Fantastic hotel with great service and amenities. Rooms are clean and well maintained, with provided humidifier and window mesh if you want fresh air. Room service is prompt and unintrusive. The provided breakfast is free flow buffet, with a solid variety of locally sourced food, in typical japanese style, or western (japanese) breakfast style (scrambled eggs, pasta, baked sweet potato with cheese (gratin style). Dinner is catered to each guest. Almost every night will have a different meal, and will be prepped specifically for you. Do not miss it, it's as good or better than most restaurants in the area. You can get free flow of additional rice, or additional side dishes. The typical dinner would come w a local appetizer, sashimi platter, main course of hotpot, pan stove, or mini barbeque, another side dish, and a dessert. Can range from icecream, melon, or small cake. You can also book bike rentals (power assisted for uphill) at 2200 for a whole day, and other guided tours like surfing or fishing (you should speak japanese). Location wise, it's around a 40min-1h long walk to the town center, or a 15min cycle. It's close to nearby Hitachinaka fish market, Oarai aquarium, and beach. There are not many street lights at night. It is recommended to be back in the hotel by around 6pm for dinner etc. Water dispensers are in every level, and onsen in the basement. There is also vending machines and washing machine (500yen for both wash and dry - 2h)

My stay at this accommodation was absolutely fantastic and far exceeded my expectations! The place was impeccably clean and wonderfully quiet, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel right at home. One of the highlights was the food—breakfast and dinner were served daily, and each meal was unique, prepared with incredibly fresh ingredients. Every dish was delicious and thoughtfully crafted, adding a special touch to the experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming stay. It’s truly exceptional and well worth it!

No está muy cerca de la estación de tren pero se puede ir andando. El vestíbulo es muy espacioso y espacioso. El personal es muy atento. ¡Disfruté mucho el onsen! Las comodidades del onsen son buenas (se ofrecen yakult después del baño de la mañana, mientras que se ofrecen helados después del baño de la cena; también hay una sala llena de manga para su entretenimiento al lado del baño). Nos dieron una habitación en la esquina y el ventilador hacía mucho ruido. La cama es moderadamente dura al igual que las almohadas. Sin embargo, previa petición, nos cambiaron de habitación sin mucha duda. También son muy rápidos con su servicio cuando se solicitan almohadas adicionales.

The hotel staffs are very friendly and breakfast was great . The only problem was when booking through website Trip.com there is a small fine print message indicated only 2 days cleaning service at the bottom of the booking page. We have booked 8 days and only gets 2 days make up room service during that period.

Concepto, diseño, facilidades, canto de memoria, servicio excelente! Soy el tipo de persona que come en el restaurante popular local, así que no come, pero la comida parece maravillosa. Gorgeous views and fantastic food! A great spot! Also very close to the waterfalls and an easy hike up. Great for relaxing and enjoying seasonal foods! Was a lovely break from my typically packed itineraries. Everyone was super friendly and they had multilingual staff.

The location is quite far from the station. The pyjamas have a smell. One of the staff is very reluctant to help us to call our next hotel which is very unusual as all other hotels we have been to are more than willing to help.

This is our second trip to that place!!!! We are spellbound by beauty of that place , superb service , food , onsen , staff fantastic.

Hotel is reminiscent of 1970s. Whole areas has small seaside town vibes. Beware that there is a 300 yen hot spring tax not mentioned elsewhere even if you do not use it.
