¡Tenemos un momento sorprendente en NASPA New Otani este hotel es una opción fantástica si usted está visitando Yuzawa, especialmente para una caminata de invierno! El personal estaba muy caliente, bienvenido y atento durante toda nuestra estancia, lo que nos hizo sentir en casa desde la entrada hasta la salida. La habitación era espaciosa, limpia y cómoda, perfecta para relajarse después de un día de esquí. The hotel is very clean and the room is spacious. The only two things that I dislike is the separate toilet and bath which is small plus no hook to hang clothes and need to climb a slope everytime you go in/out of the hotel.

The hotel itself was nice, but the staff at the ski resort was horrible, the rentals are also not well maintained. The boards are not waxed, which makes it difficult to work with as there are a lot of flat routes which are difficult to avoid (Pony and village road were the flattest slope Ive ever seen in my life, I had to unstrap and walk and the board just wouldn't move). Ski resort staff were unfriendly and the rental staff was the worst, there was a lady there that was cold and rude. The only reason why the rental shop is surviving is probably because the equipments are salomon branded and that there is no other option.  I would visit again but only because the routes are fun, Myoko long run was the best, but I would never want to rent from the shop again. The food was very very good. For breakfast, you could choose from western or Japanese buffet. Western buffet is highly recommended, the omelette was the best ive eaten in my life and there was a diy risotto which was great as well. For dinner, there were 4 options, either buffet, steak, Japanese or shabushabu. All requiring reservations which is tough if you are checking in the evening as some might not be available. Highly recommend the steak, the food was good and the staff were amazing. Japanese was the hardest to get a reservation for but the food was quite underwhelming. The room was clean and ski lockers are also provided but it's tiny and can barely fit 2 boards. But I wish that in the toilet in the common area, you can adjust the tap temperature as the water is freezing cold. Amenities wise, bottled water are provided daily, also, yukata was provided but you can only wear them to the onsen which was extremely troublesome as I had to change multiple times a day.  The hotel provides shuttle bus services to and fro jyoetsumyoko station which was easy to book. The bus drivers were also friendly and helped out with the luggage. In summary, for a 5 stars hotel, it didn't live up to expectations, ski resort and rental staffs were unwilling to help and unfriendly. Also, some of the staffs could not speak Japanese which is puzzling for a hotel in Japan. If not for the amazing snow and slopes I would never come back.

La habitación era limpia y espaciosa con una cama de futon confortable. Si no reservas su especial cena/desayuno, puedes hacerlo con 2 días de orden avanzado sobre el escritorio delantero. Definitivamente quedarse aquí otra vez si alguna vez regresa en la zona 🫶🏼

Definitely coming again!! Highly recommend this hotel! Only bad thing is that they do not have a hotel shuttle u have to walk to take the yuzawa shuttle and it’s uphill u have to push your luggage up. Other than this it’s a really perfect place!!!

1. Far from train station, as there are many much closer to train station 2. Breakfast is not so good. 3. Very stick, only allow to check in to room only 10min before 3pm even through the room is available.  4. Hotel back entrance is connected to the snow resort. this is plus point.

Aunque un poco viejo, la habitación se renovó, el brillo es limpio y la superficie es grande. El calor es cómodo. El hotel está al lado del barrio de esquí, es muy conveniente esquiar en invierno, la comida de la mañana y la cena es una cocina. No he visitado, pero hay un restaurante cercano, no tengo miedo de nada de comer.

My wife and I visited this onsen resort in 2023 and we loved it. My wife especially likes the many onsens they have. We have always wanted to come here again and finally did after 3 years. Like three years ago, the room and facilities are very clean and well maintained everything just as they were. One thing did change and we are quite upset about it, is that the staff is not as enthusiastic as they were (there are some familiar faces, many new ones). I still recommend this place to everyone, Futaba is still the best compared to the other two onsen resorts we’ve visited in between. Hope they can figure out some way to motivate the staff and offer a better experience to guests.

誤打誤撞訂了這家酒店，沒想到撿到了寶藏！遊客基本都是日本本地的家庭，或者自駕來度假的～ 酒店位置有點偏，不過越後車站有班車會接送 夏天的酒店是高爾夫球場，冬天的酒店完全就是森林裏的雪世界～ 孩子玩的很盡興！酒店各方面的設施都很好，無論硬件還是工作人員的服務，完全對標國際五星級酒店的標準甚至有超過！ 遇到的中國服務員王丕龍，很熱情的男孩子，在這家酒店工作了七年，聊的很開心，服務也特別好！

En general, una gran experiencia durante tres noches, amar el baño público y privado, una gran hospitalidad, la habitación era espaciosa y muy limpia. Dos temas: las paredes son muy finas y un vecino ruidoso puede conducirlo muy rápidamente loco (experiencia durante la primera noche) y los ciegos no están completamente negros, dejando las luces de la mañana temprana nos desperta (un asunto de sabor y de menor importancia).
