Nice, modern and new hotel in Kinosaki onsen with great hospitality from the hotel owner and his staff. I was welcomed by the owner at the door when I arrived, and they even prepared a beautiful greeting card on my arrival. Welcome drink was provided and the owner recommended good restaurants and provided the USP of each onsen in Kinosaki. The room is spacious, clean and new! I especially like the Japanese style of the hotel. Yutaka and 1-day onsen pass were provided for my stay. As the next day I had to move to another hotel, the owner very kindly helped me to transport my luggage to another hotel near the JR station. Overall, excellent stay, excellent people and excellent breakfast! :) Would love to visit Kinosaki onsen again and stay with Utsuroi Tsuchiya.

Останавливались в отеле в октябре 2024 года. Взяли два номера на двоих. Плюсы: 1. Великолепные номера в стиле классического рекана: все очень красивое, аутентичное, масса мелких деталей, записок и подсказок для гостей, интересных безделушек в номере. У нас были кровати, а не футоны, но минусом это никак не назвать - кровати удобнейшие. Вид из номера (3 этаж) - на горы. Чистота идеальная, в номере есть все, что должно быть в номере классического рекана: от татами, до низкого столика для отдыха. 2. Бесподобный ужин кайсеки. Великолепный завтрак сукияки (готовишь себе сам). 3. Красивейшие интерьеры отеля, по нему интересно гулять, изучая его изнутри. Отель красивый снаружи тоже. 4. В номерах можно курить (мы этого не делали, да и номера не прокуренные совершенно). Есть курилка при входе в отель. 5. Чудесный персонал. Все просьбы и жалобы удовлетворяются за минуты. Плохо говорят на английском, но это не беда, общались через переводчик. Ребята классные, веселые. Быстрый чек-ин, куча напоминалок по поводу того, куда и во-сколько приходить / что и как правильно делать. 6. Есть приватный онсен (мы не пользовались). 7. Дают беспланый пропуск в 7 общественных онсенов. Дают скидки на сувениры. 8. Дают отличные юкаты для онсенов, для женщин - дадут красивые, выбор огромный. Нюансы: 1. Единственный минус отеля - удаленность от центра Киносаки (15-20 минут ходьбы по не слишком красивым местам). Но! Есть бесплатный трансфер от отеля до центра города, плюс есть трансфер вокзал-отель-вокзал. Да и ходьба от отеля до центра Киносаки нас особо не напрягала. 2. Это не бизнес-отель, поэтому ни стиралки, ни утюга, ни душа в номере нет. Душ (а по факту - онсен) общий на минус первом этаже - отдельный для мужчин и женщин.

平日に行けば、すいているだろうと思ったが間違いだったみたいです。 とちも混んでいました、やはりみなさん知っているのでしょう 良いホテルであることをロケーション、食事、清潔感どれを取っても満足出来るホテルでした。 また行きたいホテルです。 おすすめですよ^_^

Beautiful hotel with top notch and warm service staff. Dinner and breakfast was good not to mention the fantastic onsen experience which was the main reason we came here. Last but not least, one of the staff personal noticed that I wasn’t feeling well and offered to me some painkillers. Overall, great and memorable experience!

Enjoyed our stay and experiencing our first onsen and kaiseki! They provided us with yukatas and passes to access the public baths, also had 3 private onsens on site. Friendly staff, lots of food included in the dinner and breakfast which they serve in your room and set up/pack up your bedding, with option for continental breakfast on our 2nd day instead of japanese style. Quiet, clean and futon bed was surprisingly comfortable. It’s about 8min walk from the train station which was fine for us but there’s a bus shuttle option right outside the station, and the hotel also offer bag drop off for a small fee when you leave so you don’t need to carry them. It’s close to the ropeway that you can ride up for nice views. Also right near the best public onsen in our opinion. (Be sure to check the onsen hours we missed out on one and note 2 are currently closed for renovations). A few things worth noting - breakfast is served early, you can pick 8 or 8.30am. If you are sensitive to light, it’s not completely dark when sleeping, sun comes through the windows as it has the traditional paper screen style. Also there in not a shower in your room, you need to use the onsen showers (either the private ones on site which you can’t book so can’t guarantee availability but both times we wanted to use them we were able to, or at the public onsens.) Overall we would recommend staying here to treat yourself to some peaceful rest and relaxation.

乘東航MU225於11:50落地大阪關西機場。出關取行李很快，12:30便上了蜜柚旅行訂的網約車（全新阿爾發3255元）3小時多點就到了小眾而有名的城崎温泉的酒店。其實飛機不晚點是可以乘JR（關西-大阪站-城崎温泉），出站可乘免費巴士到酒店。酒店比較新，雙床房很舒適，就是小冰箱裏酒水不免費，有些小氣。第一天晚餐是松葉蟹為主的懷石料理，第二天是魚系列。第二天乘纜車登高。温泉小鎮上小吃很多，海鮮、擔馬牛（其實就是神户牛，因神户無牛衹有口岸而冠名）。另外，酒店提供pass可免費去鎮上七家温泉泡池泡湯。第三天我們10點check out後便泡了3家，吃了海鮮午餐後，乘14:14的特快JR去了神户（附了JR時客表）。去大阪也很方便！

Limpieza: En general, estuvo bien, pero había bichos que se colaban en la habitación (incluso con todas las ventanas y puertas cerradas). No eran cucarachas ni otras plagas, probablemente debido a los campos de cultivo al otro lado de la calle. El desayuno y la cena también eran aceptables. Ubicación: El hotel está a unos 10 minutos a pie de la estación JR, pero un minibús lleva directamente al hotel. Después del check-out, te llevarán a tu primer destino deseado, incluyendo la estación JR. Muy atentos. Servicio: Aunque el personal no hablaba bien inglés, hicieron todo lo posible por explicar la situación y fueron muy atentos con el servicio de transporte (como se mencionó anteriormente). Te servirán té durante el tiempo de espera para el check-in y el check-out. Instalaciones: El hotel no es nuevo, pero las aguas termales son funcionales y aceptables.

This place is awesome!! I can feel that a lot of thought has been put in when they came up with services/things the hotel guests might like to have eg extensively long hrs for public bath, free ramen for supper, free icecream after bath, free yakult kinda drink for morning, massage chair, manga comic books to read, free dessert and water in fridge in room ….and the hotel is close to merikan park as well as train station! Absolutely loved my stay!
