовала временная доступность тренажерного зала и то, что в номерах есть все необходимое для комфорта и отдыха.

Уютная и комфортабельная гостиница, все очень чисто и красиво. Администратор отзывчивый, профессионально подходит к сфере обслуживания! В номерах присутствует всё необходимое для комфортного пребывания! Обязательно будем возвращаться сюда снова и снова! Спасибо!

Самое лучшее пребывание в отеле из всех командировок. Советую отднозначно! Максимально приветливый и добродушный персонал, чистота номера, отзывчивость профессионалов по клинингу - оставило только приятные впечатления. Еда очень вкусная и сытная Дамы за баром превосходны! В номере есть все для комфортного проживания, очень довольна Искренне благодарю Вас за вашу косплексную работу🙏🏻

Отдыхал в командировке. Очень гостеприимный персонал. Вкусная еда! Теплые номера, хотя на улице было очень холодно. Тихо и спокойно. Я и мои коллеги остались довольны, особенно гостеприимством! Спасибо!

Отель однозначно рекомендую, остонавливаемся здесь третий раз по работе. Комфортные, всегда чистые номера, удобные кровати. Чистый совмещённый сан. узел с душевой кабине.Вкусная кухня. Единственный момент если бронируете номер на первом этаже, то лучше выбирать номера с лева от входа. В номерах расположенных над сауной в выходные слышно как люди внизу отдыхают)) на втором этаже ночью тихо.

Приятно удивлен комфорту и качеству обслуживания. Дела тормозят буду продлять пребывания тут. Советую провести как деловые так и частные пребывания. Обслуживание изумительное, завтраки впечатляющие. Вопросов нет, прошу доп звезду .
