All the staffs are extremely friendly and i cannot find any hospitality like this good anywhere else. There are always warm welcome tea and sweets, all served free of charge, they will assist you for booking any activities or arrange any transportation if needed. Special thanks to Mel for assisting me all the journey and all the kind offers. I had been to many 5 stars hotels and no place like here. The view is incredibly amazing and the room is clean with beautiful view. Location is convenient, walk within 8mins, there are restaurants and market, also the tourist spots is next to it. White heaven is the best hotel i've ever been, not just compare in Turkey but all around the world. Thanks again for the unforgettable expedience and memory! Of anyone looking for hotel in Pamukkale, you will never regret choosing White Heaven.

酒店環境舒適宜人，空氣清新，游泳池是特色，主打度假休閑！早晚餐還是比較豐富，對於在棉花堡小鎮來説，這家酒店的整理設施、環境和服務屬於小鎮裏算非常好的.這裏的服務員淳樸，在這要特別感謝Hasibe女士和酒店裡的甜點師們，感謝Hasibe熱心幫助我們在酒店裡為小朋友預訂了生日蛋糕。感謝酒店裡的甜點師給小朋友製作了精美的生日蛋糕。因為小鎮離Denizli 市區近30公里，交通不是很便利，訂蛋糕不是很容易的事情。

didn’t know I had booked for 1 adult but had 2 of us. The room could fit 4 people, but the guy still insisted on charging extra for the one person So if one person can pay $90 for a room that can fit 4 people, then for 2 people I must top up additional $50? Doesn’t make sense. Anyway the thermal pools are dirty, yellowish, you can feel the sand at the bottom. The handlebar to the steps are broken. Maybe I am comparing with my experience in Japan so this definitely doesn’t match up.

Resepsiyonda görevli arkadaşlar oldukça nazik ve profesyonel. 3 yetişkin konaklamamız için bize upgrade yapıp standart odadan delux odaya ücretsiz geçişimizi sağladılar. El hotel no está lejos de la castaña, como la música agrícola doméstica, pero el anestesiado está lleno de cinco pisos, hay piscina de desayuno y una piscina caliente. La habitación es limpia, el baño tiene una piscina privada, pero no tenemos tiempo para hacerlo. La desayuno también es rica. El jefe es un joven que parece frío pero realmente muy humoroso, nos presenta las atracciones, nos envía un pequeño regalo al paseo, muy barato! Recomendado para permanecer!

Odalar temiz duş tuvalet temiz, yataklar konforlu, klima harika. Personel muhteşem, her konuda yardımcılar. 3* dan fazlasını hakeden harika bir işletme. Annem babam karım ve kızım ile birlikte iki odada 3 gece kaldık. Gerek termal havuzları gerek yüzme havuzları 24 saat kullanıma açık olması çok iyi. Ve hayvan dostu personelini de tekrar selamlamak istiyorum. Gözünüz arkada kalmadan rezervasyon yaptırmanızı tavsiye ediyorum.

Herşey olması gerektiği gibiydi. Yalnız bayan hamam bölümü tadilatı acilen bitirilmesi gerekiyor.
