NNeol TooMy stay at Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel was nothing short of wonderful! The staff set the tone with a warm welcome, offering refreshing drinks and fruits upon our arrival. Despite our late check-in, they went above and beyond, even offering to send us to a nearby restaurant for a delightful evening meal. The receptionist, a knowledgeable older gentleman, became our guide to the area, generously sharing insights about the local culture and the do's and don'ts. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a family suite, enhancing our overall experience. Given the advice about tap water, the hotel took extra care to provide us with an abundance of bottled drinking water, completely free of charge. The attention to detail continued with a breakfast that exceeded expectations, offering a variety of delicious options. During check-out, the staff demonstrated their commitment to excellent service once again. They not only assisted in booking a taxi but also gifted us a lovely souvenir—a Pamukkale magnet—a thoughtful touch that added a special touch to our departure. In summary, Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel surpassed my expectations with its friendly staff, generous amenities, and a commitment to making every guest feel valued. I highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional and memorable stay in Pamukkale.

UUsuario invitado酒店環境舒適宜人，空氣清新，游泳池是特色，主打度假休閑！早晚餐還是比較豐富，對於在棉花堡小鎮來説，這家酒店的整理設施、環境和服務屬於小鎮裏算非常好的.這裏的服務員淳樸，在這要特別感謝Hasibe女士和酒店裡的甜點師們，感謝Hasibe熱心幫助我們在酒店裡為小朋友預訂了生日蛋糕。感謝酒店裡的甜點師給小朋友製作了精美的生日蛋糕。因為小鎮離Denizli 市區近30公里，交通不是很便利，訂蛋糕不是很容易的事情。

DDonovan_ldidn’t know I had booked for 1 adult but had 2 of us. The room could fit 4 people, but the guy still insisted on charging extra for the one person So if one person can pay $90 for a room that can fit 4 people, then for 2 people I must top up additional $50? Doesn’t make sense. Anyway the thermal pools are dirty, yellowish, you can feel the sand at the bottom. The handlebar to the steps are broken. Maybe I am comparing with my experience in Japan so this definitely doesn’t match up.

피피터랑크림이랑Ubicación: La ubicación era conveniente para visitar las aguas termales de Pamukkale y dar paseos en globo aerostático. Habitaciones: Limpias, considerando que las instalaciones son algo antiguas. Fue un detalle agradable que hubiera fruta variada en la habitación. Instalaciones: La piscina es grande, el jardín que la rodea es ideal para pasear y se puede ver Pamukkale. Sin embargo, no hay ascensor. Desayuno: Al ser de estilo mediterráneo, solo incluye ensaladas, queso, aceitunas, fruta y postre. No había mucho que comer en el desayuno, y el café era de estilo de Oriente Medio, por lo que no se adaptó al paladar coreano. Sin embargo, las vistas y las instalaciones para desayunar son amplias y agradables. ¡Los duraznos estaban deliciosos!

YYana1В этот отель мы приезжаем не в первый раз. Нам всё нравится. Можно принимать ванны с минеральной водой прямо в номере, можно в бассейне на территории отеля, чередуя с холодной водой обычного бассейна. Завтраки великолепные. Карахаит - волшебное место! В апреле там цветут маки, а аисты выводят аистят на куполах минаретов. Осенью поспевают гранаты. Горы прекрасны всегда. Хозяева - очень милые люди.

Annem babam karım ve kızım ile birlikte iki odada 3 gece kaldık. Gerek termal havuzları gerek yüzme havuzları 24 saat kullanıma açık olması çok iyi. Ve hayvan dostu personelini de tekrar selamlamak istiyorum. Gözünüz arkada kalmadan rezervasyon yaptırmanızı tavsiye ediyorum.
