The rooms was awesome. Can see The Lost World of Tambun from the balcony. The cooking utensils is provided but no cooking allowed. The Hot Spring pool is great and kids enjoy it. Location is central to go to most places within 15 to 20 mins drive. McDonald’s and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf are nearby. Overall we really enjoy it....

My third stay at The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat. The peaceful surroundings, exceptional hospitality, and attention to detail are exactly what keep me coming back time and time again. A special highlight of this visit was dining at Jeff's Cellar. The setting inside the limestone cave is simply breathtaking, and the fine dining experience was outstanding. Another wonderful stay, and I'm already looking forward to returning again.

The location of the property is excellent, and the building is well maintained. The unit is equipped with most essential amenities, including a refrigerator, washing machine, water heater, iron, and basic kitchen utensils. However, several advertised facilities were not functional during our stay, including the kitchen stove, chimney hood, living room ceiling fan, and TV. The check-in process could be clearer. I had to contact the property a day in advance to obtain the check-in instructions and pay a RM200 security deposit. The deposit was refunded a few hours after checkout without any issues. The biggest downside of this property is the ongoing construction directly in front of the building. There was constant noise from drilling and blasting, and the area was very dusty. Construction work even continued into the night, making it difficult to relax and causing me a headache. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay, it’s worth checking whether the construction has been completed before booking.

La vista más interesante cerca (además de) Lost World of Tambun, Ipoh, Perak; el paisaje se ve muy interesante y la vista es genial. Todas las instalaciones de esta unidad Onsen S-08-13 aquí y la comodidad son buenas. El servicio de la gerencia también es bueno y muy servicial. Muy recomendable para aquellos que quieran la satisfacción de la vista de Lost World of Tambun, la ubicación también está cerca de algunos buenos lugares para salir a comer para turistas nacionales y extranjeros. Uno de los mejores lugares para quedarse hoy.

La cama era grande y cómoda, y las almohadas, las más cómodas en las que he dormido en un hotel (soy muy exigente con las almohadas). La habitación también incluía la entrada al balneario de aguas termales y el desayuno, ¡una excelente relación calidad-precio! ¡Había café blanco de Ipoh y té con leche en la habitación! Si prefieres no salir, también hay servicio de habitaciones con comidas típicas de Ipoh, un detalle muy considerado.

Una estancia muy agradable y una buena experiencia en general. 😊 La piscina de la gente es agradable. Sin embargo, parecía que había un problema con el agua caliente en el baño, así que sólo teníamos agua fría.. Pero definitivamente una buena estancia en general! (:

It was truly a refreshing and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the resort manager, Mr Chong, made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Despite it being peak season with high occupancy, and our arrival late in the evening, he took great pride in personally showing us around the resort and its beautiful surroundings, including the Raja Brooke butterfly habitat. He also shared fascinating stories about the property and even kept us in suspense about why there were virtually no mosquitoes around the resort despite the presence of large fish ponds—a mystery that was only revealed to us the following morning at breakfast! The resort itself is beautifully maintained—clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed to blend with nature. I especially enjoyed soaking in the hot spring pools, swimming in the refreshing mountain spring water pool, and spending quiet moments feeding the fish with complimentary fish food provided by the resort. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a tranquil retreat. It is an excellent and peaceful escape from the city, offering a chance to reconnect with nature and unwind completely. The only minor drawback is that the access road can be challenging, but the experience is well worth the journey.

Ubicación cerca de Lost World Tambun: si vas al parque temático, Den es una buena opción. De lo contrario, necesitas reservar una habitación en la zona céntrica, a unos 20 minutos en coche. El apartamento es enorme y en la planta baja hay una tienda de conveniencia donde puedes comprar todo lo necesario, como aperitivos, bebidas y comida para microondas. La planta 5 cuenta con muchas comodidades: una piscina onsen muy agradable, una piscina normal, sauna dentro de los vestuarios de los baños masculino y femenino, una sala de juegos con mesa de billar y futbolín, gimnasio y zona de barbacoa. Sin embargo, las duchas de mano de ambos baños no calientan lo suficiente. Sería mejor tener lavadora para lavar los trajes de baño, etc. En general, el apartamento está bien por el precio.

The property offers an excellent location with picturesque views of the theme park and mountains from the balcony. The onsen and swimming pool facilities within the hotel are notably comfortable and well-maintained, particularly when compared to those at the theme park. The primary area for improvement lies in the check-in process, which I found to be inconvenient. It required me to proactively contact the hotel or agent for instructions, rather than receiving direct communication from them. Despite this, I intend to book this property again on my next visit to Ipoh.

Rumah conner lot dgn view banjaran dan waterpark sangat cantik, sangat dekat dgn LWOT, jalan kaki 3 minit je, parking 2 lot, level 1 shj. owner vy responsive, contact kita dulu 3 hari sebelum date check in..very recommended!
