Прекрасный отель с онсенами! Жила в самом маленьком номере в традиционном стиле с татами и футоном. Места для одного человека достаточно. Номер был с окнами, хотя на сайте было написано, что окон нет. Туалет и раковина новые, остальная мебель немного устаревшая, но чистая. В номере есть холодная питьевая вода в кувшине, чай, печенье. Очень красивый дизайн комнаты. В отеле просторные горячие источники, один закрытый находится внизу, и два открытых источника на крыше здания с чудесным видом на город. Ванны меняются каждый день на мужские и женские, если посетить их утром и вечером, то можно попробовать все. Вода действительно целебная, намного лучше себя чувствуешь после купания. Ужин не заказывала, утром была на традиционном японском завтраке. Все красиво сервированно и подписано (правда, на японском языке). В меню рыба, овощи на пару, рис, маринованные овощи, бобы натто, яйцо, сладкий йогурт, чай. В фойе отеля можно также выпить кофе, заранее заботливо заваренный сотрудниками. We stayed 1 night at Kusatsu Onsen hotel village. It's indeed a resort which offers many activities (table tennis, bowling, game arcade etc.) and a separate spa center with swimming pool and sauna. We didn't bother to step out the hotel until we had to leave Kusatsu. The dinner and breakfast buffet were delicious too. There is shampoo and bathing tools for babies in the ladies bath. I believe it's suitable for family with young children.

A relax and nice view in Kusatsu. The hotel is located a bit far from bus terminal. However, there is a free shuttle bus service which connected with bus service. I strongly encourage the private onsen package where we can taste three different type of onsen in the hotel. My platinum ring changed colour, may be due to the acidity of onsen water😂. The dinner and breakfast inspired and it is good for family trip with a number of accessible service for elderly with physically limitations.

A pretty decent Onsen. Just that the staff couldn’t speak much English and we had a hard time trying to understand the dinner flow. And the amenities at the onsen bath are quite limited.

La habitación es muy confortable. ¡Es un buen juego de baloncesto! Necesitamos conducir al hotel. Alimentos excelentes japoneses. Adoro sus cuerdas también.

Very nice Japanese style room overlooking the river and the tree filled riverbank hill. It was very private. Breakfast and dinner was served at the table and was excellent. Much variety of fish, chicken, pork, tofu, and vegetables. The overall atmosphere was very elegant and relaxed. The ryokan is located right on one of the bus stops for easy access from the train station. It is a short 10 minute walk to the main area of town. There are several onsen pools. Some rotate between men and women at different hours. Very clean with good amenities. Overall a very memorable stay.

Excelente servicio. Le daría un 10 sobre 5 si pudiera. Un miembro del personal se acercó rápidamente a nosotros y nos preguntó si nos quedaríamos en el Ryokan. Fueron muy útiles para viajeros perdidos y abrumados por el frío. Nos recibieron cálidamente a nuestra llegada. Nos explicaron la información importante lo mejor que pudieron en inglés, lo cual fue perfecto. La habitación era grande. Decorada meticulosamente al estilo tradicional japonés. El Yukata y el Obi que nos proporcionaron contribuyeron a la experiencia inmersiva. La cena fue exquisita. Los platos nos dieron una idea de la cocina tradicional japonesa. La comida era auténtica (no parecía comida congelada, enlatada ni precocinada), servida y emplatada meticulosamente. Había dos onsens, uno interior y otro exterior. Estaban limpios y eran bastante espaciosos. El agua (creo) proviene de una fuente termal cercana y fue sumamente terapéutica. El Ryokan estaba cerca del centro del pueblo y todo estaba a poca distancia a pie. Nos llevaron amablemente a la terminal de autobuses al hacer el check out (no tuvimos que esperar horarios fijos) y nos cargaron el equipaje (pesado). En resumen, disfrutamos muchísimo de nuestra estancia de una noche y su hospitalidad japonesa es un ejemplo de excelencia.

天然温泉の大浴場がありました。建物が新しく部屋もきれいでした。スタッフも皆さん対応も親切で安心して宿泊出来ました。大満足です。窓から富士山のような浅間山が見えます。

地點稍微偏僻，年長男性接待人員非常熱心，房間空間大維持得也不錯，但是感覺得出來建築物的年紀。餐點蠻好吃的，不過有幾道料理偏西式，吃得沒有很習慣，比較想吃到的是當地傳統料理。整體而言是令人放鬆的旅館。
