酒店很漂亮，預訂的是主樓半海景房，最高17樓，我們分配的是15樓的房間，從窗户斜前方可以看到大海，酒店另外有棟輔樓，看起來10層樓左右。預訂時輔樓的Ocean Front的房價和主樓partial Seaview的價格一樣還含了三份早餐，最後研究了一下看評論説主樓剛裝修完比較新，所以選了主樓的房間。酒店門口棕櫚樹環繞，大堂也挺氣派，從側門出去通往游泳池的小路兩邊是噴泉，晚上打着燈光很漂亮。遊池不大，圍繞着一排排沙灘椅，穿過游泳池走出酒店就是沙灘，真的非常方便！入住第一天我們在沙灘上拍照玩水，酒店提供專用休閑椅和毛巾。太陽傘需要額外付費30刀。玩了一會兒就回到酒店泳池玩。躺在沙灘椅上聽着現場歌手唱歌，其間還有服務員會贈送免費的小食，比如冰凍芒果粒、草莓冰沙，冰凍椰奶，雖然都是很小份的，但是非常解熱，泳池邊還有免費的冰水，防曬霜、毛巾供客人使用。第二天起了個大早去海灘上看日出。另外最讓我喜歡的是酒店的自助早餐，46刀每人，小童22刀，我們的房間包括2份早餐，品種繁多，每樣都很好吃，水果都是大大的，藍莓黑莓都比在灣區的大好多甜好多。各種瓜也很甜！性價比超高！酒店離Lincoln步行街5分鐘的距離，晚上逛逛步行街非常舒服！下次來Miami還住這裏！

We live in Key West and come to Miami every 2-3 months. We have stay at this hotel, the Fontainebleau, or one of the 2 Kimptons for 5 years and always had a great experience at this hotel until this trip. It started at check in The guy at the desk “Carlos” was rude from the beginning. He was a smart aleck about everything. It was my wife’s birthday trip and it was definitely not the way we wanted to start it. Our room was hot and we didn’t have enough towels. We had dinner reservations and were going to see Andrea Bocelli. When we got back the room was still hot but we were exhausted from the day so we went to sleep. At 6:0am it was so hot it woke us up. My wife went to the front desk and a very nice Eloisa was there and helped my wife and they sent someone to look at it after 5 minutes it was working. I asked what was wrong and he said “it had a bubble in it” but acted like he couldn’t speak any more English. The thermostat was on cool and set 60° but the room never got below 74° at 6:00am. When my wife went to ask for a Double Tree Cookie she was told they were no longer a double tree hotel. This is one of the main reasons we stayed there and it has definitely changed. When we got there The Miami Dolphins were playing in Miami and every TV in the awesome bar area was off and I asked “Carlos” if they could turn the game on and was told it was under renovation but there was no sign of construction and if it was it had nothing to do with the tvs in the lobby. The entire vibe here is not what it was the last time we stayed here. This is a great location and one of the only hotels that still has a hot tub “but it only works half of the time”. He was also a **** about the pool towel card policy and said if I didn’t return the nasty reused card I would be charged $25 per card just to get a towel by the pool. If you do decide to stay there and there is a 20 something Spanish guy at the desk come back later for the sake of your peace on vacation.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena y el servicio también es muy bueno. Está al lado de la calle de bares y no muy lejos de la playa. Pero la habitación es muy, muy pequeña y es difícil poner maletas excepto la cama. Además, nos quedamos tres noches y dos semanas después de la salida, recibimos un cargo adicional de 1,700 en nuestra tarjeta de crédito. Se decía que eran tarifas de estacionamiento y tarifas del resort. Fue muy confuso y no nos avisaron con anticipación. . Luego descubrí que tanto Miami como Keywest son así. Después de permanecer 7 días, el hotel cobró casi $500 en recargos.

Appena arrivata c'erano tre ragazzi alla reception che informavano sul soggiorno e sui servizi eccetera./ alla reception viene allestito un servizio di benvenuto Purtroppo non ho usufruito della piscina perché avevo poco tempo ma c'erano delle persone che si sono intrattenute in piscina anche nel tardo pomeriggio/ una stanza pulitissima mi accoglieva e con grande piacere ho visto e posso confermare che c'era la macchinetta Nespress e una bottiglia grabde di lacqua minerale. un fattore in più per la mia scelta! il kit bagno dentifricio cuffia doccia e spazzolino non c'erano, dovete chiederlo alla reception //i prodotti all'interno del bagno erano ottimi e in gran quantità consiglio vivamente questo albergo ottima posizione e trattamento consiglio vivamente

Fue maravilloso tener el océano en tu patio trasero. La piscina era increíble, especialmente por la noche. La habitación era más pequeña de lo que esperábamos. La ubicación era asombrosa. Tiendas y restaurantes se alineaban en las calles.

La ubicación es buena. El check in estuvo bien, salvo que tienes que pagar por el estacionamiento en el garaje. Tuvimos que cambiar de habitación dos veces. Debido a que el baño cada vez que nos duchábamos se llenaba de agua y teníamos que seguir limpiándolo, había moho en el baño. Luego, el aire acondicionado de la habitación de al lado no funcionaba. Luego, el día del check out, cuando era a las 11, salimos a desayunar y cuando regresamos eran alrededor de las 9:45 a. m. y estaban limpiando nuestra habitación y sentimos que nos estaban echando. No estaba feliz con eso en absoluto. Las fotos que tienen del hotel no son de su hotel, son del hotel de al lado.

Все началось с того, что я не мог оставить залог из-за какого-то странного терминала, который почему-то не принимал мою карту, хорошо. И абсолютно никто из персонала не был готов мне с этом помочь, сказали залог оставить наличными нельзя, и в грубой форме сказали что все написано в ваших правилах бронирования. Хорошее месторасположение. Шумный кондиционер. Вода в номере стоила 9 долларов, ну, может, это и норма для Майами, хотя, по мне, слишком перебор

La habitación es absolutamente hermosa, y el personal es aún más sorprendente. El personal estaba muy acomodado a cualquier necesidad y era tan amable y útil.  La ubicación fue perfecta a 5 minutos a pie de la playa. Seguramente volveremos la próxima vez que estamos en Miami!

Buen desayuno, tipo autoservicio, pero el hotel sugirió darle propina al camarero, le dimos 2 cuchillos, muchos extranjeros vi que no hay, esto parece al azar, dos camas grandes, usamos una, la ubicación del hotel No está mal, solo cerca Playa Sur. Agregué más de 43 cuchillos en dos días. Leo los comentarios con anticipación y sé que quiero agregarlos. Parece un impuesto municipal. De todos modos, necesito contar unos 800 por noche. Parece que no es caro.
