Un hotel increíble y estoy deseando volver. La vista es espectacular. Ojalá hubiera llegado mucho antes. La tienda de abajo vende bebidas alcohólicas, bento y otros aperitivos a precios razonables. El autobús lanzadera es práctico, pero no pasa con mucha frecuencia, así que recomiendo comprobarlo con antelación. Terminé pagando unos 3500 yenes por un taxi solo de ida. 🤣

El hotel está situado en una calle en pendiente, a unos 10 minutos a pie del muelle. Hay muchos restaurantes a lo largo de Omotesando, lo que facilita comer mientras se pasea. Las habitaciones con baño privado ofrecen vistas al Santuario Imperial y a las puertas torii, y son ideales para bañarse por la mañana y por la noche. El hotel incluye desayuno y cena tipo bufé con una amplia variedad de platos, pero el espacio es limitado, lo que puede resultar un poco incómodo al servirse la comida. El salón de masajes del hotel no está abierto, pero teniendo en cuenta el precio, una habitación con desayuno y cena tipo bufé y baño privado ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio.

La insonorización del hotel es deficiente. La puerta del pasillo no está aislada; con una ventana abierta, hay una corriente de aire notable. El refrigerador era ruidoso y no se podía apagar. The hotel offers aesthetically impressive rooms that match the pictures, with the breathtaking view surpassing all expectations in person. The staff also provided excellent service in accommodating food intolerances. Unfortunately, the culinary experience was disappointing; the food was too mild and underwhelming for the price paid. Furthermore, the Onsen facility was inadequate: it lacked variety with only 2 warm pools and a steam sauna, offered no varying water temperatures (and the cold plunge pool was not cold enough). Additionally, the desired peaceful atmosphere was disrupted by having more of a socializing gathering in the onsen, which lowered the overall impression and value of the wellness area. In summary: excellent rooms but we would have expected more value for money regarding the food and spa.

We had a wonderful time enjoying the onsen bath, recliner lounge, ocean terrace and beautiful view from our room (Note: trip.com booking of lowest priced room with sea view is not correct as the room is located at the lowest level and you only see trees before the ocean. We need to pay extra to upgrade the room to a better view). There's a private onsen bath tub in the room too. They also provide free coffee, popsicle sticks and yukata at the lobby. Dinner and breakfast has a reasonable spread but most food (especially the fried ones) are pre-cooked and cold. So they don't taste as good. The location is high up the hills. It's not possible to get a bus and then climb up with heavy luggages. The best way is to take a taxi, so be prepared to pay the price.

This property far exceeded my expections. I give much credit to the exceptional service provided by the Front desk team and housekeeping. They have been well trained and follow-up, as and when required. It is one of those few properties which I have experienced, as a global traveller, where it was difficult to leave. As foreign guests are also using the hotel, I would recommend basic English classes be provided to help in the delivery of the service. Thank you.

El estacionamiento es gratuito y el encargado del check-in habla mandarín e inglés con fluidez. A dos minutos a pie hay un restaurante de ostras a la parrilla muy rico. Las aguas termales son espectaculares y hay cerveza y helado gratis antes de las 22 h. La experiencia es muy buena y sin duda lo recomiendo.

A huge hotel of great granduer. Make sure you make a booking for the night boat tour of the famous Tori gate. Bookings are open to hotel guests ahead of time. The seasonal dinner was stunningly good w greatest local flair. As it was peak sakura season, the buffet breakfast crowd was quite chaotic. There were a number of big tour groups and were obviously in a rush. I loved the live station hand made maru-gata onigiri (丸型おにぎり). That was really special at a busy buffet. Kudos!

Every night we were told that our kiseki dinner ”has been upgraded” due to us changing to a smaller sea view room than the only mountain view room was available through trip.com. But every night at dinner, every guest were being served the same dishes. Makes us wonder what ”upgraded” really means. We stayed for 3 nights, breakfast variety gets boring after the second morning. This being a resort, closing breakfast service at 0915 is not helping us relax...
