我們在伊豆的花水木温泉旅館衹住了一晚，但這次的體驗讓我印象非常深刻，值得推薦給大家 這家旅館是由一對中國老闆和老闆娘經營的 整體感覺更像是一家温馨的民宿 非常有人情味 到店的時候老闆和老闆娘非常熱情友好 讓人感覺像回到家一樣. 房間乾淨整潔 佈置得很温馨 雖然不算豪華 但非常舒適 住起來很放鬆。這裏的温泉也很棒，安靜又乾淨 非常適合在旅途一天的疲憊之後泡一泡，整個人都輕鬆了下來. 讓我特別感動的一點是，我當時不小心把東西落在了旅館。聯繫老闆後，他們非常細心，幫我把東西寄到了我下一站在大阪的酒店。這種貼心的服務真的非常難得，也讓我對這家旅館印象更加深刻.

I stayed at Izu Ippeki Lake Lakeside Terrace for 5 nights booking though Trip.com. Be warned that problems may occur when booking through travel websites such as this one. I booked a standard room with no meals. What I did not know however, was that this reservation did not include any room cleaning services for the entire stay, no taking of garbage or towel replacement, no bed making, nothing at all. When I contacted the travel website to show my disappointment, they immediately contacted the hotel requesting a full refund. I did not expect a full refund for my entire stay. What I did expect, was for someone to acknowledge the fact that this important piece of information should have been indicated someone on the online reservation confirmation. Neither the travel site nor the hotel would acknowledge this. The travel site replied with a response from the hotel, saying that I was a regular guest and knew about this “regulation”. It’s true, I have visited Izu Ippeki Lake Lakeside Terrace on several occasions when housekeeping services were not included. However, this was clearly indicated on the reservation, and I stayed during the COVID STATE OF EMERGENCY, when it was standard practice for many hotels to exclude cleaning services. My recent stay was at the beginning of August, WHEN THE STATE OF EMERGENCY AND COVID RESTRICTIONS HAD BEEN LIFTED. It is no longer standard practice to exclude cleaning services at hotels in Japan. The hotel stated that I visited the front desk every day to get towels and never mentioned the need to clean the room. This is untrue. I only came to the front dest 2 times during my stay, and this is because room cleaning staff entered my room on 2 occasions, so I was expecting them to clean or take out the trash, but they did nothing and left. I expected them to return, however, they never did. The bottom line is the hotel is responsible for communicating their services to customers, especially after covid restrictions have been lifted. Blaming guests for their lack of communication is completely unprofessional. Now in regards to the hotel itself, I have stayed here on several occasions, I find it to be perfect, mainly because of the location and modest room size. The hotel is conveniently located near Lake Ippeki (Ippekiko) and there is plenty of nature and a few trails in the area. You can step out the door and be on a simple hiking trail within minutes. It’s a very quiet area and very good for children and families. Though the hotel is dated, the rooms are all quite large and include a living room, kitchen with cooking supplies and dishes (but no forks or spoons), a large bath, and both Western and Japanese style bedrooms. Some may be discouraged by the age of the hotel (it’s quite old and could use some renovation), but if you don’t mind that, then I would highly recommend staying here. One point that I need to mention is in regards to the bedrooms. The hotel has replaced their blackout curtains with super thin curtains which allow sunlight to easily shine through. We were woken up at 5:00 am every morning because of the bright sunlight in our room. If you’re a light sleeper, please take note. I wish management would consider this. Also, it’s highly recommended that guests come by car, public transportation is very inconvenient in the area. Overall, Izu Ippeki Lake Lakeside Terrace is a very convenient place for a reasonable price. I will definitely be staying here again in the future, but hope that they act with a little more professionalism and consider the fact that the covid state of emergency ended long ago.

It was an amazing decision to stay at Shimoda hotel. The location is good. We arrived easily. The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable too! Not to mention the dinner that we reserved was very interesting and a spectacle! We were quite lucky because there was fireworks in the area so we saw them from the restaurant in the hotel. I'd say the breakfast is also very worthwhile since there is a variety of food options and some quite unique to Shimoda.

Отличный рёкан современного типа. Приняли большой рюкзак заранее и отнесли в комнату. Внутренний онсен с тануки отличный, а внешний (открыт только утром) - даже не описать словами, сказка. На рассвете посидеть в горячем источнике под сакурой и кипарисом, когда полнимается пар... Комната просторная, с запахом приятным тлеющей соломы. Удобства в комнате, был балкон. Можно наливать сентя в холле бесплатно, кофе тоже. После онсена бесплатно можно взять фруктовый лед

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Clad. The location is excellent, right beside Gotemba Premium Outlets and within easy reach of Fuji attractions. The rooms were modern, spacious and very comfortable. The Mount Fuji view from the hotel was stunning, especially in the morning. Combined with the excellent onsen facilities and friendly service, Hotel Clad made for a relaxing and memorable stay.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in and it's not even close! I regret booking only one night. The room is beautiful and spacious (with the exception of the toilet, but that's usual in Japan). And the dining room!!! The food was heavenly, no matter what you choose. 100/10, I will be dreaming of coming back one day for sure!

Los peces de fruta de mar son un poco pequeños, pero la comida es satisfactoria. Las escaleras del estacionamiento hasta la habitación anterior me parecen muy estrechas y no me cubren bien.

I didnt stay at this hotels. Had some urgent things. But my family enjoyed it, big room for a family of 4, playground and playroom. Right at the zoo. Not very far from the station but uphill, so for the families with children and no car can be a bit difficult to reach. Onsen is not big, no outdoor bath. But still realy good place to stay

El hotel es limpio y la habitación es espaciosa, si estás en Zen etc entonces es la ubicación perfecta para eso, de lo contrario, tendrás que recurrir al autobús de transbordador y en nuestro caso hemos alquilado un coche para llegar alrededor de las áreas locales. No sabía que, independientemente de que lo utilice o no, se le pagará la tasa de la inspección, que nadie nos diga al comprobar, es una pequeña cosa, pero sería agradable que se le dijera todo en adelante.

Al llegar a la estación de Mishima, me encantó encontrar el hotel conectado directamente con la estación. Aunque mi check-in fue tarde, la sala de facturación seguía abierta, lo que me permitió registrarme sin demora. No conocía la zona de Mishima y solo había reservado el hotel para ver el monte Fuji. Sin embargo, al registrarme, me proporcionaron un mapa de la zona, lo que me permitió planear un paseo matutino improvisado. Quería asegurarme de compartir lo maravillosa que fue esa experiencia. Solicité una habitación con vistas al monte Fuji y fueron muy amables. Antes de subir en ascensor, me ofrecieron una taza de té frío de bienvenida, lo que creo que sería un detalle muy bienvenido para quienes llegaran después de un día caluroso. La habitación también era mucho más espaciosa y limpia que la de otros hoteles del mismo rango de precios. El baño era amplio y estaba impecable, y la vista del monte Fuji era una delicia. El desayuno también fue muy agradable, con un ambiente refinado. Sin duda, volvería a Mishima solo para visitar este hotel.
