Si usted está conduciendo este hotel es agradable viene con un cómodo onsen para relajar su cuerpo después de un largo día de caminar de la estación se tarda 17 minutos a pie pero servicio de coche proporcionado enviarle a la estación pero no seguro abiut desde la estación al hotel como nosotros No se ha verificado y probado caminar allí ya que el tiempo que llegamos allí es tarde, hay que estar muy alerta si sólo utiliza el transporte público y el servicio de navegación del hotel es la tienda de conveniencia más cerca de aquí es 25min a pie y el restaurante está cerca de la estación , no hay restaurante a 17 minutos a pie

酒店離JR北川站不遠，但是上下坡走着有點累，酒店提供接站很人性化，房間可以每天上午定時有去北川熱川站的班車，去河津看櫻花住在這裏挺方便，酒店提供的免費資源很多，飲料，乒乓球，黑根巖温泉，還有會中文的前台服務人員，溝通順暢。從北川去伊豆高原，城崎海岸等地很便利

Really enjoyed my stay at Kameya Rakan! From the beginning, staff at check-in were very pleasant. The staff that attended to us also spoke really good English! There was also a microwave, some brochures/maps with discount codes for attractions (e.g. Mt Omuro chairlift). Parking was plenty and free, located behind the accommodation. There is a sign that says Kameya Rakan Parking. Room was tatami style, and we chose the seaview room which was really nice. They were also very kind to prepare iced water for us in the room which I have never encountered before. Would definitely come back to stay again!

This was hands down one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in many - work covered, expensive ”5 star hotels”. We had perfect views of Mt. Fuji. The rooms were huge and super well fitted out. It's not the best location wise if you're wanting to go shopping in Gotemba, but this didn't bother us as we hired a car and drove there on our own. The service was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly attentive and went way beyond and above. The driver drove us to our destination (Gotemba train station that we requested) and then realized we were standing around looking where to go - he came over and asked if we were lost and drove us to the correct location (the car rental shop). The reception gave us a tour of the area to make sure we knew where the lifts were, how to use the various facilities (especially the onsen). If you have kids or traveling as a couple, I couldn't recommend this place more.

Overall, an excellent experience. The rotating pool schedule for the public onsen was a highlight, and the quality of the in-room dining was top-tier. However, we noticed the food temperature was a bit low upon delivery; ensuring the meals are served hot would elevate the dining experience even further.

Fairly old building but well maintained. Huge space inside hotel and spacious room. Big onsen indoor pool with outdoor onsen available. Room furniture and condition are old but its good for 1-2 nights. Location is good. Near restaurants and shopping areas. Opposite fish market. Great amount of carpark lots available. Microwave and huge laundromat available. Not to mention 3x karaoke rooms with english/thai/tagalog/vietname/indonesian songs and billard table also for rent!

酒店位於伊豆高原，坐車到伊豆高原站下車之後，會有酒店的接駁車，但是要看好時間，具體時間酒店會郵件通知。別看車站到酒店的路程不遠，但千萬別嘗試走過去，因為上下坡太多了，推着行李根本沒法走。 酒店入住後會詳細介紹設施，關於泡湯的話，有三間私湯可供選擇，大小不一。公湯分室內外，有幹蒸，門口還可提供免費養樂多和棒棒冰。 關於酒店餐食，建議選擇一泊二食，早餐分日式和西式，建議選擇西式，日式早餐估計大部分人都吃不慣。晚餐有涮涮鍋和烤肉，具體看當天酒店的安排。另外22點至23點間，還提供免費拉麪作為宵夜。 總得來説，環境相當不錯，價格也算是比較有性價比的選擇了，推薦。

Nuestra habitación era una habitación doble moderada en 3/F (frente al aparcamiento del podio, lo que significa que no hay vistas). El diseño de la habitación era bueno; en general, el tamaño de la habitación era pequeño (incluso en el estándar de Tokio, no más grande). El baño era aún más pequeño, pero aún así proporciona lo esencial que necesita. El hotel es más bien un hotel de negocios que ofrece todo lo que necesita (yakult gratuito, barras de hielo, café caliente, chocolate, ramen, rincón de cómics y más), aguas termales y baño de pies. Todo lo que puedas nombrar, simplemente ve y consíguelo/experiméntalo tú mismo. Aprecié el hecho de que el hotel haya intentado reunir todo en un espacio compacto. Hay 3 zonas de aparcamiento gratuito, cada una de las cuales no es grande; el aparcamiento 1 más cercano al hotel siempre está lleno después de las 18:00 horas. Sin embargo, todavía no hay necesidad de entrar en pánico ya que hay otra zona de aparcamiento 2 cerca (a unos 2 minutos a pie). El desayuno estaba bien, en su mayoría japonés con opciones occidentales limitadas. La última entrada para el desayuno es a las 9 a. m., lo cual es muy temprano, por lo que el restaurante siempre está lleno entre las 8 y las 9 a. m. Durante las 3 noches que pasamos allí, nuestra familia de 3 personas tuvo que sentarse en la mesa del bar durante 2 días y hacer cola afuera para esperar una mesa (10 minutos) el último día de salida. Después de todo, la espera no fue una experiencia muy agradable. Durante las vacaciones de Navidad, el restaurante también alcanzó su capacidad máxima y la vida habría sido más fácil para el personal y los huéspedes si pudieran extender el horario del desayuno hasta más tarde, como en otros hoteles, a las 10:30 a.m. Querremos probar otros hoteles en Gotemba la próxima vez.

Отель достаточно старый. Я не доглядел, забронировал номер для курящих, он был основательно прокурен и аромат на века въелся в стены, будьте внимательны при бронировании) Слышимость сильная, но претензии по поводу шума волн мне не ясны 😅 это же наоборот убаюкивает и ласкает слух) В онсен с татуировками не пустили, тоже учитывайте, если планируете посещать.

Very thoughtful hotel! Room very spacious and comfortable! Staff’s English although not the best but they have prepared good translation and attitudes were most sincere! Buffet dinner and breakfast although not huge range but all very delicious. All and all worth visiting!
