Airport only 7 min drive to the property and beach only 10 min walk. 1 bedroom apt. Sleep 4 with full kitchen stove top, microwave, blender, coffee maker, glassware, flatware, pots and toaster. Queen size bed and queen size fulton that open up and comfortable. Large flat tv in living room with wi fi and cable ready. Linens and towels are provided. Also 4 beach chairs and 2 cooler. Also free parking. Property also have a large beautiful pool gorgeous from 3 feet to 8 feet deep. I expect all guest to act in a responsible and respectful manner. No smoking is allowed in the apt only the balcony permitted. Please turn off a/c and light when your not in the apt. The electric is 3x as expensive as the us. Please do not use passenger elevator while wearing your swim suit use service elevator. When in the lobby area guest must wear a shirt or cover up when coming in from the pool or beach. They also must be dried off and not dripping wet in the lobby and elevators.
