Great view at the hotel! Its a great place to rest for a night when you arrive late on your flight for get some sleep before your flight. Its moderately clean and have all the necessities.

MOLD. The whole room smelled like it. Looked into the AC vent, the duct was covered in it. The shower had mildew as well. The AC did not work and the room stayed at 73 degrees all night. It didn’t help the mugginess of the room at all. I hope they renovate it asap.

The rooms sells like mildew and the escalators doesn’t work.

The room is big. We booked triple sharing and we were given 3 twin beds which is good. However, housekeeping service is not good. The room was not made up until we complained. When it was cleaned, the beds were not made properly and the complimentary coffee not replenished. If not for the room size and good beds, this hotel is not a good choice.

Customer service here is beyond awesome. Great location and the rooms are very comfortable.

The location was good, as it was near a beach and quite a few restaurants and shops. The service was good, as most of the staff were polite and responded quickly to requests. I did not like the open-style shower, however, as water went everywhere in the bathroom. Plus, there was no working fan in the bathroom either. The biggest problem though was that most of the time there was no hot water in the bathroom at all, making for some very cold showers! At least the room was big and relatively inexpensive.

The place is very beautiful and at walking distance from the airport (it took me 25 min. on foot). The room may have had partial view of the sea, but it was very enjoyable. The room is the size of an apartment and very luxurious with tub, shower, heated & multi-function toilet seats, kettle, big flat TV, air-con and don't remember what else. With the room comes the access to the gym and the swimming pool, which were nice, but not of the level of the rooms. Anyway it would be a pity to use them because Ypao beach is very near and it is simply wonderful with pristine, turquoise, calm and shallow waters thanks to the coral reef. The biggest downside of the place is the price: everything is really overpriced in Guam. Luckily I caught a good offer with huge discount, but otherwise it is crazy expensive. It lacks of affordable options and anyway with the same money in other places it would have been even better.

Love the room but air conditioning needs improvement love the view

I was impressed with the quality of the hotel. On the outside, it looked shabby but on the inside, it was fancy really! Service was good with full suite of toiletries.

The hotel is located upstairs in like a little shopping area with no signage whatsoever knowing it’s a broken escalator there is no Wi-Fi. It’s broken as well as well as one of the other elevators is broken when the maid comes all they do is bring towels they don’t clean they don’t make the beds. Absolutely nothing not impressed.

We checked in early in the morning , the staff at the desk were wearing wore and causal TShirt , very unprofessional There were no signs to where to check in . Lobby was shabby In order for us to go to the room earlier we are forced to paid extra $60 dollars extra even though there were rooms available The size of the unit is quite good however overall were very old fashioned and outdated We stayed for 4 days but no cleaning service has been done No linings has been changed even though we have requested so many times at the front desk , they informed us to put in our request everyday which I did but things never happened it isradiculas! WiFi is not working .. Shower head dropped and out of order Telephone in the room was not connected One good thing about the room was they updated the toilet bowl to a sophisticated self cleaning one , which I gave them a thumb’s up .. Hotel location was ok Overall the hotel has potential however needed so much updating and cleaning ! Management needed to be improved !
