- Please note that Seattle is fairly temperate even in summer so we may not have portable AC set up by default, but we will provide and set up portable AC upon request on warmer days.
- The basic pricing per night is for 4 guests. Each additional guest requires $15 per person per night. The additional guest fee goes toward accommodation necessities such as utilities, supplies, and tears and wears on the property.
