This is a uniquely beautiful hotel in a historical building. The rooms are lovely with a huge shower and bath. The staff at check-in were super friendly and gave us a free upgrade on arrival. However, be wary of the bar. The serving staff were inattentive. We asked to see a menu and the waiter walked past us for a second time as though he had never seen us before. Drinks took a long time to arrive. We also had to request slippers twice from reception to successfully receive them. Overall, lovely hotel but the majority of the staff could do with extra training, especially the bar staff.

Me and my dad enjoyed our stay at hotel tia, all staff was friendly and welcoming which was lovely. The breakfast was good but an option of a full English breakfast would be amazing. The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable but this is to be expected for a sofa bed, the location of the hotel was incredible being so close to the football stadium. We would definately stay here again thank you 😊

Staff was excellent, check in out was a breeze. Free parking outside hotel. Petrol kiosk and supermarket nearby. Location was chosen because near-ish to Anfield, 10 minutes. Beside a main road with some road noise but did not affect sleep.  Room is standard Travelodge but unfortunately carpet stained and reeked of old animal pee. Had to open window most times. Otherwise space is adequate for a family of 4, heating and hot water functioning well. Kettle and tea/coffee available. Toilet is large with bathtub. Towels and shower gel provided.

La ubicación del hotel es bastante buena, pero lo más decepcionante es que no hay hervidor en la habitación, por lo que no puedo hervir agua. Fui al calentador de agua en la recepción de abajo para conseguir agua, pero me dijeron que el calentador de agua estaba roto y no sabía cuándo lo repararían. Cada noche sólo podíamos llevar un termo al mostrador de servicio para obtener dos botellas de agua caliente, ¡lo cual no nos alcanzaba para beber! ¡Al final no tuvimos otra opción que ir al Tesco y comprar una tetera! ¡Hierve tu propia agua caliente! ¡Esta instalación es muy importante para nosotros! ¡Los viajeros que quieran reservar este hotel deben prestar especial atención! Además, la habitación no es pequeña, pero solo hay una mesa muy pequeña, que es completamente insuficiente para colocar cosas; Solo hay una silla, ¿dos personas tienen que turnarse para sentarse en ella? ¡Una experiencia de estancia decepcionante!

A pleasant stay, everything was clean, apart from someones leftover clothes in a drawer, but for the price its really not that bad. Because of the deposit system they have I did take pictures as soon as I got into my room just incase, but i didnt end up having any issues with this. The location from the city centre is a little far in terms of walking but there are bus stops nearby which arent too expensive. The walls are a bit thin so i could hear a bit of noise from downstairs however i didnt really mind it. The room TV was also great and although we didnt need to use it, I appreciate that a fan was provided for us in the room. Breakfast was also fine. Not many hot options for those who are looking for a cooked breakfast buffet style service, but there is toast tea and coffee, alsong with cereals, youghurts and fruits and cold cuts of ham and cheese. Staff were friendly too, overall an unproblematic experience and a pleasant stay overnight for me

Basic room but a good location. We were visiting Allerton Manor so it was convenient and just a short drive. Close to the airport and the retail park facing with lots of shops, restaurants and cinema. There were some issues with a leak on our floor but luckily it wasn’t near our room. The air conditioning didn’t work so we had to open a window. There were two portable heaters in the room too as the air conditioning wasn’t working.
