NOT recommend to book here. Location wise is not so strategic, 10KM away from Genting Sempah, 10KM away from Bentong town, road to both town is SUPER bad due to ECRL, and SUPER dark and dangerous at night. For customer service, i requested TWICE for TOWEL (Even promose to pay), house keeping doesnt respond at all, totall ignore me. WIFI at ROOM is TOTALLY DOWN, mobile network is TOTALL DOWN too. Room cleanliness is ok. Facilities is ok. Breakfast is included. Hot Spring Pool not bad.

The hotel is situated in an ideal location, surrounded by beautiful scenery and a relaxing ambiance, making it a perfect getaway for travelers seeking a picturesque environment. The decor throughout the hotel is exquisite, with a delightful lavender color scheme and thematic touches that create a calming, cohesive atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel provides excellent facilities that cater to a wide range of guest needs, enhancing overall comfort and convenience. Enhanced warmth communications and more amicable demeanor from the counter and kitchen bar workers could improve service quality, thereby enriching the tourist experience and creating a greater sense of welcome and appreciation.

Location is far from Sky Avenue, the casinos and theme park. The road leading to the hotel is rather secluded. Car park is also located at another building far from the hotel. This place is managed by two management offices, rather confusing when we request for utensils. Ion Delemen management manages the car park and the building whilst hotel services of Yanne is managed by another operator. Kudos must be given to the staff at Yanne. Both Ariff and Debbie seem to be the only staff managing day and night shift during the period of my stay. They have provided 6-star hospitality services to us even though they are shorthanded managing front office to bell attendant services. They maintained their cool and calm demeanour dealing with flustered patrons even at peak season. Such dedicated staff, kudos to them!

1. Lokasi sangat bagus. Ada banyak kedai makan yang berhampiran. Ada kedai runcit kat sebelah hotel so tak ada masalah pasal makan. 2. Saya book bilik untuk 3 orang. Bilik luas. Bilik air pun luas. Sangat selesa untuk stay cuma katil kecik sikit. 3. Satu yang bagus, hotel ni ada lif. Saya bawa mak saya stay sini so senang nak naik turun bila ada lif. So hotel ni sesuai untuk bawa family yang ada anak kecil dan orang tua. 4. Parking pun senang. Kalau saya tak silap, owner bangunan hotel ni cakap dia upah orang untuk jaga and tengokkan kereta customer yang stay hotel ni waktu malam. So jangan risau pasal parking sini. 5. Owner bangunan hotel ni peramah ya. Masa stay sini, dia siap tolong buka pintu kat depan lif tu and tanya feedback pasal bilik. 6. Cuma ada beberapa perkara je yang tak best. Duvet kat tilam saya ada tompokan darah kering di bahagian tepi. Masa masuk bilik lepas check in, nampak bersih. Lepas pakai esok tu baru nampak kesan darah tu. Plus, tak ada housekeeping datang kemas bilik pun. So saya tak sure cadar sarung tilam duvet semua tu diorang basuh ke tak. 5. Overall, hotel ni ok je untuk stay. Kalau saya ke area sana lagi, saya akan stay hotel ni lagi.
