Este hotel en el centro de la ciudad es realmente recomendable. La ubicación es excelente, a cinco minutos a pie de la calle antigua y a dos minutos del museo de arte. El hotel es pequeño pero exquisito. El exterior de ladrillo rojo y el interior de oro ***** y cristal crean un ambiente espacioso, no opresivo, con muchas plantas y arreglos florales. Al entrar, la sensación es de tranquilidad y relajación. Las habitaciones son cómodas y los detalles están muy bien cuidados. Prácticamente no hay ruido, y el aislamiento acústico me dejó muy satisfecho. Por la tarde ofrecen pequeños refrigerios y té frío de flores y frutas, y el café es de autoservicio durante todo el día. El desayuno es especialmente recomendable. Como chef, le daría una puntuación de más de ocho. Es completo, fresco, abundante, limpio y, además, está delicadamente presentado. Estoy muy satisfecho con mi estancia y agradezco a todo el personal que conocí. ¡Gracias y nos vemos el próximo verano!

This hotel truly stands out, with friendly and helpful staff across the board—from the reception team to the driver and even the staff managing breakfast. The reception continued to keep us updated via messages, even after confirming our airport pickup while waiting for the driver. The two night-shift ladies staff went the extra mile by arranging early housekeeping so we could check in at 8am when a room became available after an early checkout. Our room was ready upon arrival. The room itself was spotless, though items like hand wash, body wash, and toilet paper could have been better replenished. That said, it was sufficient for our one-night stay. The hotel also provides quality disposable slippers and bottled water. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and thoughtful touches—like curtains that automatically close when the key card is inserted and motion-sensor lights that illuminate when you get out of bed in the dark—added to the experience. The driver was consistently cheerful and helpful, and the breakfast staff on 28 April 2026 showed great dedication by waiting for me to finish, even though I arrived just five minutes before closing and declined any refills. This hotel is a great choice for an overnight stay or if you have an early flight. A one-way car ride from the hotel to the city costs less than US$10, making it both convenient and affordable. Do not miss this great hotel!

He estado en Kunming tres veces este año y me he alojado en el Hotel Zero Wisdom tres veces. La primera vez, incluso pedí los platos salteados del hotel, que estaban deliciosos y a buen precio. El ambiente es muy moderno y la relación calidad-precio es muy buena. También ofrecen servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto. La recepcionista fue muy amable y, cuando me perdí el desayuno, me trajo pan con leche. Sin duda, me alojaría aquí de nuevo.

When i arrived in yunnan last month, the flight and altitude combined in a major headache and nausea… and i travel full time since over a decade lol… the level of care and friendliness of the staff, was really amazing. I ended up booking extra nights just cuz it felt so nice there and wanted to recover and upon leaving yunnan, i came back here. The rooms are clean, have all amenities, staff is INCREDIBLY friendly, and helpful :) The beds are comfy and clean and i slept superwell here. They offer rides to the airport and subway. Theres food options nearby and if i return to Kunming, definitely will stay here again :) Lack of pics is just cuz i didnt take any , its like they show on the website ☺️

¡La ubicación es súper conveniente! Justo debajo está la Antigua Calle de Kunming, hay varios centros comerciales grandes cerca y también está muy cerca de la Estación de Kunming, a unos treinta minutos en metro. Hay muchos restaurantes cerca y, además, es bastante tranquilo. Si cierras las ventanas, prácticamente no se escucha ruido, excepto la primera noche que había un grupo de gente cantando y pidiendo en la calle, lo cual era ruidoso, pero solo duró hasta las nueve de la noche. Al día siguiente volvió a ser muy tranquilo. La secadora aquí funciona muy bien, seca la ropa completamente. Sin embargo, la lavandería solo está abierta 12 horas, de ocho de la mañana a ocho de la noche. Fuera de ese horario está cerrada con llave. Lavar y secar una carga tarda unas dos horas y media, así que hay que planificar bien el tiempo e ir temprano. El check-in es sin tarjeta, con una cerradura de código y suministro de energía táctil, lo cual es bastante novedoso.

Como tenía que hacer transbordo, elegí quedarme en un hotel. Hay un autobús lanzadera que sale cada 5 a 10 minutos. Comienza a las 5:00 como muy pronto, está a 5 minutos en coche del aeropuerto y el precio es mucho más económico que en todas las estaciones. Las instalaciones del hotel son relativamente antiguas. La puerta corredera del baño no se puede cerrar por completo, dejando un espacio de 1/4. El mango de la manguera está muy apretado y es difícil de usar. La cama y las almohadas estaban bien. Escuché el sonido de los aviones a las 12:00 de la noche. Probablemente estaba demasiado cansado y me quedé dormido tan pronto como me caí. Las estancias cortas tampoco son un problema.
