The place has a very nice vibe and offers spa services, good food and lovely malin & goets cosmetics plus a refillable water bottle. Three pools with different temperatures are options for relaxation along with a swing, oversize lawn games on the artificial turf and fireplaces by the bar. Rooms also have sizeable fridges and boiling water jugs, but I wouldn't say it feels like a four star hotel. The massage wasn't amazing either, the masseuse didn't wash her hands before starting or after working your dusty feet and before massaging your neck and scalp, aromatherapy is one scent, so definitely not a genuine, luxurious spa experience with a dedicated space but more makeshift and definitely not worth the $200 plus the obligatory 23% gratuity. Overall feels over-hyped and overpriced so if I have other options, I'd rather not come back.

酒店挺漂亮，周邊也有超市，樓下有酒吧等，夜間也不寂寞。就是早餐不太方便，是需要跟餐廳服務人員溝通需求，由他們來打餐的，可能對於英語不太好的國人，會覺得不太方便。酒店至沙漠山奧萊大概40分鐘車程，還是比較合適的

El entorno del hotel es bueno, aunque el área de la habitación es pequeña, pero es completa, también ofrece a los huéspedes diferentes tipos de pasteles de sol y sol, que pueden ser aguantadas cuando se deslizan. El interruptor de la luz superior de la habitación puede ajustar la luminosidad por sí mismo, lo que facilita la demanda de los residentes durante diferentes períodos de tiempo. Cada mañana ofrecemos tiempo de café, todo el material de cocina autoayudado está completo, es un buen lugar para las vacaciones de fin de semana!

A very exclusive and luxury resort Luke no other.  We love the trail hiking along the estate that stretches over 2 miles with breathtaking view. The staffs are nice n warm.    The only problem is that the  Michelin star restaurant was burned down in 2022    so there is no fine dining at the resort.

Bien, pero debería haber sido más barato para la calidad. Definitivamente un hotel mayor. Tenía el aspecto y el olor de su cien años de servicio. El desayuno era café, un par de bolos de pastel, y pequeños frutos. No hay aparcamiento hotelero. Las piscinas estaban cansadas y sucias.

The hotel is clean and quiet, ideal for relaxation. Overall, everything was excellent, though the front desk staff could benefit from being more professional.

Love the vibe and the overall property would definitely come back during summer! The hot springs are perfect for this weather as well 10/10 definitely recommend!

Extrêmement déçue par les services de cet hôtel. Bar à vin fermé, sources d’eau chaude fermées, bar de l’hôtel fermé, arcade fermé.. bref, tous les services fermés ! J’avais choisis cette hôtel pour justement cette série de service mais au final je n’ai eu qu’une chambre… j’aurais mieux fait de prendre un motel ! Prix d’un hôtel, service d’un motel. Aucune compensation !! Ça fait cher la chambre. De plus, les essuies de bain n’ont pas été changé entre les 2 nuits.
