El hotel es bonito y limpio, y la habitación es acogedora e interesante (con un podio y una puerta que separa la sala de estar del pasillo y el baño). También está limpio. Durante nuestra estancia de dos días, no limpiaron, pero dejaron toallas y yukatas nuevas en la puerta. El personal es amable. Hay jacuzzis en el edificio contiguo, accesibles con tarjeta de acceso a la habitación, y máquinas expendedoras de bebidas. Lawson está cerca. La estación de Yudaonsen está a 10 minutos a pie. Cerca, hay un pequeño parque con un pediluvio y un centro turístico. Una desventaja es que el baño está justo enfrente de la puerta de la ducha. También sería más práctico si el hotel permitiera enviar equipaje a otros hoteles y pagar en efectivo. Y tenga cuidado, ya que el podio puede ser peligroso.

飯店建築物本身擁有三百年歷史、典雅精緻，設備是便利當代的，毫無違和感！ 經典的日式庭園，非常美麗，推薦值得好好欣賞！ 公共風呂有2間，早晚男女湯對換及家庭風呂也有2間，給注重隱私的人，很享受，非常棒！ 無可挑剔的服務！我們訂的是市景雙床房含早餐及晚餐。用餐有獨立房間，雖然我們不會日文，但我們的管家 佐賀先生非常專業，非常盡責的介紹並使我們理解，我們很感謝他！🙏🏻 我們在這裡入宿2個晚上，一切都很美好！很期待冬季能在來住宿😊！

Clean and relaxing hotel. Have osen and breakfast included. Multi storey car park is located next to the hotel and the parking fee for one night is 400 yen after you got coupon from hotel front desk. The hotel also provides different type of pillows and facial masks which can choose them from self service cabinets.

Make a mistake did not noticed my booking is without a bath room in the room, have to settle shower shared bath at the onsen. Did not expect half board dinner serve Japanese set and not a buffet dinner, Thanks to the chef make changes for the dinner for my daughter which she don’t take fish meal. Thumbs up to the restaurant staff .

료칸이 크고 위치도 버스정류장 근처라 쉽게 찾을 수 있었어요. 조식도 맛있었고 여장부 쇼도 좋았지만 온천 욕실에 바닥이 깨져있고 이불도 얼룩이 있는 것으로 보아 약간의 시설에 대한 투자가 필요한 것 같습니다

A good hotel with hot baths and a gorgeous view of the Iwakuni Bridge. Very tasty breakfasts, dinners. The hotel has its own sakura, you can taste sake from fugu and buy local delicacies. The rooms are large in Japanese style. All attractions are within walking distance. I recommend it to those who want to enjoy the historical part of Iwakuni.

The staff were approachable and it has complete personal toiletries.the hotel is nearby the station,and surrounded with many restaurants

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Hagi no Yado Tomoe. Outstanding from start to finish. Delicious meals (breakfast and dinner) on both days, comfortable futons in spacious and well-appointed rooms, the most friendly and efficient service (sincere thanks to Takashi-san, our ‘butler’, but also to the entire team) and ideally located in walking distance to all Hagi’s most interesting sights. I can’t recommend Hagi no Yado Tomeo highly enough.

La recepción es muy amable, todos sonríen, es muy bueno. Me preocupa un poco que Corea del Sur o China se lavan a la cama y se ingresen a la cama, y cuando estuve pensando mucho, no me gustaba que me quedaran helicópteros en la cama.

My flight arrival on the early morning, and reached the hotel around 13.45-14.00. And I wanna leave luggages at the room and hope to hurry to visit another sightseeing on afternoon. But actually the hotel ignore early check-in, so I must paid 1000 yen for nothing to do at the room. I think the hotel don’t get any good mindset to traveler and don’t have any flexible about the rule of conditions. Traveling at japan disappoints and more getting tired to understand their service mind.
