We had an amazing experience at Mövenpick Hotel Bursa, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. From the elegant interiors to the warm hospitality, it truly delivers a 5 star experience in every sense. The location is excellent, close to downtown Bursa yet peaceful, with easy access to major attractions, shopping malls, and dining spots. The views of the city and surrounding mountains from our room were absolutely stunning, especially at night. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was equipped with high end amenities. Every detail, from lighting to layout, made the stay relaxing and luxurious. The service was outstanding. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely attentive to every request. Check in was smooth, and the team made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast at Mövenpick was a highlight, a beautiful buffet spread with a wide range of Turkish and international dishes, freshly baked pastries, and excellent coffee. The restaurant staff were always friendly and made dining a pleasant experience. Overall, Mövenpick Bursa combines Swiss precision with Turkish warmth, offering comfort, great service, and luxury in one place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return on our next visit to Bursa. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a peaceful yet luxurious getaway!

The hotel is in a great location. You can use the thermal pools and spa until late hours, which is a big plus. I have stayed here twice, and both times I was very satisfied. The staff are genuinely attentive and helpful. The breakfast impressed me a lot — there was a wide variety of options. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Ailece kaldığımız otelde genel olarak hizmetten memnun kaldık. Odalar düzenli ve temizdi. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Konum olarak uludağ yakın ve bursa'ya üst bakan bir manzarası var. Otopark yetersiz kalıyor anladığım kadarıyla o yüzden dışarı park ettim birkaç sefer. Onun dışında bir tavsiye edebileceğim bir oteldir.

Preferimos en la ronda de Bolsa de Día. Como Hotel Local, está muy cerca de las zonas turísticas, aunque no está a una distancia de caminar. Preferimos no tener ruido, así que entendimos que nos habíamos preferido. Un lugar tranquilo desde la ubicación. Los trabajadores *** les gustan las personas, el desayuno buffet es suficiente, es bueno para sentarse y descansar en el verano. La habitación que nos quedaba era útil y limpia. Si ponga una pequeña ropa en el baño para poner una escoba de dientes en el cuello, etc. Y cuando cierra y abre las ventanas, las cuerdas se hacen un poco difícil porque están muy cerca de las ventanas. Cuando pienso en otra visita de la bolsa, es un punto que prefiero.

El hotel estaba impecablemente limpio y el personal fue muy amable y atento. El té de la tarde y los refrigerios superaron nuestras expectativas y estaban deliciosos. ¡Enhorabuena al chef! Crear una zona tranquila en el spa fue una gran idea, pero nos encontramos con una familia con niños de 3 o 4 años y otro huésped que se lanzó de cabeza a la piscina; por suerte, su diversión no duró mucho. Quizás sería conveniente que el personal del spa supervisara periódicamente estas situaciones y emitiera advertencias si fuera necesario. En segundo lugar, el spa estaba excesivamente caliente. El agua ya estaba bastante caliente, y como estábamos usando el baño de vapor, la sauna, etc., la temperatura ambiente de 30-35 grados Celsius resultaba un poco sofocante. Además, ambas piscinas estaban calientes; solo el jacuzzi de la zona tranquila estaba un poco más fresco. Me gustaría que hubiera una piscina termal y una piscina normal. Hay restaurantes, supermercados, taxis, etc., cerca del hotel. Fuimos en grupo de amigos y lo pasamos de maravilla. Sin duda, es un hotel al que volvería. Muchísimas gracias por todo.

Прекрасный отель в тихом и зелёном месте. Чистый, просторный номер, много светильников, кровать king size, журнальный стол, два кресла,, белоснежные простыни. До центра города полчаса пути (дойти до остановки и доехать на любом автобусе). Уборка каждый день. Приятные люди на ресепшн. Есть своя термальная баня, где можно заказать индивидуальное парение за 500 лир.
