Great location. From our room we could actually see the island of Sakurajima. Concurrent location to drive around the city. There are plenty of carparks around the hotel and also within it's own carpark. The front desk esp, Mr Tanimura, who checked us in when we arrived late. He was most helpful n friendly. Her made us feel very welcomed with his warm & friendly personality. Also, the ferry terminal is just next to the hotel. From our balcony we could actually see loading & unloading of the ferries.

This is my first leisure trip in 2025. That's a vey good experience trip with my wife. A modern and comfortable lobby lounge area provided a nice coffee area for a easy breakfast before my day trip. On the final day, i enjoyed the full buffet breakfast and staffs were really helpful with that gave people nice day beginning. Onsen provided me an refreshments daily and made me energetic, also relaxed me as happy ending. I forgot the female staff who received my fruit on 14Jan night. She and her colleague assist us to prepare the fruit which purchased outside. It was my nice dessert that night. Another memorable gentleman on 13Jan overnight, i was handling some business during overnight in sudden. Therefore, i went down lobby to complete it. He approached me for assistance and offering me help for wifi service. For the design of lobby, this is very great to locate the front desk towards the main entrance and the most front line to welcome guest. The FO team need to perform the most professional and consistently services. Especially the cold weather, they keep a good image to maintain professional. The shuttle bus driver was nice to take care us every evening back to hotel. For the room reservation, we selected the room with beautiful view Sakurajima and i could enjoy my drip coffee myself to see the sun raise. I will highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

I like this hotel. I've stayed here for 2 times. They provide a free transfer from and to Railway station and a city centre. Very good onsen with a scenic view on Sakurajima. You can also rent a bike here in the hotel for a reasonable price. Convenience store is right by the hotel.

El hotel no es grande, pero es muy bonito, el servicio es bueno, la comida es muy deliciosa y el contenido de minerales calientes es muy alto. Gracias a los empleados del restaurante por el paciente servicio chino-inglés y japonés, gracias a la hermana de la recepción por ayudarnos a contactar con el autobús que baja la montaña en el día de la nieve. También quiero volver al hotel. Muy recomendado.

La ubicación puede ser un inconveniente, pero es un lugar excelente para sanar. La comida es deliciosa y la vista es realmente impresionante. Abundan las estrellas por las noches, y en verano, puedes disfrutar de la piscina, lo cual es aún mejor. El onsen del hotel es gratuito. Cuando no había mucha gente, pude tomar una foto del baño a solas. Parecía un baño privado, ya que pude disfrutarlo sola. El onsen con vista al océano fue el mejor. El onsen está abierto de 5:00 a. m. a medianoche. Me alegra mucho que esté abierto. Y, sobre todo, el personal fue increíblemente amable. Me recibieron desde que llegué hasta que salí del hotel. Fue una impresión imborrable.

Es un buen lugar como hotel resort con onsen. Los onsens son realmente buenos. La comida es regular, pero ofrecen ramen y helados gratis por la noche como cena y refrigerio. La habitación es espaciosa, limpia y tranquila. Hay una bañera onsen privada en el balcón de nuestra habitación. Es muy agradable disfrutarla en la brisa primaveral. Será mejor si tienes tu propio auto para alojarte aquí. No hay muchas opciones de transporte público directo al hotel. Pero el personal del hotel también es útil para ayudarte a tomar un taxi a cualquier lugar pintoresco cercano. Los taxistas son todos muy amables. Aunque no hablan bien inglés, intentaron conducir despacio cuando pasamos por el hermoso parque de sakura y usaron un inglés simple para presentarnos algunos lugares pintorescos. La limusina del hotel nos proporcionó un viaje de ida cuando llegamos a la estación de Jingu y un viaje de ida cuando nos marchamos del hotel a Jingu de forma gratuita. ¡Me gusta su servicio y disfruto de una estadía genial aquí!

La habitación es grande, la comida es buena. La recepción tiene una hermana china y explica con cuidado. Hay un gran casino cercano. Hay una fiesta de luz en la playa de la noche. La piscina cálida del hotel está muy cómoda. La única insuficiencia es que la red es un poco mala, Espero que el hotel esté bien reparado antes y mejore la red.

Поехала на денек понежиться в источниках и подышать горным воздухом ！прекрасный онсен есть горячие и теплые ванны 、которые очень расслабляют  и дают сил на завтра 、банные принадлежности прекрасного качества и дорогого аромата 、стильный и  шикарный фен для волос RE-Fa！шведский стол был разнообразен местной кухней 、особенно удивил ассортимент самими ！сотрудники было вкусно

마야가하역에서 무료 셔틀 버스가 있고, 이부스키 사라쿠회관까지도 왕복 셔틀이 있습니다. 진짜 시설도 너무 깔끔하고, 친절합니다.:) 일본인분들이 많았고, 한국인은 저희 1팀이였지만 진짜 좋은 곳입니다! 무조건 추천 조식, 석식, 온천 다 완벽했던 곳입니다💗 일본 료칸 제대로 즐기고, 바다뷰까지 최고였습니다.

雖然係最細房型 但都有露台睇到海景 酒店lobby有好靚既山水園景 雖然酒店既足湯同足砂浴感覺比較失色 但溫泉非常好 入住時有welcome drink 職員會幫忙拎行李上房同埋落黎 有酒店車定時係JR站接送非常好 酒店既兩餐都係私人個室度食 好有私隱
